    We have been customers of B&B Pool for more than 20 years. We purchased our first Sundance hot tub there, and purchased a second one after the first one wore out. We have not had many problems in the past. Their service wasn't always prompt and certainly not cheap, but it was good enough. Things have changed drastically since the pandemic. We have had a series of problems with the second tub. B&B has come out a few times, changed some parts and charged almost $2,000. They have our credit card so there's no discussing fees. The problem was still not fixed and they apprently ran out of ideas. They refused to replace defective parts they had just installed, claiming it was our fault. Things then went from bad to worse. There was no one experienced to talk to in service. The current service manager Ambrozia stopped taking my calls. I went up the chain to VP Hugh Smith, who talked nicely but did absolutely nothing and wouldn't call me back. There is no other authorized Sundance dealership in our area. In the end, I found an independent spa mechanic who diagnosed the problem and promptly fixed it. The independent mechanic also pointed out the incorrect advice B&B had been giving me about spa maintenance, designed perhaps to sell their products. He took the time to show me exactly what to buy and what to do. It was $2,000 down the drain and a lot of aggravation. But all came out well in the end. Our spa is now working and we have an excellent and responsible person when we need help. I wrote a rave review about him on his website. Until B&B gets its act together, I would advise anyone to stay away from this company unless you are looking for trouble.

    Unfortunately my experience was not as I expected. It took us more than two months for us to use the pool since we scheduled the opening in May. The B&b crew that tried to open the pool made a mess and ended up paying electrician, and pool leak detector that was not necessary because the unexperienced staff touched all the system and left everything not working properly. This back and forth caused us to get a new pump which we didn’t need and the chemicals added and vacuuming of the pool took several times and chemicals were left for us to apply. Even then, no solution was provided by them and we ended up looking for external help but not after we paid over 4k looking for an issue it never existed. In addition several weeks later I was charged for a vacuum that should had been part of the estimated invoice for the pool opening. Very disappointed at the lack of preparation of the crew however they are very friendly just not expert in this matter.

    Do not recommend. Our deck with built-in hot-tub project was installed incorrectly, in the wrong place and was not to the town’s building code. B&B and their subcontractor (Essence of Green) have shown zero interest in coming to fix their mistake, and we now need to spend additional time and money to apply for a variance. Not what we expected.

    After calling every other pool company in the area, conversation with B&B felt the most reasonable, i.e. realistic with respect to cost and timeframe; seemed the most trustworthy -- turned out to be accurate. What they said was what we got. And the hands-on workers are really excellent.

    Very disappointed in the way you do business. Waited for my appointment and ultimately I was told that it was canceled without my knowledge Not satisfied at all! Update B&B has apologized and came out the very next day. So I am happy to report that I can now change my review. People are human and we are not perfect but at least they apologized and fixed the problem Much appreciated!!!!

    Better this year overall. Sometimes communication could be improved. I asked for our Polaris to be serviced two weeks ago and it has not been picked up yet. Hopefully today!🤞

    B&B is the absolute BEST!!! From start to finish, everything went smoothly. Derek and his staff are extremely professional and could not be nicer. They stayed within their time frame and let us know what to expect along the way. Always available to answer our questions and to help with decision making. We are so happy with our pool and hot tub, and HIGHLY RECOMMEND B&B!!

    We used B&B to install a pool at our former house, and were very pleased with the outcome. Very professional, great work, prompt service. Used them again at our new house. They did an amazing job. Highly recommend
