We celebrated our mother’s 81st birthday here last night. WOWWWWW!!! The food was AMAZING… the tables were set up so BEAUTIFULLY and the service was IMPECCABLE! THANKYOU for making a beautiful memory for our family.

Very disappointing. Lunch was very mediocre. Actually very bad. Ordered szechuan shrimp, which was not szechuanvat all, it just had regular Costco hot sauce (are we stupid or what?) and only had 3 shrimps. Yes 3. Even a shrimp cocktail, which comes as appetizer in other places has more! Also tried the sushi rolls, which were 2 out of 10 at best. Service was provided by an angry server who was not in the mood for anything! 🤔

Soup dumplings were tops and the 4 mushroom dish was very good. Sautéed beef with chilies was excellent. Only 4 stars since regulars clearly receive better service.

This place has really gone downhill. Will never order from them again. First of all the food is never consistent. Very hit or miss. Portion size has become a joke while the price continues to go up. And the service is disgusting to say the least. Tonight i witnessed the owner screaming at a poor delivery driver picking. Up an order. I’ve never seen someone be so nasty. I live in Manhasset and this business is an embarrassment here in town. What a horrible way to treat people.

The restaurant is gorgeous. The aesthetics are beautiful the moment you walk in. The service is good. We had a waiter on a Thursday night who was very knowledgeable about the entire food menu which was awesome. The food itself was a bit over priced and didn’t equate to the taste or worth. The sushi was delicious and fresh. The whole fish lacked flavor. The prawns are cooked perfectly and are juicy but for the price, not enough. Love the complimentary chips with sweet sauces and a horse-radish-like sauce. The hot tea is fantastic. The best thing about this place is the fried duck appetizers aka the dim sum.

After friends had highly recommended this place, was looking forward to trying out. By chance, we went right after Lunar New Years and experienced a show from the local kids' Chinese culture society. It was a beautiful enhancement to our dinner, but due to it, service was slow. It took quite a while for us to even order food. The thing I liked most was the dim sum, which I was surprised they had available for dinner. The spicy Mongolian steak was also delicious, but the rest not as noteworthy. Also valet parking which I'm not a fan of, but it was Saturday nite, so understandable. Overall a good experience, but other places have better quality and more authentic Chinese food, at lesser prices.

My first time here after many years. When I worked in the area we would order from here or dine in often. Love the food! Delicious and always a great place to dine with family and friends. The staff is friendly, service better and the atmosphere is clean, safe and warm. The menu has a wide selection to satisfy everyone's taste. Would recommend this restaurant and can't wait to come back again (sooner rather than later this time around).

I grew up a Long Island Jew, so this was the official food of my childhood! Tastes like home. Fundamentally different flavor from what you get in the City at Chinese restaurants - tangier and mellower, somehow. But delish! (A little pricey, but then - that's long island for ya.) The staff are great and the decor and atmosphere are truly sumptuous.

This is by far the most consistently delicious Asian restaurant on long island. I went last Monday and they were busy at 8pm for good reason. The service is impeccable, with great ambiance and top tier food. Suitable for a date night or business lunch. If you want to impress your visitors, they have fruit carvings that are artistically brilliant. One of my guests asked for the tails off the shrimp for his dish, "no problem sir". They truly display professionalism in every aspect of your experience. You will not be disappointed with this long standing gem.

The food was excellent. The Luncheon was for retired people and they served some of the food on decorated plates. There was so much food we had leftovers and took it home! It was a delicious meal had by all. I have gone there several times and have never been disappointed.

This is the first time getting taken out from here. I didn't know what to expect. I was pleasantly surprised. Ordering was easy, the staff was very friendly and helpful. My order was ready even sooner than they originally told me.

Pearl East is a VERY special place. The food and service are above and beyond. The owner, Cathy, makes everyone feel that they are her only concern. Our greatest wish is that she would open Pearl "South" as we have moved to Florida!

I went there for the first time yesterday. The food was so fresh and delicious. We ordered the General Tso, and Orange Chicken entrees. The egg rolls were fresh and delicious! The complimentary tea was also great. The space inside was very clean and bright enough to see your food. It was very cozy in there. The waiters were very attentive. We will definitely be back again!

Loved this place. The place is beautiful. It is spacious and beautifully decorated. The service is very good. The food was 😋. This is an upscale Chinese restaurant. They also have some Japanese food. Some dishes are on the pricey side but the lunch special is a great deal. They bring a teapot as soon as you sit down and the long crispy noodles with two sauces on the side, Duck Sauce and Hot Mustard Sauce. At the end of the meal we got Chocolate Fortune Cookies. I had the lunch special which includes a choice of soup or an appetizer ( in both these categories you have three or four to pick from) a choice of Soda. I chose not to get Soda. I had the Vegetable Spring Roll, which was very good. You get a choice of Protein. I had Crispy Shrimp with Walnuts and you get a choice of Rice (Roast Pork Fried Rice, White Rice or Brown Rice) I had the Pork Fried Rice and it was very good. The Shrimp were large and juicy. The glaze on them plus the Walnuts made it even more delicious. It was delicious, a good amount of food and affordable. They also have a full bar. I didn't have any of their Cocktails on this visit but from what I read on their menu, they seem really good. I highly recommend this restaurant.

As good as Chinese food is on Long Island. Top quality. Beautiful dining room and all details are met. Joanna at the front door is a delight.

My recent visit to Pearl East was a delightful surprise in the world of Chinese dining. This spot offered a genuinely enjoyable experience that left me thoroughly satisfied. The Boneless Spare Ribs stole the show, a perfect harmony of sweet and savory, charred to perfection. The Soup Dumplings were a simple yet flavorful treat, and the Noodles, both Don Don and Curry, hit the spot in terms of taste and texture. The Eggplant dish deserves a nod for its delicious execution, a must for anyone craving a vege friendly dish. The service at Pearl East was top-notch, with waitstaff that was not only excellent but also attentive to our needs. The owner personally greeted patrons, radiating kindness and creating a welcoming atmosphere that added to the overall dining experience. The ambiance at Pearl East is a delightful fusion of modern chic and traditional elegance. The tasteful décor created an inviting atmosphere that complemented the exquisite flavors on the menu. In short, Pearl East is a solid choice for those craving quality Chinese cuisine.

We love the food here. This place usually gives great portions and serves hot tea as part of the appetizers. We’ve been going for over a year and it’s not a typical Chinese spot. It’s usually packed if you go during the evenings, so you may need a reservation (especially on weekends). Highly recommend if you want a nice date night without going over the top.
