I felt horrible and they got me in right away. There were no lines both times I went. The staff was professional. The office was brand new , everything was clean. I went 2 times and both visits I was so impressed with the nurse I actually thought they were the doctor. The doctor helped me come up with a plan that works for me and will make me well again I feel like I’m cheating on my primary care doctor Excellent experience

First responders to my fall recommended this CityMD to me versus a hospital ER, since I was injured but able to stand. CityMD staff was really great on all counts and -- on the basis of their X-rays -- proactively arranged an appointment for the very following morning with a really great orthopedic surgeon. I couldn't have wished for a better outcome. I needed another visit some four months after the one above and had a similar experience. On July 4th: all around goodness! The physician attending was warm, related, and professional. X-ray tech and all assistants made for a really satisfying visit right up to prompt closure on the X-ray reading with printed results to take with us..

Great experience—Dr John Hallenbeck truly took his time to explain all of the anatomy and physiology behind my problem. He offered multiple medication solutions (both OTC and rx) and allowed me to be a part of my care plan. Medical assistant Han was also very helpful in summarizing my visit and offering education. Rude doctor. I recently had plastic surgery in the Dominican Republic and not having many options of places to take my stitches out since my surgery was out of the country, I went to the Montvale CityMD. Being that they are an urgent care I had assumed they could help. I had called them beforehand to see if they can take the stitches out and the nurse said that it depended on the stitches, so I go down there to show them a picture. I hand my phone to the nurse with the picture of the stitches who then walks down the hall to show the doctor. The doctor then loudly said "IM NOT DOING THAT... she needs a surgeon". My advice to the doctor, if you want to talk about your patients then keep your voice down because I heard you from the front desk. Super unprofessional. They also never gave me a referral to who could take my stitches out as well.

Was just a bad experience, Dr made correct diagnosis but was just not helpful in providing information or recommendations for pain relief. I had to continue asking questions to get any information, pharmacist at cvs was more helpful. Came in because my primary was not open yet, next time I will wait for them.

Awful experience similar to other reviews. Waited forever in waiting room (over an hour) and in exam room. Witnessed two patients who came in after me definitely get seen before me. Doctor was dismissive. Staff was unprofessional. Everyone moved at a glacial pace and seemed to be taking breaks between each patient. No mask enforcement. Not returning. Going to am/pm instead!

The atmosphere and the layout of this Urgent Care Clinic is cozy and the receptionist, nurses and doctors are very kind and knowledgeable.

I found all the staff to be efficient and competent. They were also kind. The physician was excellent and gave me good explanations and recommendation.
