It's one of the good Taco Bells for sure, but they are never open til 2AM or later. I've shown up hopeful at 1:40AM and they are packing up their stuff.

Picked up- with some hair. Disgusting, is not the first time it happens, that's why I'm posting this.

Hard working people there, even on the busiest of nights staff makes sure your food is ready in a timely manner. Even if you order in advance they will have the food ready before the scheduled time.

I had a really bad experience of food here. I ordered potato soft tacos - 2 , cheesy Fiesta potatoes . They served me old and cold potatoes, which had some smell. I felt potatoes taste like bitter at the end. I paid for the food that should be hot and fresh. Instead of that, they gave me cold and bitter taste food. I have an order from the kiosk machine and did not get the receipt of it. But I would like to complain regarding this matter to tacobell.

Good environment, reasonable price for late food . Good customer services.

Came in at 1:30pm on November 30th 2023 and has a great experience. Everything was on point. They got my order right which is rare because others always mistake MODIFY with SWAP, don’t know why. Good job girls!

You have to be let in to use the rest room but besides that, the staff is nice

The food is okay . Only 1 or 2 execs speaks English, and we have a kiosk to order so u r fine. Only Take Away don’t dine in. They never clean the tables more than they do the floor🤣.

It's a good taco bell. Customer service is good, dining room is fairly clean. The new nacho box was not good though, wouldnt recommend. Other than that it's your standard taco bell. CAREFUL GOING AT NIGHT, sometimes wont have mild sauce.

I love this taco bell. Been coming here since i was a teen. Staff is good. Food is always good. They actually care here. I kinda miss how this place was before they renovated. I feel like it lost it chill hangout spot feel I really loved. They took the comfy booths for these terrible uncomfortable seating. Idkno dont make sense to me but I still like this place just wouldnt spend as much time as I use to here.

Now they want contactless ordering but if paying cash you have to deal with the cashier anyway dumbest idea ever taco bell waste of time

Ordered through uber eats and they gave the driver the completey wrong order and won't do anything about it.

They always get my order wrong and the people there don't speak English. High-school students hang out there and it just feels wild and dangerous af

Worst place to order online Always missing items in the order, cinnamon twist, and this time Wrong item, swap beef for chicken, paid extra and they sent beef

Terrible service, this is the fourth time that I place orders in the same place and they give me everything wrong, call and talk to the manager and he asks me that they will give me the correct order and the moment I arrive at the restaurant all the employees do not give me a solution. Pay more attention and improve the service that is terrible

I'm not sure about you, but the hot sauce packets are a requirement for me. And when they put 4 in (not even close to enough for the tacos ordered) when I clearly selected 20, it shows the incompetency of some of these folks. Apparently for some people counting is too complex of a concept to grasp.

Was here on March 29th and an employee gave my food away 3 times. I Ask for a refund and the supervisor or mgr granted me the refund and threw my receipt at me. This lucky I ain't spit at them.

I had a free medium drink offer (price $2.79) but I wanted to get a small iced coffee instead ($1.99). There was no way in the app to specify that so I asked the manager if I could order that and she could just swap and give me coffee instead. They denied. I didn't see the point though since what I was asking was of lesser value. Anyway, they need to do better in customer service.

This Taco Bell is the worst. Every time I Uber eats from here they mess up the order . You need new staff . The manager here needs to re train it’s employees to double check what there doing . Quality control is definitely not for front at tho establishment . I will be reaching out to Corporate on the matter . I mean how do you mess up drinks. Skill or will .
