place
for
the
family
with
plenty
of
activities!!
Including
a
large
and
small
(for
younger
children
)
playgrounds,
a
butterfly
sanctuary
that's
enclosed
that's
open
to
the
public
at
certain
times
of
the
week
and
day,
a
decent
amount
of
literature
posted
on
plaques
around
the
park
about
the
history
of
the
battles
that
took
place
there,
once
in
awhile
have
reenactments
of
the
battle
that
took
place
there,
tons
of
benches
mostly
facing
the
Delaware
river
for
a
fantastic
few
of
Philadelphia
city
and
the
sorounding
area's
(
also
of
Philadelphia
airport
where
u
can
see
planes
take
off
and
land),
can
walk
down
on
the
shore
of
the
Delaware
river
and
can
skip
rocks
to
see
who
can
have
the
most
skips,
the
park
also
has
a
small
Pier
that
is
over
the
waters
of
the
Delaware
(
no
fishing
allowed)
also
have
special
events
during
the
summer
such
as
concerts,plenty
of
wide
open
areas
for
picnic's
They
also
have
large
pavilions
you
can
rent
out
for
parties!
(
can
hold
around
50
to
75
people)
also
have
2
fixed
grills
at
each
end
of
the
pavilions
for
a
total
of
4
grills
for
each
pavilion!!
