Linda is amazing! Always takes her time to ensure my aches and pains are addressed. She’s super nice, professional and attentive. The entire staff at the Clifton location are great to work with and super friendly!

Overpriced for a pretty average service. Total price of 50 min massage was 160. I found the gift card process and pricing confusing. They give you a 20 dollar promotion that is misleading because I thought it meant that I should purchase an additional service but in actuality they didn’t include tax on the massage. Also the additional service I purchased cut into my massage time and made the whole massage feel rushed. Front desk was unhelpful and I wish they would have explained how the pricing worked before hand. Save your money you can get better deals on Groupon for a fraction of the cost and the pricing is a lot more straight forward.

1 star is giving you guys too much credit! My experience felt quite rushed! I didn't get a full complete 60mins. I was asked to come in 15mins prior to my appt for paperwork this time should have been used to go over requirements and additional time after my 60mins not during my time to tell me recommendations. She started at 11:13 to be exact because she made sure I was aware and ended at 12:02. The whole experience was horrible. I will never return. Music was low, didn't smell of any kind of aromatherapy or candle scent at least, no robe or eye mask from the brightness of the light in the room. You guys are in the business of relaxation something I did not receive.

Rhonda is the only person who does my massages. I believe she has” hands of gold”. Whenever I leave there I feel like I have been pampered..

The facial service was lacking in transparency regarding costs and the number of sessions required. Additionally, there was no prior information given about the prices of add-ons. Due to these issues, I've decided to cancel my membership and will not be returning to this place.

Always a pleasure going here, the only thing that has changed over the ten years of service is the front desk, its not major but sometimes you get use to the people that know you personally. But nothing stays the same forever, this is the facility based in Clifton mini mall area, always friendly and accommodating.

The Facial itself was relaxing but I feel that they always have a way of cheating you out of the time. It's supposed to be fifty minutes Hands on and it was forty minuperiod i've had this experience many times here

Tried to cancel my membership multiple times and was told if I kept the membership, I’d get the next session free. Less than a week later I was charged again. Their policies are strict and inconvenient. Too much money for poor customer service. Only giving 2 stars because the estheticians were nice but management is a mess. I don’t recommend this location to anyone.

Awesome place to get a massage nice staff. One of the best massage therapists there is Hillary. She does a great job.

I highly recommend going to one of the other franchises. I had an awful experience where I was treated very differently from other members who were checking in and out. I’ve never felt so bad leaving a spa in my entire life.

Amazing stuff. Those girls are incredibly. First the customer. When you need them it’s not matter that they been finished for the day. They always be day for you. Thanks you so much.

Rhonda was the best massage I’ve ever had. She communicated well throughout my session. I can’t wait to book another massage and I will highly recommend her to whoever is looking for a massage therapist!

Rhonda gave me a great massage. She listened to my concerns and followed through by concentrating exactly where I needed it. I appreciate when the therapist does very little talking during the massage. Other than asking me about the pressure she just worked on my back quietly. She’s strong. I left booking appointments with her through the end of the year.
