I had a wonderful online shopping experience with Abdul. His responses were super quick and he offered me a fantastic deal on an Oris GMT watch. He shipped the watch overnight the next day and I received it the next morning. When I called Abdul after I received the watch he was off that day. However the message was passed on to him and he returned my call shortly after on his day off. Excellent customer service! Overall I had a fantastic experience.

Called at noon asking them to reserve a watch for me which they had no problem doing. When I got there an hour later the service was more than excellent. They helped go over the watches functions, and fit it on me perfectly. The watch is amazing and I am really happy I made the trip to this location to purchase it! Really recommend shopping here!

I had such an amazing shopping experience today at the Clifton Jewelers. Mostly cause Abdul was so so helpful and genuine. I walked out with a brand new Tudor black bay 58. Not only did I get the watch I always wanted but the services I got from Abdul and everyone working there made the watch that much more worth it. They were so patient and really look after their customers. I will def be coming back.

Had my chain repaired today. It was done same day, the service was good and inexpensive. Great to browse around, and employees were very nice to me. They also have a big selection of women watches compared to other places. Ill have to come back with my other stuff to get fixed too

I left out two stars because I've been getting my white gold diamond ring rhodium plated there every 4-6 months for almost four years without any problems and had a white gold rope chain sodered seamlessly. However, during my last experience I brought my usual white gold diamond ring in for rhodium plating, but when I handed the old man working the counter my yellow gold plain band requesting that it be buffered and polished he began to ramble about things that would need to be done for $40 which I found odd because almost everywhere charges $20-$25 and I just assumed he had no idea what he was talking about and the jeweler would know the only thing that can be done to a yellow gold ring. When I picked up the ring I noticed that I had been charged $40 but the ring was exactly the same as I brought it with superficial scuffs that came out after only a five minute wait and $20 charge at the next jeweler.

Came into this store one day looking to get some repair work done on a watch of mine and fell in love with the place! Great selection of watches and a knowledgeable staff. Abdul provided amazing service and was a great help...I highly recommend 💯💎

I wouldn't recommend this place even to my enemies. I am not sure if it was a racist move or they don't entertain window shoppers...I just walked in to checkout their wares and ask a few questions about a custom repair.. and in the middle of the conversation....the guy showed his hand towards the door, subtly hinting me towards the door, that got me disgusted at this person and business. Never returning here. They don't even have good gold...it's all capped at 14k.

Me and my two friends each bought a watch from here and the staff were all kind and knowledgeable with their inventory. They helped us all throughout the order and even adjusted our watches to fit our wrists when it arrived. They made the watch buying experience great and would definitely be coming back to buy more.

I ordered a watch (Longine Zulu) that I've been looking for and couldn't get it from other stores. Stopped in at Clifton Jewelers and placed an order for it. Waited about a month and finally got the watch. It wasn't exactly what I ordered as I wanted it with steel bracelet but I was informed by the salesman beforehand and accepted it - contingent upon the bracelet will be ordered as a complimentary. This is the easiest way to get the watch. Overall, Clifton Jewelers delivers. I will post an update once I receive the bracelet.

This store is awesome. Got my fiancé her engagement ring, wedding band and my wedding band here. Amazing quality competitive pricing and a family business. Super grateful - also went in a day before my wedding to get a watch battery and watch band took care of me same day within an hour.

Honestly one of if not the best jeweler shop I ever went to. Really affordable prices, the customer service is amazing, nice workers and down to earth.
