Excellent health center. The doctors and the assistants are very friendly and very careful with the health of their patients. I have been attending there for 10 years because of their good service. And the best thing is that they offer a low cost for people who do not have medical insurance. It also has dental health for the whole family

My first impression of open door, sleepy: Very nice people, care for humans is the goal, not money. Very nice facility. Spotless and will supply PPP. I will support them with my ailments when needed and will donate to the cause when i can. Do not park in front lot off rt. 9. I think there is a lot behind. Double check though

Not only does open door help you with paying for the care, it has the most compassionate and educated doctors and staff of any medical group me or my family have been too. Even if you have the best insurance in the world, you'd be hard pressed to find better care anywhere else.

Literally is impossible to get ahold of anyone at this office via phone. One even tried to email, they replied and told me I have to call... Over 2 weeks of calling and no luck, never have dealt with issues like this with any other clinic.

Unprofessional dentist was singing in my face through the entire procedure. I wish I was joking, but I’m not. I came in for a simple chip in my back tooth. She did my filling incorrectly and the office billed me for something I did not ask for or approve of. Sharp pieces of the filling material are still cutting my cheek and the filling area is still sensitive nearly 2 weeks later. I filed a complaint with my insurance company. Furious and not returning, nor will I pay for a service I did not approve of. Will get this fixed elsewhere.

It was my first time being seen by a doctor this year. I was fortunate to see Dr. Ruchi, who was both professional and friendly. I appreciate that she paid attention to my concerns and provided immediate intervention. Her assistant, Sandra, was also very nice and proactively asked me questions about my back pain.

I am satisfied with my visit to the doctor. Clean and spacious office. There is no long wait. Professional and polite staff. Good doctors.

Front desk was a little busy, however they accommodated me when I told them that I was on a time restriction. They sent me in to see the doctors as soon as 10 minutes. I do recommend to go early before your appointment and give yourself some time just in case you have other obligations. The doctors were all friendly and nice and gave great feedback and were understanding.

I have been with the Open Door for years. I feel safe. I feel taken care of. It is a wonderful and affordable place to get medical care.

They have a variety of doctors and you can pick who you wish to see. The staff really cares about you and your overall health. Dr. Sara Paul is awesome. I have to be seen often for bloodwork. The girls drawing the blood are great. Minimal pain and no bruises. My next appointment is made before I leave. I highly recommend them.

I've been going to this Open Door since before they moved locations, 4+ years. Open Door helped me get insurance back when I had none and provided amazing, affordable care. The doctors and staff have always, ALWAYS been kind, caring, and attentive. The dentists are great too! I see a lot of complaining about wait times, but waiting a bit before your appointment is normal for a doctor's office. 15 mins at the most, isn't going to kill you. In my experience if you set an appointment beforehand, the wait is non existent or short. Thanks for your great service to the community ODFMC!

The doctors here are very professional with my treatment and lab results and this place is so clean. They do alot of things in one spot which us much easier for me.

This facility has a tiny lot which you may be able to pull you car into to drop a person off near the front door. But good luck getting out. How this “drive in@ lot was approved - if it was - by the town boards of Sleepy Hallow is beyond my comprehension. I have been driving patients there for quite some time. I cannot leave them at the curb as many people have difficulty walking and it is uphill to the door. But today I could not turn around - no room at all - and had to get help. This will be the last time I take someone there, I am sad to say. I would love to see the permit that allows this space to be used for cars to come to the front door without room to turn around. Dangerous.

the front desk lady was nice, even though I was a little late for my appointment, she still took care of me. I just waited less than 5 minutes to see the doctor. It's really fast and smooth. Even the nurse she was kind and accommodating. My Doctor Panchmatia is a good Doctor and nice.

Great place, great staff friendly and kind especially the doctors. If you need care quickly and from competent staff, Nurses, Practitioners or Doctors; Open Door is the best place to go.

I am extremely satisfied with the care I got from Dr Yuen! He is funny and friendly and makes his patient feel seen and heard! I hope to have him as my doctor for as long as he is practicing medicine!

Although I’ve had great health-care experiences at Open Door primarily with the physicians, the billing department requires improvement. I was charged under the wrong provider / NPI number who was out of network when I saw a different provider in-person. Make sure to double check your bills from Open Door and compare them to your insurance.
