I ordered BBQ chicken on the Uber Eats app and canceled it right away because of its extremely high price of $80. I even called BBQ to ask if they had begun to prepare it. BBQ chicken said no so I called Uber Eats and asked for a refund as BBQ hadn't even started. However, when I called Uber Eats they told me that they would have to call BBQ to confirm the validity of my statement. They did so and BBQ had told Uber Eats that they had finished making my order. Not only did they lie to me but they also lied to Uber Eats. Because of this, I am unable to receive a refund and lost $78 on nothing.

Really shady business practice. We called to order a medium wings of half and half of flavors, and instead of telling us over the phone that it can't be done they say ok and when we show up, charge us for two full sets of medium wings. Other places will let you split half and half or tell you you can't unless you order a larger size. Won't be coming back. Would much rather fly to Korea for fried chicken than come back here and get swindled.

I ordered their original and bb chicken wings and fries. I take a bite of the chicken and all I taste is this horrible burnt oil flavor. The fries had the same burnt flavor as well. The cook should change the oil regularly because I just wasted $40. Never ordering again.

I ordered a large Soy Garlic wings, and garlic shrimp. I had to ask for the pickled radish which should usually come with your chicken order. I think this place is generally too pricey compared to MOM CHICKEN in Fort Lee and MOM CHICKEN has just as good chicken.

First time tasting This type of Korean BBQ chicken. So convenient. You just pick ready made chicken in the box and sides of your desired flavors. So good! Around $15 a box can be good for 2 people.

I ordered a whole chicken with soy sauce. The visual of the food was not good for the party. The amount was lesser compared to other fried chicken shops.

Nicely fried chicken with the breading (almost tempura like) that tastes light and not heavy. I was not impressed with the sauce I chose (sweet and spicy). It was nothing special in the sense that it was too sweet and not enough of the spice factor (compared to other Korean Fried Chicken concepts).

Would give zero star if I could. Asked the cashier if the chicken is cooked with sesame oil due to allergy and she said no. I had to clarify if chicken is also garnished with sesame seeds since some places do, and she gave us attitude when she answered us that it didn’t have sesame seeds or oil. Her attitude was unnecessary!

I ordered honey garlic chicken wings yesterday. Do not go to this store. The menu said chicken wings but all that came out were drumsticks. I called and asked why it was just drumsticks,and the cashier at the front desk? owner lady?said, if this is the case, I should show them all the things, otherwise there is no way to prove that what I said is true. Let me drive back to show them in such a hot day? Ridiculous... I have bought them countless times, and every time there are fewer chicken wings and more drumsticks. Purely a liar. I didn’t want to give a star, if I didn’t give a star, I couldn’t write a review, so I give a star😡😡😡

We are hooked with this chicken. We enjoy the crispy outside, the juicy meat inside, and slightly hot aftertaste. Favorite is the large 20 piece wings. And don’t forget the coleslaw, these are homemade and has the right amount of sweetness and crunch. Can’t get enough. People also seem to enjoy the mild and spicy sauce but I just go with the golden original. I have noticed that the chicken is a bit less seasoned and is cooked with older oil if you go right before closing. So you might want to go early.

Update 3/2022: BB Wing flavor and texture is worse than before. I always preferred this location's bb wings from the rest, but it's no longer the case. Downgrading from 3 stars to 2. The cliffside park location seems to be the most consistent now. Would've been a solid 4 a while ago. But as of late, the flavors aren't consistent and not including even a small portion of pickled radish (+2 upcharge) is a bit lame.

The fried chicken wings here are simply delicious! I got the garlic soy and spicy garlic and it was a crunch in every bite. The spicy garlic one is quite spicy so be warned if you order! The service could be faster but maybe because they are making their orders super fresh and crispy.

Inside is so hot. There is no enough place to eat. Chicken was good though.

One of the top Korean Fried Chicken. Their chicken never misses and is always so good. I know there’s a lot of other Korean fried chicken places near this area but the chicken here is the best.

Pretty surprised by the low rating here. This is a Korean fried chicken chain store, I had their chicken from K-town and the taste is consistently delicious. Honey garlic and soy garlic are my favorites, exactly the flavorful, crispy and juicy fried chicken I’m craving to. Whenever I’m around the area, I order one box to go. The lady at cashier is also very friendly and always remind of me the preparing time so I can plan ahead. It’s usually 20mins then you will have your freshly fried chicken!

I stopped going here for the same reason that the other reviewers are complaining, the present owner's attitude. Now I go one in Cliffside Park, very friendly.

Fried Bonless Chicken sauce was quite good. But some of the chicken was a little bit frozen and the rice they served was not soft. I had no choice but to eat.

The chicken was so tender and thoroughly cooked. It was very delicious and warm. The woman on the phone is very sweet and deserves a raise! My father is picky and hates ordering because he thinks it’s a waste of money. But when we order from here, he said it was absolutely 100% worth the money. My children loved it as well. I recommend the honey garlic. Price was also fair.

The service was good, we ordered at the counter and it only took about 20 minutes. The chicken was fresh, but too oily tasting for me. The "original" flavor was mildly spicy, the soy garlic was good. The French fries were very good.

Unfortunately, I had a disappointing experience; I ordered half of the chicken, but my order was mistakenly taken by someone else. The cashier's response to the situation was surprisingly less than satisfactory; there was no apology whatsoever, and the cashier annoyingly told me to wait. For another 30 minutes, I waited. My time did not seem to be considered important at all. I am not asking you to be unnecessarily nice but be properly mannered. I can tell that I felt totally unwelcomed and unwanted. Given that circumstance, both an oddly unapologetic, ungraceful attitude is such a deadly combination for the position. Please learn how to deal with situations for better communication, overall.

why is this a 3.7 star place? it deserves 5 stars! i was craving chicken a few days ago and i ordered takeout. the lady on the phone was spoke clearly and i guess she was nice. the price was very good and the chicken was yummy.
