5 STARS ALL THE WAY! I needed a specialist for my fathers double - vision as I was informed that he needed Prism lenses . Coming from doctors in NYC Columbia Presbyterian, my bar is set quite high with doctors . I was immensely impressed from the quality of time Dr Bianchi devoted to my dad since this was his first visit. Dr. Bianchi patiently listened to my fathers issues , even spent time on the phone with my brother who was more familiar with my dads prior case and proceeded the examination. His lovely assistant technician Eniko was kind , patient, gentle and had a wonderful bed side manner as well which is so important. Dr. Bianchi’s professionalism with his technician gives my review 5 Stars all the way

Beyond impressed with the office staff and Dr. B! This was the second time the staff quickly accommodated my children, who were not patients of the practice, for emergency injuries. We were seen the same day we called. Everyone in the office is excellent- professional and friendly. Dr. B is so great with kids!!! Highly recommended.

Dr. Orr is a wonderful, thorough, compassionate doctor. He recently performed cataract surgery on my left eye. At every point along the way, Dr. Orr explained the process, answered my questions, and ultimately did a fantastic job. An excellent experience with a skilled surgeon.

I was extremely satisfied with staff and Dr. Orr at my visit. Everyone was friendly, knowledgeable and explained everything to me. I would definitely recommend them to others.

First of all, we were very disappointed. We went there so that we could improve our vision…We were told that Steven had 2020 vision. Steven has never had 2020 vision and he has difficulty seeing at times…secondly, both of our eyes were dilated and we asked if we would be able to drive home.The doctor told us there would be no problem. Both of us were blinded beyond belief. I drove and had such a difficult time seeing clearly that we had two close calls. You should tell your patients that if they’re driving and their eyes are going to be dilated, they should have someone drive them …

Dr Bianchi, and staff, were great. He informed me about all the possibilities and made sure i understood his diagnosis and instructions. So glad. I have only been to two dr's here, but it seems the facility is patient focused, clean, everybody is helpful.

Have been a patient for many years, and have always been well taken care of by the entire staff. Dr Lee is personable, takes his time and genuinely cares about you. Wouldn't even think about going anywhere else.

I always have a good experience here. The front desk staff is courteous and efficient. My appointments are always on time. Dr. Tran is kind and thorough. I never have issues with my insurance (unlike other local providers where somehow I always paid WAY more than my copays). Highly recommend this practice!

Dr. Chin is very professional. He has been my ophthalmologist for many years. I value his expertise. The staff rates very high.

While our experience with Dr. Fleischer was amazing; we have encountered issues with the staff members including lack of follow up and rude demenor on multiple occasions.

I have nothing but good things to say about Dr. Bianchi. He is amazing with my almost 2 year old daughter who is not easy to work with. Even with making difficult decisions Dr. Bianchi is reassuring and gives you all the information at his disposal. I could not recommend him more.

Dr. Bianchi is a wonderful doctor. He is very thorough and nice with the kids. My daughter has been his patient for 6 years. The only thing I did not like is that they made me fill a form with my credit card information as a requirement to see the doctor. They said that they were asking to all the patients in case we do not make to the appointment the next time... can't they send a bill instead of asking for private info?

I have been a patient at Westwood Opthalmology for almost 10 years. Dr Pagan is my regular ophthalmologist, and she is wonderful. I have seen Dr. Lee recently for cornea surgery and follow up. I think the world of him. He is quite competent and caring. This entire practice is fabulous-highly recommend.

I recently had a distressing experience with Westwood Ophthalmology Associates and feel compelled to share my disappointment. I urgently needed to see an ophthalmologist due to severe eye pain, so I called their office seeking an appointment. Unfortunately, my encounter with their receptionists left me feeling neglected and disheartened. Upon explaining my situation and expressing the urgency of my condition, the first receptionist, a male, initially placed me on hold. After waiting for what seemed like an eternity, he abruptly hung up the phone, leaving me stunned and even more anxious about my condition. This lack of professionalism and compassion was both frustrating and concerning. Undeterred, I called again, hoping for a better outcome. This time, a woman answered the phone, but her response was equally disheartening. She informed me that the clinic was fully booked and unable to accommodate me, even in the case of an emergency. I pleaded with her, explaining that my situation was indeed a genuine medical emergency, but she placed me on hold for an additional five minutes. To my dismay, another woman eventually picked up the call, pretending to be unaware of my previous conversation. However, she eventually admitted that she was aware of the urgency of my situation, yet still refused to provide me with an appointment. This callous disregard for my well-being was both distressing and completely unacceptable. Based on this appalling experience, I cannot in good conscience recommend Westwood Ophthalmology Associates. The lack of empathy, professionalism, and promptness displayed by their receptionists is deeply concerning, especially when dealing with individuals seeking urgent medical attention. As a patient, it is crucial to feel supported and cared for, and sadly, this was not the case during my interaction with this establishment. In times of medical emergencies, it is essential to find a healthcare provider that prioritizes the well-being and timely treatment of their patients. Regrettably, Westwood Ophthalmology Associates failed to meet these expectations, leaving me with a negative impression of their practice. I strongly advise others to seek alternative options for their eye care needs.

Dr. Bianchi is amazing. He takes the time during your appointment to make you feel comfortable and answer all of your questions and I never have felt rushed. His staff has all been a pleasure to work with as well.

Dr. Bianchi is really great. He is calming, has the perfect demeanor to work with children, especially children on the autism spectrum, and I couldn't recommend him more. We had a wonderful experience, and honestly I wish he was also a pediatrician and a dentist because he was literally that wonderful.

Dr. Fleischer at Westwood Ophthalmology Associates was prompt, professional, and thorough in his examination. He explained what he was looking for and what he was seeing as he went about the exam. He answered all my questions and provided me with multiple options for my vision needs without any pressure at all. While making my initial appointment and checking in, the receptionist was friendly and helpful. I liked that the digital paperwork I did online transferred directly into their system and I did not have to fill out one form when I arrived. I am extremely happy with my experience at Westwood Ophthalmology Associates.

Dr. Bianchi is extremely knowledgeable and compassionate with his patients. I had an ongoing issue that I eventually opted for surgery. Dr. Bianchi didn't try and rush my decision, and after finally completing the procedure, I wish I would have done it years ago. I would never go anywhere else, and have recommended him to friends and family. Additionally, his staff was fantastic and never had more than a few minutes of waiting for my appointment.

I could not have had a more pleasant experience, both with scheduling an appointment by phone and throughout my office visit. Sonia at the front desk is fantastic - so accommodating, friendly, professional and helpful - and she definitely establishes a positive tone from the moment one walks in. The tech and Dr Chin each were professional, efficient and you quickly realize you are receiving the best of care. 5 stars all around!

The technician and Dr Chin were great. Spent a lot of time reviewing and explaining test results for a cataract. My only issue is that I was supposed to set up a second meet to get ready for cataract surgery. I understand that things happen but getting a call back would have been professional. Just a quick update. They called today very quickly. Thank you for being so professional.

Dr. Tran and very sweet. She has a nice way of talking to my 8 year old daughter. She gives great information on what the visit entails and gives helpful advise at the end. She is great at putting my daughter at easy as it can be a bit nervous going to any doctor most of the time for kids. Will continue to see her and recommend her to everyone!

Dr. Bianchi went above and beyond my expectations for my 6 month old son. He was caring, calming, and very knowledgeable! If your child needs an eye exam Dr. Bianchi is worth the wait! We will never go to a different pediatric optometrist!

Going into the appointment we did not know much, but Dr. Bianchi really took the time to explain complicated subjects to us and answer all the questions. His team was very attentive and caring. Dr. Bianchi is excellent with kids and we are very happy to have met him. I wish we could have found him earlier!

Dr. Chin and Westwood Ophthalmology always puts the patient first. Their attention to detail and patient care are the best!! They care about me as a person and are always willing to work with me when scheduling an appointment. Dr. Chin has been my Ophthalmologist for 25 years. I wouldn't have it any other way.

Dr. Lee was easy to talk to he listened to my concerns. was When he was inserting my replacement lens during my cataract surgery he continually gave instructions to ensure that the lens was placed and sitting in the correct position. I would recommend Dr Lee if you need cataract surgery.

A large but well run office. Initial exam, photos and measurements done by friendly and very competent technicians. Dr Fleischer did additional examination then explained the findings and possible treatments, none of which he recommended for me at this time. He is obviously very knowledgeable and at the same time conservative about recommending invasive treatments. I recommend him highly.

Dr. Chin explained and answered all my questions that I had before, during, and after both of my surgeries. He is thorough and a great listener. His kindness and reassurance made my surgeries go smooth and stress free. Thank you Dr. Chin. Sonia had/has excellent customer service as well. She is friendly, professional, pleasant and very helpful. Not to mention she is excellent with resolving problems in a timely manner. Thank you Sonia for all your help.

The receptionists are very kind people. Welcoming and pleasant. Dr Orr Is very polite and had warm comforting presence about him. Can’t wait to go back for my exam
