Best seats ever! Place was empty snacks were expensive but that's always the case. Not a lot of choices for drinks and food. Clean theatre just weird set up

This shopping center coming in and out needs some work. It's a high traffic area and not very organized. The Chase bank needs to move to a better location because it certainly is not convenient.

First time going to this location. Place was very clean and even the theater was clean. I got 2 beers and they required 2 ID'S ( 1 per drink). Very nice to see how there policy is followed through with two 40 year olds.

I go to the Regal theatre here. It has comfortable reclining seats. Also in the mall are two restaurants (Aunt Millies and Daddy'Os. There's a skechers discount store and a Michael's.

One-stop shopping plaza. With Target and Shoprite close by!

Hello, From my experience in Bricktown Mall I have to say it's always a pleasant one. Shopping at ShopRite and specially the Sketchers outlet, The manager is very friendly I had an issue with a pair of shoes I purchased at a different store that were coming apart due to a glue issue and no questions asked he replaced them with a new pair. With that being said overall experience is an absolute best no complaints. I took the number 78 bus to get there and then the 74 which are always on time. This is truly the only place to shop at in the area in and around Charleston/ and in the larger Tottenville area in general. So there isn’t a precedent that set in the neighborhood. The next closest entity on the Island is the Staten Island Mall. Still, there is most everything one single person or family could possibly require. The mall has a Target, Home Depot, and even a movie theater resides within the Charleston Mall. It’s very large so if you plan to shop for the entire day or even the whole morning, you’re going to do a lot of walking so wear comfortable footwear. For the most part however, you can simply move your car across the parking lot if you brought the car along. In summary, I would recommend the Charlestown Shopping Center if you’re thinking about coming here to shop They have a little bit of everything here. So I think you’ll like your shopping experience here!! I don’t give out 4 or 5 star reviews often so I’m really advocating for this mall here. 4 stars for Charlestown Shopping Center. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Michaels just forgot that sewing is also a hobby. Today, there's a growing trend toward not just garment sewing but quilt making by women, men and children. March is national sewing month but Michaels reduced its sewing inventory leaving only a small display of threads, notions and a bad selection of random precut fabric bundles. It's back to JoAnn and Hobby Lobby I go to get what I need for my bowl cozies and quilt projects. UPDATE: Hobby Lobby is coming to Staten Island so go cry in your coffee, Michaels.

Best of the best customer service when it comes to Staten Island. Other locations dont even compare. Place is representable, clean and even has bathrooms. Often NY locations wont institute public restrooms (best for kids/elderly) makes shopping a easier task. Hit or Miss shopping is expected in any TJMaxx

I visited Vetco inside Petco, wonderful staff all around. The aisle are clean and clear and the lighting is bright.

Great store for projects they have everything pricey but you'll find everything you need for crafting there and more

They need a better selection on another of there products. I have to order from somewhere else because this CRAFT store doesn't have what they say they do.

It's got most everything one could want for shopping, just seems like a poorly thought out parking and roadway situation. One area in particular, where the 2 main roadways and an additional parkin lot meet, is definitely a recipe for disaster.

Good place to find arts and crafts needs. Staff should be more friendly and not follow customers around the store.

It would be nice to have a Home store go in where Bed Bath, and Beyond was. The new library is beautiful, and a nice addition to the south shore.

Michaels was your typical Michael's store. TJmaxx only having women's shoes and lack of size 11 shoe size make this store useless in that sense. Skechers store for all my shoe needs (work boots, 6 yr Olds sneakers SO LIGHT!!)
