We reallllly tried to eat the food and give this restaurant credit specially because I’m Latina and I proudly support all my Latin restaurants BUTTTTT this restaurant derserve to be shut down. So first let’s go down the list of what we ordered Vs. what we got: —->ordered a mofongo de chicharron instead we got mofongo with fat on it. —>Ordered beans but the smelled emanating from the container was so potent it’s been over a week and I still have not eaten beans —>Ordered arroz con maiz ended up with soggy rice and corn. —>Ordered sauce for the mofongo which turn out to be some kind of meat sauce that was 30+ days old. —>ordered a morir sonando but instead I got pineapple juice with curdle milk So overall this restaurant gained $35 dollars for food we threw out.

The beef stew and yellow rice is absolutely amazing. I had a pregnancy craving and the owner stayed open late to wait for me to pick up my food. Super friendly and delicious

This is soup in a coffee cup. Customer was horrible even the owner was nasty!! Expensive never again I do not recommend it..

I ordered breakfast online which is the tres golpe with mangu. I specified I wanted scrambled eggs ggs instead of fried eggs with the order, never mentioned only wanting eggs. When I received my order I called the restaurant and the lady I spoke with for 1 was rude and tried to justify that because I specified I wanted scrambled eggs that I didn’t want anything else. She assumed it but charged me the same as if it was complete. To top it off the mangu was dry and tasteless. Very disappointed and will not be ordering from here again.

They don’t bother to burn the hairs off their pernil before cooking it, GROSS!

1st time trying this restaurant, customer service was on point, prices were good, delivery was fast but food quality wasn't that great. Meat was cold and tostones were soggy.

It's a small place to eat lunch or dinner. Food is mostly buffet style.

This time the food was real cold the beans were watery it just didn't taste the same like it was before I don't know when I ate it before it was real good sorry.

This restaurant is definitely a spot to enjoy some good cooked Spanish food. Menu is a great selection of items. Service is on point the staff makes you feel right at home. Would recommend anyone to eat here. Family and friends should try la vega.
