Old, fairly small and expensive for Spaniard food. The paella will be mostly rice with limited shrimps. The meats are not tasty and actually taste as poorly season meat. The place is cramped up, no free soda refills but they charge you for a small glass full of ice with a small amount of Coke. Smells old and definitely dated. There are better places to go eat real Spaniard food.

Amazing service. Food was great. From the appitizers to main dishes to side dishes and desserts..... really good. Drinks from the bar were great as well. Nice inside as well. Prices are great. Cant wait to go back.

Have not been here in years. Parking lot had ample outdoor seating due to Covid, but decided to sit inside. The outside tables are subject to the quick snd noisy Kennedy Blvd traffice. The inside is dimly lit with bright sun pouring infrom the window's, made for a really nice mood. I ordered raw Clams on the half shelf as an appetizers. Clams were clean and fresh, with no sandy insides. I ordered the lamb chops Medium rare, with a side of mixed vegetables. The chops arrived perfectly cooked, however they did not appear to have any grill marks or pan searing (Maillard effects) to flavor the meat and fat. The chop was lacking salt and pepper. The mixed vegetables (string beans, broccoli and carrots) were cook tender in a light butter garlic sauce. The only starch I had was a small piece of bread (which was just ok). My standards for dining out are higher than most so I only gave this place 4 stars. The wait staff was very attentive. And I spent a total of 1 hour .15 minutes. I would return to try other meals here when my schedule allows.

The food was very good a bit exspensive but the staff hawks you. I felt very u confortable constant watching you and they come quickly to take your plate. I really did not like! Staff should let customers enjoy their food!

Went there for lunch and had a lunch special seafood paella for $20.00. The paella seafood contain shrimp, scallops, mussels and clams. The dish was very tasty with a nice seafood broth that smothered the rice, yummy. We ordered appetizers of calamari. Cooked perfect with a nice marinara sauce. I hate chewy calamari but this appetizer didn't leave me disappointed. Along with our dishes we ordered sangria which complimented our meal. The servers were nice and helpful. We ate outside because of covid-19 and unfortunately some bees did come by us but were quick to leave. The headaches of eating outside. Overall we enjoyed Medon Espanol.

Very bad place, the first time that a situation like this has happened, classists. I'm leaving the gym and they asked me to have a more formal outfit. You cannot judge by the way they dress and much less by the condition of the people. Very bad attention in the place. Discrimination is very bad in a country of equality.

This is one of the best local spots in town! Food is very authentic and flavorful. Has an old Spaniard feel and decor. The wait staff is always amazing and hace been there forever so you'll get consistent good service!

A total disappointment. Since 2019, we have been visiting them any day of the week, knowing that weekends are usually busy, the service, the atmosphere today was disappointing. We arrived at 1:45pm, it was not until 2:10 (approximately) that I went to one of the waiters to take at least the drink order. At 2:20 they took the order (2 paellas, Pechurinas, Chops fried) and it is not until 3:30 that our food arrives. The pressure from the same waiters and their owner asking about table closures was uncomfortable. Once again accustomed to excellent service and delicious dishes, it was not what we received. However, the wait is so long that their usual breads arrive at our tables and we understand that they send it out of courtesy, the order of paellas lasts (45min)... and in the end, we receive the charge for something that we did not order. This bad taste should definitely be removed from my memory to consider recommending or visiting them again.

Service was great. Sangria was awesome. Food was subpar. Our steak was super bland, and the paella was very salty. Very upsetting for the money we paid. Not worth a return trip.

Not the same as before the paella was soupy not enough seafood and the mussels in green sauce lacked volume, and the sangria needed alcohol.

The food was ehh. The restaurant itself needs an update. It's stuck in a time warp. The waiters were great.

Absolutely delicious.. being mothers day the service was faster than I expected, they said 45 minutes but after 20 we were called ... understanding that the plates will take a little longer they offer water and fresh bread, obviously it makes the wait easier calming the hunger.. 4 stars because the place needs some renovation

There’s a reason I’ve been coming here for 30 years. Food is good and consistent. The bartenders (including the owner) are no joke when it comes to keeping your drinks full. They don’t let you leave!!!!!

Appetizers and drinks were delicious, but the seafood paella was awesome! Serving portions huge! The servers were really nice and accommodating. Had reservation and no wait time. Can't wait to go back!

The food and service were ok. It was just difficult for an elderly person to enter or use the restroom. My generous tip was not even acknowledged. I might return but not with my aging mom.

The food is without any doubt quality. The service is second to mine The tables are finely dressed with white table cloths. This restaurant has two levels. It looks like the lower level is used for special occasions. There is valet parking. The menu prices are reasonably good .

This place is by far the most genuine Spanish experience. You almost feel like you're in a restaurant in Spain. I had the veal, the best!
