Walmart is good but their staff is terrible。I pressed this thing hundreds of times and waited an hour and no one came to help me unlock it and take it out. I have been asking the staff passing by, and they all answered that I don't have the key, so ask someone else! I love Walmart, but I hate the quality of their staff.

Wow This will be my first and last time at this place!!! Upon arriving I thought I was going have a great experience :-) Everyone at this location was lost didn’t know where any of the items were placed !! I was actually going in circles for one hour and didn’t even know it LOL .. finally we asked someone why is everything & everyone so displace ?! The woman told us that they’re moving things around the store . I said to her OK but what gives the employees the rights to have an attitude with customers when asking question ?! They were talking among themselves so much ! I actually said excuse me 4 times! And would you believe they employees got mad at me !!! GEEEZ at least POINT THE WAY FOR me!! … I purchased some items because I drove all the way from the Bronx to New Jersey but this will be my last time at this location! In addition I don’t understand all of the reviews about this store ?!?! I did not find them helpful or courteous .. I should’ve stayed home and ordered online 😂😂 !

The most stocked and varied Walmart in Bergen County. I love that there is a huge lot with ample parking, no matter how busy the store gets. It makes for a less stressful experience. Relatively clean and organized. There is always someone working in the department I am in, stocking shelves or cleaning. The only drawback is that sometimes, especially the grocery aisles, have a shortage of products due to the high number of shoppers. But that can't be blamed on the workers or store, and I always walk out with 99% of the items I was looking for.

I shop there often and don’t have many complaints, the prices and selection are good. I’m specifically wondering why are the blueberries containers containing less than stated. I’ve weighed multiple containers in the past few weeks before buying using the scale at the store and they consistently have 1.5-1.6 lbs, when the label is stating 1.8. This should be looked at.

Love Walmart overall! Walmart North Bergen is awesome. The staff keeps the store stocked. Check out is usually quick, no long lines. Bathrooms are clean. In-store pick up is pretty good. After signing in, 2 - 3 minutes to get your order.

This store for the most part is great. My issues are: 1. they need more employees who can speak fluent English on the floor to assist customers. I was asking for Dr. Bonners soap due to the language barrier I was sent every where but the right place. I finally found someone who spoke and comprehend English fluently she took me right to it! Secondly they need more people in electronics who speak fluent English as well as being knowledgeable of the items. David was great though he was able to give me all the information I need to purchase a TV. All the other employees wasn't sure and didn't try to help me find out. One employee said OH David will know, you will see him walking around with the David name tag. Thats poor customers and work ethic in my opinion.

This is the second time I have been denied a return due to the rude customer service rep. Young woman, very angry and with attitude. She said the item could not be returned because their label printer is out of order. I asked how long it’s been out of service, she says “A year” and told me to try another walmart. Are you joking? Your label machine has been broken for a year and you haven’t bothered to fix it? Of course, I tried to speak to an actual manager but no one was available. In addition, you can print a regular paper label and use tape to attach it if you want to provide the service you state you provide. Always disappointed. Hire better people who actually want to resolve issues, not create more.

This place is huge. It looks like it got bigger. They placed the book bags on the left side when u walk in along the wall. There's so man different ones to choose from. But the book bags do smell a little it's the natural smell of fresh plastic ( which isn't a very good smell ) but all u have to do is open them and let the plastic breath. They have cool sharpeners for boys and girls and cool pencil case for both. This store is always clean tho everyone u talk to or ask for help so far are really helpful it's really easy to find stuff. All u gotta do is ask lol 😆 you can not go wrong on the prices the some of the girls back packs are $16.88 & the marvel is $9.98

I love this store, especially it is, it is always stocked, is big, its employees are always attentive and helpful, inside Walmart there is a Subway, it has an Optical store, here you get everything. This Walmart is always well stocked. I gave them 5 stars because they always have clean toilets. That says a lot. Its employees are always busy making the mart run well. I've never had an issue with lines even at its busiest time. Great bakery items. Decent meat section. Great food options, not just American but Latino options as well. I guess that makes me biased lol. Great store. My family and I are from Manhattan, NYC and we love coming here. Kudos to all the staff, thank you!

Found some really nice summer wear here for the children. I have been so impressed with this walmart location. It's really improved, and have seen some worth while sales, and savings. Definitely a must if your looking for anything; this walmart has everything.

I’ve been coming to this Walmart 6 years now. Sunday was the first time that I’ve experience such a hassle..This one individual has POOR customer service skills and doesn’t represent your company well. She had me waiting for over 2hrs trying to resolve my problem. Once the customer service rep on the phone needed the manager he comes over to speak on the phone and ask the cashier what’s my issue she tells him he then explain to her it can be handled in house. Had she called him over in the beginning to tell him what’s going on my wait time would had be resolved in mins. Her whole personality shows she doesn’t care bout customers and as she stated out loud she’s only there to pay her phone bill. She needs to go back to training or remove from front end of helping customers. I then needed the approval from the GM he was apologetic and understood my needs and made sure I was taken care of in minutes. The cashier that wasn’t even dealing with understood how I felt and also helped to get my issue resolved. This uncaring cashier while I was waiting also told another customer what he needed couldn’t be done and he explained he has done it and it could he requested a manager when he came over again he told the cashier it can be done in house. She is poorly representing your company. African American cashier with KNOT braids in her hair. 10/9 from the return department!

Horrible experience. My $81.58 order was delivered to the wrong address. The photo that Lucas the delivery person, sent is not my house. After an hour of jumping through hoops, I received a refund but now have nothing to eat. There is no way to contact driver. I threatened to report it to the police as a robbery & got a refund. My trips to the North Bergen Walmart have typically been easy and pleasant. I've never had any complaints here. The store is huge and has the most selection that I have found in NJ. There were some issues with pickup orders when I first started ordering from here, but they fixed those within a couple of weeks. Overall, a reliable Walmart that local shoppers don't have to be afraid of.

Pretty big store, well stocked, the layout was a bit confusing otherwise a decent Walmart. I went midday on a Saturday so it was very busy but there were all hands on deck as far as cashiers go, plus self check out, and the store was pretty clean on a weekday early I think would be better to beat the crowds.

I love being able to buy car oil and milk in the same place. That's just me. Easy shopping. But try and avoid weekends. Second busiest Walmart in America.
