I strongly believe in supporting local business but do ask that the owner should invest times to train their employees on the customer service skill as this will make or break your business at the end of the day. I went to the stores to purchase 2 toaster bagels, a couple of muffins plus 1/2 dozen bagels. It took 1/2 hrs to get out of the stores after being help when everything is ready made. I saw my stuff on the counter and waited and waited for the helper. After 15 mins waiting, I asked another helper (brown hair, heavy makeup, with wrap on her knees) to grab them so I can pay for it. She told me that since someone has already helped me she can’t. She is pretty rude with her answer by the way. It would be an acceptable customer service if she would offer to find my helper but No, she just let me wait and proceed with helping someone else. This type of behavior is what will bring down the business so I hope that it is fixed. That is the reason for one star.

Went early morning to get the breakfast. Bagels taste good so was the coffee. Staff is very nice and listening, how you need your order. Service is quick. Restaurant is very clean and they have lots of choice to choose your food. Definitely will go back again.

Pretty much the best bagels I’ve been able to find in Suffolk County. Everyone who is friendly, the staff is helpful and responsive, spacious even though there’s no seating at the current time I still feel like there’s more than enough room to space everyone out. Everything then we taste pretty damn close to perfect and I’ve been trying to recommend other people in the area to try pretty much From their menu.

This place has the WORST customer service. They truly make the best egg sandwiches around and I loved this place. However, now you go in and wait forever. The last month I order pick up online and go around 1:30 when it is not busy. You stand at the front for about 10 minutes while every employee looks at you and ignores you the majority of the time. Went to get 2 sandwiches today and spent 30 minutes in there. Employees will bring your food out and ignore you. You have to say something. Need way better customer service training.

First of all , it would be nice if my bacon, egg and cheese sandwich actually had the cheese melted instead of thrown on at the very end. Secondly, I purchased the freshly squeezed orange juice, which is an absolute abomination, because I personally squeezed my own oranges on a daily basis, and these juices do not taste freshly squeezed at all. This orange juice came out of a Tropicana bottle thrown into a cup with a label up marked $5.50 and sold on the shelves That is false advertisement and legal action can easily be taken against the store. Inflation especially in this state is already absurd. How can you have the heart to rip people off like this?

Great bagels and breakfast sandwiches. Never had lunch....breakfast is where it's at! Omelet platters and egg sandwiches are yummy. Bacon is yummy and veggies are fresh. The staff moves quick but line can be long when it's packed. But again....they move fast!!! Order ahead if you can via text. Love this place and I'd eat here everyday if I could! Ha!

Bagels aren’t the same, they look like mini bagels..the pumpernickel looks very light too not as dark. Stingy with the olive cream cheese. I called prior someone answered not understanding English and hung up on me. Bagels are Not the same quality..but prices when up. I won’t be back, nothing to write home about and expensive for what they give you.
