    I went here after passing my drivers test. I don’t have family in the area so I went alone. My waitress was so wonderful and helpful. She made sure the moment was special for me and it was nice to have someone to celebrate with. Food was typical red lobster. Delicious and savory.

    The food was great, service on point, waitress friendly. My son and I had the endless shrimp and lobster. Both tasted real good. The lobster is a bit smaller than it looks in the picture though. Other than that, it was well prepared.

    Quick and excellent customer service from our waiter. This location is very conveniently located and clean. The food was fresh and tasted good. They have nice every day all day drink special. The kids menu had some good and decently healthy options as well.

    Great Saturday lunchtime meal with my wife (“The Contessa”) and our daughter (interning in Philly this Summer!) at the venerable Red Lobster seafood emporium! A really grand occasion with sweet hostesses and our Uber-Cool Waiter from Jamaica 🇯🇲 together making our day fantastically pleasant and pleasurable. From the initial entrance, having plenty of parking, to the amiable attitudes of all the staff, to the quick order and placement… this locale saw to it that we were treated rightly and respectfully. 👍👍🏿👍🏽 We don’t hit an RL that often, most usually when on the road. Thankfully there are somethings which never go out of style! #AmazingLunchtimeVibes 💛 *So much appreciated, y’all! — Keep the Faith!* 🙏🙏🏽🙏🏿🇺🇸🤠

    Last stop on my date night Saturday and they did not disappoint. Food was sooo good, sooo fresh, and very little wait time. Also my waitress was amazing 5/5 highly recommend 🥰

    Good dinner...but the star of the show was Samantha the bartender. She was amazing. Holding down the bar and service by herself...all with a great attitude and awesome sense of humor. Never complained once !!! I will definitely come back to see her.

    I ordered crab linguine alfredo and what I thought was a shell from the crab was a plastic straw melted in with the pasta! 6/10/23 Emily was my waiter. She was ok but seemed overworked. The manager whose name I did not catch said my 9 year old and I did not have to pay but I'm curious to know how eating a dish with melted plastic in it can harm someone and the restaurant just says I'm sorry it's free! This is absolutely unacceptable! In addition to that it smelled stale inside and I waited too long for melted plastic. My family or friends will never return. Be careful

    So I will list the pros and cons. Pro is that we got seated immediately. The food was tasty when it came out. The server was very pleasant. The cons were that the food took forever to come out. I ended up getting endless shrimp, and was never offered a second helping. The server even dropped the check prior to asking if I would like anything else. Not a good promotion if the employees aren’t even following what the promotion entitles. Even though the restaurant was not super busy, they crammed everyone into a smaller section so the servers were having a difficult time accessing the tables. It was an interesting experience, but not my most favorite dining experience.

    Fresh food and great service! We were greeted upon arrival and the wait was less than 20 mins. Our server was great as he was attentive and accommodating. Fresh bread was at our table 5 mins after we sat down and our food was out shortly after we ordered. I also really appreciate the manager walking around greeting every table including mines. We had a coupon for a dessert due to points accumulated and it was applied to bill and it was a seamless transaction. We paid on the tablets at the table and left. Cons: 1. Endless Shrimp promotion is currently going on so we went for this special and the 1st thing the waiter told us once we stated that’s what we are ordering was “ We are no longer giving out to-go boxes at the end of your meal” which we felt was rude and attacking. Since when do you stop giving people to-go boxes for food they pay for but can’t finish? That alone was a reason to just get up and leave but I was hungry and we drove out our way to get there so we stayed. 2. Drinks! I don’t know if they were short actual bartenders the night I went however I ordered 3 different drinks that were all terrible and sent back. Thank goodness a actual bartender was sitting across from me and noticed the drink situation and offered her assistance by telling the waiter exactly how to make my drink and it came out spectacular! Would I return: Not before I call 1st to find out what stipulations they have for their promotions.

    We ate here a couple of weeks ago because of the commercials showing the new menu. I have to say that it did not disappoint. First, the ambiance was very warm and cozy, Almost like a ski lodge. Then I ordered a Christmas drink, The Snoeglobe. Not only so pretty, it tasted good as well. He had the Admirals feast and was very pleased with that. I chose the lobster and shrimp with the cheddar biscuit stuffing. OMG! So delicious!! We really enjoyed our visit and meal. Our server was also very nice and attentive. Definitely have to get back here before the holiday ends.

    We haven't been to Red Lobster (Deptford, NJ) in years and decided to try it. We were so glad we did. The food (Unlimited Shrimp) was great, service was excellent and it was so good being there. Thank you for the welcoming experience. We will be back.

    Went out for late lunch to the 1 in Deptford with my friend. We got the stuffed mushrooms appetizer which was really good. Then she ordered the seafood bowl over pasta and I ordered endless shrimp special w baked potato. The food runner brought our food out and hers was the wrong bowl it was over potato not pasta and side of burnt Brussel sprouts. My 1st order of shrimp was the scampi and the skewers and they brought the skewer w breaded shrimp. I ate 1 because I thought it was fried shrimp and instead it was coconut shrimp. I'm allergic to coconut and my lips swelled up. My friend canceled her whole order and then the waiter came over and made it seem like we ordered the wrong thing, not that he made the mistakes. We had to call a manager over and explain the issue. The coconut shrimp was definitely not what I ordered, since I'm allergic. I'm glad my reaction wasn't worse, but I didn't eat it after I tasted it obviously. The potato was old, small and supposed to have butter and sourcream and only had 1 scoop of sourcream and no butter, dry. The manager then said she would comp the check since we really couldn't finish eating. She took off the 2 entrees and she did charge us for the mushrooms and our 2 non alcoholic beverages. We had been looking forward to going here and the whole experience was not pleasant. The waiter did apologize and we paid the bill and tipped him. We are both in the service industry and it was a disappointing visit. My lips stayed swollen all night and I had to take medicine. It could have been worse and if I was the manager I would have comped the whole check due to the medical issue and service.. Do not recommend this restaurant at all.

    The Entrance doors to this place are Disscusting, so much Grime, finger & hand smears & then enter to see 4 workers just standing around hostess station doing absolutely nothing. Same thing with pay box on table, didn't want to touch it! If that's all in the front, don't wanna know cleanliness in back? 🤢

    Red lobster 🦞 has changed dramatically.. they give a table of 2 two biscuits now.. I must of missed the memo on that one and we had two separate bills.. the menu is way different some dont come with salad or soup it's separate from the meals. Overall service was A1.

    When we first arrived the hostess asked someone to seat us and he straight up to her NO. That was awkward. She sat us at a table. The food was good. The server had good energy. Over all it was just regular.

    We ordered the lobster linguine , which was very nice, and two orders of the fish and chips, which was not. The fish was rubbery, like frozen pieces had been nuked too long and accidentally cooked before throwing them in the deep fat fryer. Disappointing for the price. Table waitress was wonderful but door staff ignored people coming in the door. With an Olive Garden just a few feet away there's really no point in going to this particular restaurant.

    Our original server was terrible! Very slow, took our order, took forever to bring out the soup and it was cold!!! It was a shrimp feast, so we immediately ordered more when he brought the food. Since there were only about a dozen shrimp we waited! After almost 20 minutes, finally went and complained. They came and spoke with us that it takes up to twenty minutes to cook shrimp! Bullcrap! When they finally brought more shrimp and slung it on the table, that was enough! They also charged 6 dollars for each soup!!! He gave us the choice, did not say it would cost extra! Finally another server who was apparently training the waiter came over. She corrected the bill and tried to make things right. If your offering endless shrimp, you do not have people waiting 20 minutes between servings. There are about 6 to 8 shrimp per serving, it only take a couple of minutes to eat, but then you wait for 20 minutes for more shrimp. By that time you have filled up on bread. So you basically bought a dozen or so shrimp for over 20 bucks!!!! We finally just left! The red lobster in Philly knows how to do it right! By the time you finish your first order they have another sitting on the table for you!!!! Deptford should go take notes on how to serve! A tip means to ensure prompt service! We always tips above 20% but for that kind of service, I was walking out! I gave a top to the waitress that helped us but that's it!

    I have only ever gotten takeout from here, but while stuck at work last night I ordered the shrimp linguine alfredo and vanilla bean cheesecake, and some beautiful soul working there packed me 8 biscuits instead of 6. Management, if you happen to find out which employee did this, make sure you throw them a pizza party on my behalf or something. I am a very happy customer. Oh yeah, and the food was good, too.

    I took my mother here tonight and was totally disappointed. Waited at least 15 minutes before even seeing a server and then another 30-35 minutes and we still didn’t have our food and this in a restaurant that had no more than 20 customers at the time. I had gotten fed up with waiting and told the manager that I don’t want the food anymore I just want to pay what I owe and leave and I was in awe when he told me it’ll be $7 for the two sodas, and at no point did he apologize or seem to be empathetic about the situation. All I could do was shake my head and hand him the money for the two sodas after the horrible service they provided. Over in the past raves about this location but obviously things have drastically changed. You have to do better. Note I understand why there were very few customers dining there. Bad display of customer service ant. manager!!

    The food quality has gone down hill. You're better off going to bjs and shopping their frozen seafood section and making it at home. You'd probably have better variety and quality there. Nothing special on the menu and overpriced. The sea scallops were the size of dimes.. Wait staff was pleasant tho...can't knock them at all.
