This place is filthy. I always rate gyms on their bathrooms. For the most part, gym fitness areas are usually maintained by the customers with some effort from the staff. However, the bathrooms are completely maintained by staff. So you can quickly tell a productive staff from a lazy one. This PF has one of the filthiest bathrooms I’ve ever seen in the north-east. Both stalls had paper toilet on and around the bowl. The floor also had paper (usually covering urine). They have 4 showers but only 3 shower curtains and 1 hook to hang your towel. That’s 1 hook total. The shower walls are shower walls are caked in mildew. I’m assuming they don’t clean the walls because the dirt blends in with the dark colors in the bathroom. Everything in the bathroom is black, brown, or grey, like a prison. Even the lighting is dark. I’m pretty sure these color choices were made to conceal. Go if you want, you’ve been warned.

I am very sad to write this review about Planet Fitness in my town. Don’t get me wrong this place has everything you need and you can bit the price however for the past 3 weeks there is no one to open the gym on Friday when it opens at 5 am. The bathrooms are so dirty they haven’t been clean in 4 months thats how long I been coming to this gym on a daily basis. It makes no sense to me that with everything that has been going on after surviving a pandemic they take the chances in not cleaning their facilities. I have to say that a lot of young kids work the early shift all of them are supper friendly but they definitely need a better management and guidance. Do better for your clients Planet Fitness!!

I’ll start with the gym is a good gym for your everyday workout. Me and my friends enjoyed coming together. So much so we thought to sign up for one of the fitness classes that were offered. Signs were posted, online in the app had sessions to register for. We were excited to try a core exercise class so we registered online and even got an email saying we register. It listed the trainers name and everything. We go the next day for the class and sit under the sign “class meets here”…we waited…waited… no one came over. So we asked the front desk where does the class take place and start. We were told “oh we don’t do classes at this location, it must be another gym you registered for.” And no, we didn’t register for another PF because this is the only one we can go to. So my friend and I were disappointed because we really wanted to do a fitness class, but we’re mislead.

I sent in a letter to cancel my membership in June of 2021 (because Planet fitness makes it impossible to cancel otherwise). I just found out that my membership was never cancelled and I've been getting charged this entire time. I called the office and spoke the manager Alejandro. He didn't care an ounce to help me. I cried to him on the phone, BEGGING him to give me some sort of credit, and nothing. I was completely blown off. I feel deliberately SCAMMED by planet fitness as they make it IMPOSSIBLE to cancel a membership and DONT EVEN CANCEL when the customer follows their absurd producedures. In addition, there is no way to contact their HQ. Absolutely ridiculous. Planet Fitness has stolen TONS of money from me and I will be VERY VOCAL about advising anyone I know to never use this gym if this is not sorted out. This is hands down the biggest scam and worst customer service that I have ever seen in a company and you should all be ashamed of yourselves.

The staff is super friendly! They greet you every time you walk in through the door and say good bye upon exiting. The woman's locker room is very clean. I have gone at various times during the week and weekend and always find it clean no matter the time of day

Eryk was very nice and he was so helpful! I came today to downgrade my membership and he took care of me super fast! I definitely recommend him if you have a question or need any help!

The Planet Fitness of Woodland Park is the best Gym around. The cleanness and service are SUPER! The employees are kind and always ready to solve any issue or answer any question. Management is Great here! Congratulations!

Thanks to Erik, I didn’t have to cancel my gym membership for two months for the summer while I was away. He suggested I just freeze it for two months and come back without having to deal with the hassle of reregistering all over again. Thanks for saving me some time and money Erik!

My first year at any gym and I’m very glad I choose planet fitness. All the workers are always very nice and ready to assist us with anything. Gym people are never in the way, everyone is pretty much always vibing and just hitting their routines, no disturbances <3

It is a good gym for people on a tight budget as the membership prices are great. The massage chairs are pretty good too. Down side however is they don't offer any fitness classes

Where to begin, I was a chump before this place…. And after guidance by amazing staff Including big boss Frank. (Sweetheart) and a Drake- look alike, I became a beast! Good equipment and great music, motivates you to work harder! Come and take a look ;)

Don't be fooled by the friends at the entrance who look like models. If you are going to become a member, first check the bathroom, toilet and locker room. It was like a place where homeless people lived. That view will never leave my mind. The worst planet fitness I've ever seen in my life. I was going to take a photo, but I couldn't stomach any more and ran away immediately. A $10 fitness center is not a good idea. Why am I paying 28 dollars?

Eryk is by far the best employee here. He was very helpful and was able to show me everything about planet fitness. Very great guy and give him a raise! Also clean and spacious gym!

First time in the Clifton, NJ location, was assisted by Eryk, he was very patient, kind and explained in detail all the membership types available and the location services for me and my son.. kudos to him, looking forward to start my new journey with PF, thanks Eryk.

A year later, the brilliant and game-changing decision to relocate the mat stand closer to the crunching zone at this gym demonstrates exceptional innovation in enhancing customer ergonomics.

Anthony was very helpful and showed me around the gym and was suprised by how clean it was. I had alot of questions and took time to answer all of them and also showed me how to work the machines around the gym. He also explained the app and showed me the club meter which is very helpful.

Love this gym! Daily visitor and the staff and equipment is amazing. Special thanks to John and Eryk in the front desk who always keep the gym clean and always keep me feeling welcomed. 10/10
