Edit:
removing
my
5
star
review
and
changing
it
to
the
1
star
it
deserves.
I
can
say
confidently
that
living
at
Coventry
was
the
worst
experience
of
my
life.
It
is
a
hellscape,
no
exaggeration.
The
large
apartments
draw
you
in,
but
I
would
rather
live
in
a
closet
than
in
this
slum.
I
say
slum
and
I
mean
it-
they
run
this
place
one
one
for
top
dollar.
There
is
NOTHING
luxurious
about
Coventry.
Everything
is
glued
together
with
bits
and
pieces
that
donāt
fit,
I
had
~15
maintenance
requests
in
my
first
few
weeks
of
living
here.
Shutters/blinds
hang
off
of
windows
,
electricity
out
all
the
time
so
say
goodbye
to
your
frozen
foods
several
times
over.
The
day
I
moved
in,
I
had
no
electricity
or
water.
Zamin
showed
up
and
gave
me
a
space
heater
for
one
room,
then
asked
me
to
leave
him
a
5
star
google
review
(this
is
why
they're
all
for
him.)
This
happened
several
times
over
my
11
month
lease.
This
place
is
made
of
tissue
paper.
You
can
hear
and
feel
EVERYTHING
your
neighbors
are
doing.
If
incessant
noise
(24/7,
literally)
doesnāt
bother
you,
then
donāt
worry,
youāll
need
to
contact
management
for
the
other
5000
issues
youāll
have
while
living
in
this
sh#thole.
And
they
will
not
do
anything
to
help
you
because
their
policy
is
to
avoid
responding
for
as
long
as
possible.
When
I
first
moved
here
I
thought
everyone
was
exaggerating
when
I
met
neighbors
and
they
told
me
their
horror
stories.
Theyāre
all
true.
BELIEVE
THEM.
If
you
have
the
misfortune
of
having
neighbors
who
keep
odd
hours
(nurses,
bartenders,
etc)
and
they
are
rude
people
with
zero
care
about
how
loud
they
are
when
they
come
home
at
2AM,
be
prepared
to
never
get
any
sleep.
I
moved
into
a
top
story
corner
apartment
to
avoid
having
upstairs
neighbors,
but
lo
and
behold,
a
nurse
moved
in
underneath
me
and
proceeded
to
ruin
my
life
for
the
next
eight
months
of
my
lease
(who
knew
you
could
hear/feel
peoples
noise
BELOW
you?
You
can
when
the
sound
insulation
is
zilch!)
Coventry
doesnāt
like
to
deal
with
issues,
so
they
just
offer
to
break
your
lease.
Unfortunately
for
me,
I
had
just
had
major
surgery
and
could
not
pack
up
an
entire
apartment
on
a
whim
and
leave.
They
blamed
me
for
this,
saying
Iām
ātoo
sensitiveā
to
the
beasts
running
around
downstairs
and
smashing
into
walls
all
night,
they
lie
and
say
no
one
else
complains
(I
have
receipts
that
this
is
untrue)
and
they
also
blamed
me
for
not
being
able
to
move
(as
mentioned,
just
had
major
surgery,
was
on
bedrest
for
3
months.)
Management
is
completely
useless
as
best,
sinister
at
worst,
constantly
gaslighting.
I
lived
in
3
apartments
in
NYC
over
the
course
of
ten
years
and
never
had
any
issues
like
I
did
here.
This
place
ruined
my
mental
and
physical
health.
Enjoy
not
being
able
to
sleep
because
the
people
around
you
stomp
so
loudly
that
it
shakes
your
apartment
like
a
level
2
earthquake
until
4AM
or
whenever
they
decide
to
sleep,
have
fun
listening
to
everyone
blasting
bass
all
night.
Grace
Kim
(manager)
is
completely
ineffective
re:
all
issues.
I
provided
evidence
and
her
response
was
always
āthis
is
just
apartment
living.ā
They
were
never
actually
here
to
witness
what
was
going
on
because
the
office
closes
at
6pm
so
if
you
are
having
a
problem
on
nights
or
weekends,
youāre
SOL,
and
phones
can
only
capture
so
much
(especially
low
frequency
noise.)
During
a
town
hall
last
year
-I
kid
you
not-
someone
complained
about
the
15%
rent
hikes,
and
someone
from
corporate
told
the
person
to
go
find
somewhere
else
to
live
if
they
didnāt
like
it.
"This
is
a
business"
he
told
the
elderly
woman
and
they
won't
let
you
forget
it;
this
is
the
general
attitude.
The
turnover
here
is
crazy
and
they
use
cheap
heinous
chemicals
to
reglaze
tubs
so
if,
like
me,
everyone
moves
out
when
you
move
in,
you
can
have
the
pleasure
of
smelling
paints
and
noxious
gasses
for
months
on
end.
If
you
move
here,
donāt
say
I
didnāt
warn
you
once
you
start
experiencing
some
of
the
things
that
Iāve
mentioned
here.
There
are
tons
of
other
issues
including
parking
but
I
havenāt
experienced
it
personally
so
Iām
leaving
those
out.
Good
luck-
and
beware.
