This place has a-ok Chinese food and the horses are cool. The only thing that ruined the experience when I was there was that the toilets had not been flushed and was clogged and that just killed half my appetite.

Our once beloved spot for family dinners turned into a frustrating experience at PF Chang's.The journey we undertake to reach this restaurant, fueled by the anticipation of a delightful meal, was overshadowed by a disappointing turn of events. Our family, including two toddlers, embarked on the usual trip to savor the flavors we've cherished for so long. Little did we know that this visit would redefine our perception of PF Chang's. After enduring what felt like an eternity, we discovered our waitress had failed to submit our order. The revelation hit us when he innocently inquired about dessert preferences. In response we asked if he was joking and responded you did not place an order, followed by would you like to place one now and then realizing his mistake leaving us bewildered and famished. Enduring a 45-minute wait with two hungry kids is far from the family-friendly experience we expected. The disappointment lingered as we left the restaurant, our stomachs empty, and our enthusiasm replaced by frustration. Regrettably, we've decided that this location will no longer be a part of our dining adventures. It's disheartening when a place you once cherished fails to meet expectations, especially when the essence of family enjoyment is disrupted. Here's hoping for improvements that would bring back the joy we once associated with PF Chang's.

First visit since covid started, on a Monday we walked in and noticed the place was pretty empty, the hostess admitted that they are unfortunately short staffed and will seat us as soon as possible, we decided to sit at the bar and were quickly met with the disappointing news that they don’t have happy hour anymore, but the bartender was nice enough for this to not be an issue. Once we sat down the waiter was apologetic about the wait and was very energetic that made the experience nice and fun. Sushi for appetizers, a mix of noodle and chicken dishes for the entrée, couldn’t have asked for a better showing from kitchen and staff. Hang in there PF, you’re doing fine.

I decided to get Chinese cuisine for my clients. I ordered a few dishes and got the chicken and broccoli with a side of lo mein for myself. When I arrived I parked in the plaza lot. I walked in and went over to the takeout area. There was a really nice man who served me and he was very nice and got my food together. There was another lady there and seemed irritated because one of the meals wasn't separate like requested. When I separated the food when I left, one of the meals was missing. I called, and the nice man said he would have it ready. When I arrived I went to the takeout and this young lady with glasses, the same one from before, I never got her name, saw me standing waiting for someone. Instead of handing me the bag on the other side of the counter, with an attitude, she put it away from me, so I had to go around and get it. I was not too pleased at that. It was not a great experience.

Today was my birthday celebration at PF Chang in Hackensack, NJ location. The server Guido was very nice and attentive. I really liked the experience and would recommend for anyone to visit. The menu has a lot of varieties and vegetarian options. I will def go there again!

The drinks were pretty good and we did enjoy the lettuce wraps.the Mongolian Beef is my go to meal the meat is just right. Orange chicken is also good.

This is a very nice Asian bistro style restaurant. The Decor was both original & incredibly detailed too. And all of their Asian dishes I had were amazing! They were cooked perfectly and tasted very good too. And the staff there were very professional, helpful, friendly, inviting and were able to get me a very nice & amazing meal with an appetizer and a perfect main seafood dish, that I usually prefer, too. It was so good that I had to get some takeout of a basic dish that they recommended on their menu. And it was a lot more than I could imagine! I’d recommend them to everyone!

We always have the best meals here! Our tradition is to order all the appetizers on the menu and they are all so amazing! You won’t go wrong coming here for any meal!

The flavor is sooooo amazing in all the dishes we have selected. It's a nice date night setting and the prices aren't too crazy on the pockets. The music is awesome I might add. New favorite in my book.

We were up visiting from GA. We had a 4 year old and 14 mo old with us, along with 4 adults. We were well taken care of, the kids were immediately given crayons to occupy them, and our orders were promptly taken. The staff was wonderful, food excellent, and the restaurant was kept clean (sorry about the baby, she's a walking food explosion - we try to pick up after her). We will definitely be back!

While not my first time to a PF Chang, this was definitely the best and most memorable. We were celebrating my wife birthday, I definitely thought PF would have been a good option as my wife's favorite cuisine is asian. Our server Desiree did an awesome job, my only complaint would have been that she found us a better seating option. We were seated by the door and it was super cold and windy. She did allow use to change our seat once but wasn't the best option. The manager came by and greeted us and checked with we were OK. Which we were, until I realized that we didn't get our birthday celebration cake. I put the request in but it fell by the wayside. While it's disappointing and embarrassing for me, overall the food and experience was great. Would definitely recommend and return.

I usually order take out from P.F. Chang's normally, but after a very long time, we decided to dine-in. I have no words. Take out has always been okay, but dine-in was phenomenal. 5/5 for sure. Food: The food was simply great. We ordered the Tempura Calamari and Crispy Green Beans. I'm not a fan of beans, but I LOVED it! Then, for the main course, we ordered Chang's Spicy Chicken with Brown Rice, Signature Lo Mein and Chicken Fried Rice. I went for dinner with my parents so all of us shared with each other and had a great time. (5/5) Service: Our waitress was a really friendly girl. She made sure to make us feel comfortable throughout dinner. (5/5 for her hard work!) Atmosphere: LOVED LOVED LOVED IT!!! I have nothing else to say. The lighting was perfect and there was enough space on the tables. I often struggle with lighting and space at a lot of restaurants, but I was so happy with P.F. Chang's! (5/5)

We made reservations online and requested to be seated at a booth. Our request was accommodated. It was not a busy night at the restaurant. We ordered Edamame and Veg Spring rolls for appetizers. Both were good. My alcoholic beverage was nothing special. Not very impressed with their drinks menu. For main course, we ordered a shrimp dish, Kung Pao chicken, Pad Thai noodles and a kids dish. Kung Pao chicken was a bit salty and it did not have any Sichuan chilies per the description on the menu. Hackensack location is not bad but we really like their West New York location more 😊

Decided to visit P.F. Changs for the first time on this beautiful Saturday night. From the second that I walk-in, the host was extremely respectful, very kind and despite it being busy, we got seated quickly. I had a Chicken Lettuce Wrap, Mongolian Beef and 2x Rising Dragon... 10/10. I took a Chang's Apple Crunch to-go and that also was a 10/10. I must note that they put the ice cream in a bag of ice so it doesn't melt, now that's being considerate. I was very impressed with the food/drinks, service and atmosphere. I also want to thank my server, Gabby for her 5-star hospitality. Not only did she have a smile that lit up the room, but her energy and attention to detail was incredible. Will be back sooner than later.

I took my mother and grandparents to lunch here today, and we were so pleased with everything. I normally go to the West New York location since it’s close to home, but from here on I think this will be the new spot. The food was fantastic, and our server, Ty was fantastic. He was friendly, knowledgeable and welcoming. I will absolutely be back thanks to the great experience we had.

Our waitress Gabby was phenomenal! Super attentive and pleasant to have serve us. The manager Moe was also very sweet. My 3y old daughter loves fortune cookies and she was so happy when Moe and Gabby brought her extra . Thank you guys !

We were recommended to try PF Changs a couple days ago and they did not disappoint! Food was excellent. Our waiter Christian was phenomenal!! He recommend some amazing cocktails like the Rising Dragon and Lux Punch, followed by our main courses (Mongolian beef and the Sea Bass). Christian offered some coupons for our next visit which was a nice surprise!

We had arrived during lunch and Ty was our server. He was on top of our table from the moment we were seated. He gave us outstanding customer service, he was super friendly, and attentive. Definitely my favorite location and person whenever I go to the Hackensack P.F. Chang’s. If you want a great experience, cool server, and outstanding service ask for Ty!

I go to Pf Chang's whatever state I go to. Lol. This one is just as lovely as the others. Friendly and attentive servers. Pretty and delicious food. Portions large enough for lunch the next day.

My family and I had a nice dinner at PF Chang’s at Riverside Mall. It has been many years since we dined there but we were glad we did. The best part was that we got to taste many dishes, and packed all the leftovers to go. No waste Of food and no over eating!

One of the better PF Chang’s out there. Food came quick and was absolutely delicious. The servers were very nice and prompt. We had a great evening.

Front desk/Host: Alex is a great addition to this facility as he seats customers in a timely manner and is very nice! Waiters/Waitresses: Mimi & Christian are hands down the best waiters at this facility. They are extremely caring, nice and always take care of us!! They are AMAZING waiters. 10/10 recommended. Cooks: Mike is the best chef at this location. Everytime we come, our food comes out perfectly, exceeds our expectations and tastes delicious. Managers: Stanley & Bill are the best managers here. We always have great conversations and they are extremeley respectful and nice to us. They always make sure that we are taken care of. If you have any issues, make sure you consult with these managers and they will make sure that the error is corrected promptly.

My friends and I came to eat lunch and had an incredible time! The Bartender Ty is a gem, he is the epitome of customer service and took care of my party so well! Ty’s demeanor is so welcoming. He exemplifies sublime customer service and has certainly solidified our return to this establishment. Thank you PF Changs and a special thanks to Ty for an unforgettable experience. The food, drinks, and most importantly the service from Ty will have my friends and I become regulars here. Ty even took it to the extent where he came out with sparklers for us to enhance our experience.

Christian was just amazing and so was our food. We had an amazing time spending Easter dinner here. We got our usually crispy shrimp, lo mein, Kung poa chicken and Christian was so attentive the whole time. The banana spring rolls were perfect and he recommended it and it didn’t disappoint. Thank you for making this a great dinner. We will be back!

Wow! Chouldnt have made a better choice for my late night dinner with friends! Ty our server was the best and seemed both competent and helpful throughout the meal which made this the best choice for us! Will be back not just for the food but for Ty as well 😬

We are regulars at this location. Personal preference is a more dimly lit table, usually in the middle of the room and not the booths. Our last visit, for some reason, the lighting was overly bright for our comfort. We actually sat in a booth for the first time. Everything else was great! Our server was Christian, and he saved the day by seating us in a more comfortable table (lighting-wise). He had a great personality and took charge of our issue and order. The young ladies at the door were also quite pleasant and concerned with our lighting dilemma. The food on this particular evening was better than ever (Mongolian Beef!!!). Hey P.F. Chang…cut the spotlights, your other lighting is sufficient!!!

Dine in with a friend yesterday for the first time. The foods was excellent! We had the chicken lettuce wrap ( out of this world) and the banana crisp with ice cream- delicious. But the best thing that happened to me was, I left a bunch of signed blank checkbook on our table. and our server Laura who is very sweet found the checks and hand them to the manager and kept in the safe. I went back today and got my checkbook. I appreciate their kindness. Not only foods are great but the people that works here are also well trained and kindhearted.

Went shopping and got hungry. It wasn’t a hard choice. We walked past all the other restaurants and walked into P.F. Chang’s. We had a great customer experience. The food was hot and tasty and our waiter Christopher was attentive and fast. We don’t have a restaurant by us so every chance we get to Jersey this is our place of choice. Already looking forward to the next time!

Carly’s customer service and attentiveness was beyond exceptional! She was amazing and very pleasant. Ty was also awesome. What a great night to hang out at the bar! Can’t wait to visit again! Made me like PF Chang’s again.

Adrian is the best! He’s my favorite bartender best customer service best drinks very knowledgeable and professional. And makes me laugh always. We love Adrian !
