I come to this chilis every two weeks and it never fails to disappoint me. The drinks are well made, they have great south west pot stickers, and the serve is always really nice. They also always have the major hockey games going on right around the playoffs. I’m definitely going to keep heading to this great location!

Absolutely one of the worst experiences! All broken up chips sent over to the table. Other appetizers came with the first meal to the table. It was returned only to be attempted to be served again later on. Steak was rare when ordered well done, burgers were wrong and one meal came out 10 minutes before the other meals were delivered to the table. The manager stopped by the table to inquire about the appetizer and the food. When it was explained what was going on he left the table and the response was for everyone to ignore the table for the rest of the meal. I guess after seeing how the manager didn’t handle anything we should not have been surprised by the way the waiter carried himself. No leadership/management going on here at all! The waiter returned to the table with the wrong change, in the restaurant’s favor. No attempt to fix anything but instead given the check and we just paid for the food that we didn’t eat and just left. When we asked to keep the receipt so that we would have the information like the order number, etc., Ryan the waiter took the receipt and never returned to the table with it. We went for a birthday and just a terrible experience overall. Will not be returning and will be calling corporate. We used to frequently visit this Chilis and the quality has declined dramatically. Spend your money elsewhere.

Service was excellent, and our server told us he was new with only two days experience. Food came out quickly and hot off the grill.

On RT 17 north this places is well managed. Manager was seen today helping the waiters and attending the tables. Service is good. The chips with guacamole always seem to come out greasy lacking attention of oil temperature and perhaps being cooked with semi cold fryer oil. The quesadillas also always comes out greasy. Besides that, the rest of the food is good, large menu to choose from.

I got the chicken Cajun pasta it was far from good the sauce had no flavor but it was spicy I don’t know how that’s possible. I hope the dip is passable because now I’m just going hungry.

First visit. Everything was good service and food wise- except my Old Timer burger was missing something. I don’t know what, but something was missing taste wise. The fries were extra good though. I would recommend and return.

Food was good , beer was cold and our very very young waitress worked hard to give us good service. Very young wait staff that put a lot of effort into their job . Refreshing to see a good work ethic in young adults!

This specific location has a major issue with hiring EXTREMELY YOUNG looking kids that seem very CONFUSED and LOST. I am unfortunately writing this while hungry because they did not understand the whole order online and curbside pickup situation. This place has been upsetting enough to finally force me to leave a review as this is not my first experience with said spot... If interested in seeing what the expression location, location, location means...look no further as this restaurant will always have new random travelers that get tricked by thinking it's the same well managed chili's they are used to. All the employees were extremely POLITE... just very CONFUSED and KIDS!!

DJ was awesome. All the service staff was awesome. If it wasn’t for that, this would be 1 or 2 stars… Food was straight awful. Maybe all Chili’s are like this? Wow. I didn’t ask for it to be re-cooked because zero part of me trusts it would be improved upon a second attempt. I want to reiterate that everyone was super kind and I appreciate their hard work. I tipped 30% And it’s not just on the cooks because the food was clearly not very fresh. No cook could’ve made this taste great, but they could’ve made it taste good enough that it’d be passable enough for me not to open this app lol Also, my bar for food quality is pretty low, so…. That’s saying something 😬

The prepackaged sandwiches look old and their price for a cheese burger is too high. Doesn't come with any fries and charge $8.99 but you can get a cheeseburger combo from Wendy's with fries and a drink for under $8.99. It's a good place to get snacks and bottled drinks and the counter person was very nice though.

Good experience. the staff were friendly and attentive, my food came out great and in a timely manner. No complaints here

I can’t express how much we were happy to find/visit this wonderful place. Customer Service is wonderful, focus on your needs, they go extra mile just make sure you have everything you need. We had birthday cake with us, asked if I can use their fridge while we are eating as the cake started melting 🙈 . They were more than happy to assist. Could say just no, because it was coming something from outside. Clean spot. Warm Environment, Yummy/Healthy Food 🍱. What else you wish for your road trip!!! We stopped by with friends for lunch. Wish they had branch in NYC, could visit often. Seasonings 🧂 absolutely spot on. Chicken, shrimp, steak 🥩 everything was juicy & delish. Burger 🍔 tasted so fresh. Pasta 🍝 yum-yum. Highly recommend.

We have been to this Chili's many times over the years. The latest trip finally made me write something about the abysmal service there. Our orders were taken incorrectly, sent back, and then brought out again incorrectly. Our waiter could not trouble himself to talk to us unless we summoned him over to the table. All of this was occurring in a restaurant empty of customers, but with many idle wait staff. The food was decent, though not outstanding - +1 for that. This place is very convenient, but I think we will take the trouble to find a better place to eat next time - this just isn't worth the aggravation.

It wasn't the best. I've never been there before.i thought they would have more mexicN food My carna sada was supposed to come with ri e & black beans but didn't & the steak wad full of grisle. My husband enjoyed his burger. The soup was good. I received a frozen margarita & I ordered on the rocks

Been a while since we've been back to Chili's, but I'm glad we did. The service was excellent. The food was very very good too. All four of our dishes were good. And lava cake for dessert was huge. And delish.

This was by far the worst Chilis experience my wife ever received. For starters you have a supervisor training a new waiter and some how every single dish that was ordered came out wrong. It took 20 minutes to get the waiter training the new hire to come back to our table to tell him that everything was wrong. My wife asked why couldn’t the waiter that was serving the tables around our table serve us and all the guy said was no because he has those tables over there. There was only 1 section of the restaurant with customers by the way. After getting the correct food it took another 20 minutes to find our waiter again. We had to tell another waiter to find our waiter. Our waiter told us that he was in the back training the new hire. Again we told him why doesn’t he just get us someone else to serve our table. He answered by saying no it’s okay. It’s not okay. Everything from drinks to food was brought out incorrect. Our waiter training a new hire but messed up the entire order is not a good sign. He wouldn’t repeat the order to ensure that everything was correct. He didn’t even apologize for the bad experience or anything. We also ordered food to go for a friend and it was also brought out incorrect. At this point we just wanted to leave so we didn’t even bother to tell them about the food. It probably would’ve taken another 25 minutes to get the food right even though there weren’t as many tables. For the take out food we specifically asked for a separate check. The waiter came back and logged into the table kiosk and said oh you can just split the check on here. That’s not the point and we told him we didn’t know how to do it and he didn’t even bother to show us. All he did was say it’s easy and walked away. I’m not sure if it’s because it was a table with Hispanic customers but we noticed every other table having white people on them were getting a better experience and they walked in after us and ordered more food with desserts and they still left before us. Our table had no attention whatsoever. It’s a shame how bad service has gotten ever since Covid came. Waiters/waitresses primarily live off tips but with the service being provided they don’t deserve any tips. Especially our special training a new hire waiter.

I have to say I'm quite disappointed in the quality of Chili's food. Don't get me wrong, the chips and salsa are still off the hook delicious, but our dishes left an awful lot to be desired. I ordered the salmon with rice and asparagus. The salmon was overcooked, the rice was dry, and the asparagus was past its prime, already fraying and hard. I ate it because I was traveling a long way, and I was hungry, but I was massively disappointed. The atmosphere was, for lack of a better word, depressed. Most of the people working there were very low energy, almost as though they were all just dialing it in. I wished we'd gone to the place next door.

All Chilis should strive to be like this spot . Hands down best Chili’s I’ve been too, food was hot, fresh & tasty. Their cooks must be heaven sent 10/10

Hey ask them for the chips without the salt and don't forget the guacamole okay and enjoy the steak and don't forget to get a MetroCard and go shopping at the great city of New York Love FDNY always Yes God bless and bring home your cheesecake

Had just gotten turned away from another restaurant. Chilli's hooked it up. Clean , quick , and affordable. My fam of 4 was super happy with their food and service.

Food was as expected but service was lacking waiters were more interested in socializing amongst themselves than being attentive to guests.

We received the first order of quesadillas and there was almost nothing inside so we asked for a replacement with meat inside When it came back there was meat but equal amounts of jalapeno and we are certain that the cook put them on purpose in abundance because we returned the first batch so they wanted to mess with us

The best part of the meal was the Chips and Salsa. The fried chicken sandwich was not crisp, the French fries seemed old and reheated. The burger was just okay. The food did not seem fresh.

Worst dining experience in my entire life. Food was inedible. Obviously microwaved since some parts of the dishes were warm and some cold. The food also tasted terrible and extremely cheap. They also double charged us for our food! Can’t believe a place like this can still be open. I’m not a picky eater and never leave bad reviews. But this was just shockingly bad. And the worst part is when I got home, I got extremely sick. Never again.

Amazing lunch specials. Staff and managers are very friendly and know how to treat customers! Cajun Chicken Pasta attached. 10/10 dish!

Chili's is an old faithful when you want decent food at a decent price. Appetizers drive the menu with favorites like skillet queso and southwest egg rolls. As far as meals go their salads and burgers are really good. I like the fajitas, but since Buffalo chicken came off the menu it hasn't been the same. For dessert molten lava cake is the way to go!!

We always looked forward to going to Chili's, but not anymore. We ordered the 2 for 25 but the ribs were not available (I guess just not available on the 2 for 25 menu), strike 1. The boneless chicken wings were also not offered as an appetizer, strike 2. So we were supposed to get 2 garden salads (I think one of them was, not mine as mine was 80% croutons) the lettuce was slimy and smelled absolutely foul, strike 3. I truly can go on, but 3 strikes and your out. The most disappointing dinner out in a long time. Needless to say, we will NEVER be returning to a Chili's restaurant. Just so you understand that's not all that was disappointing about the meal. We did order the boneless wing as an extra and they were dried out and smaller than McDonald's chicken nuggets. I MEAN PATHETIC

We had Rowan, the awesome guy with greenish blue hair. Outstanding service and great conversation. Guy really knows how to be hospitable and made our experience so memorable. Will be back specifically for him! Thanks for being awesome Rowan!! He should be applauded for his amazing service!!!!

The food is pretty mediocre as expected of a chain restaurant but the staff was really fantastic and helpful. Our waitress was super kind and got everything out quick, both food and drink refills. The food wasn't great for the price unfortunately and the cookie skillet that used to be our favourite is now just... Bleh.
