This place disappoints every time I go. I’d love to say something positive but I can’t find anything. Been here a dozen times and each time I say I ain’t coming back but I crave it so I go. What a mistake. Slow as heck, never get a crunchy taco shell, never get a crunchy taco shell not broken, slow service it’s the worst Taco Bell I know of and I hate that because I love Taco Bell.

No customers there. Still waited over five minutes for drive through order to get taken. Would have given up but hadn't eaten all day. Got wrong item, clearly just something that was left lying around. Cold. Staff just screwing around. I would starve to death before going there again. A nightmare. I swear I have never left a bad food review before but I must post this as a warning. DO NOT GO HERE. Go to the Wendy's a few hundred get down the road.

Service here was absolutely abysmal. I've had quicker service at sit down restaurants than in the drive thru. You'd think with the 20 something minutes they took that maybe the food would be hot, but no. I got White Hot Ranch Nacho Fries and the fries were soggy and cold as if they had sat un warmed for hours. There were also only like 4 shriveled pieces of old steak on them, and it was absolutely disgusting. On the bright side, they were absolutely loaded with tomatoes, although I ordered them without.(It showed no tomatoes on the board, so this wasn't the fault of the person who actually took my order.) Lastly, this is an absolutely terrible franchise when it comes to pricing. Franchises get a choice in how much they charge, and this particular location charges double what most do for "Value" Menu items. Slow service, ridiculous pricing, and bad food don't bother with this Taco Bell it's an absolute joke.

Offering bad wages to employees, then blaming a “labor shortage” for reduced services and hours passed on to the customer. Would be better off selling the franchise to a real business person who can take ownership of the situation.

Somehow, a better one than any previous I visited. Tastes definitely better, thank you ! Friendly service

My wife and I ordered takeout from this place for dinner after a long car trip. We both got food poisoning and have been regretting our decision for the past week. Avoid this place at all costs.

Small but clean, fast service. Easy to get to from both 17 N and S.

Had burritos they were actually not bad. I know it's not real mexican food but still. I was hungry and I ate for less than $10

It was just a regular Taco Bell but the staff were super nice and helpful.

I ordered at 6:36 p.m. in the drive-thru. I got my food at 6:52 p.m. over 10 minutes of that was spent at the window with the people behind me beeping. I had to knock on the window and was told that somehow my order got deleted and they were making it now. When I got it it was falling apart and my burrito looked like a deflated balloon. I should have followed my instincts and just gone to Wendy's.

Feels like Ghost Taco Bell! It was Sunday noon on a sunny spring day and first there was no one to take order.. After waiting 15 mins someone showed up asking if I am here for online pickup. We ordered few things and they literally added few stings of cheese, I can literally count. We set for 1 hour and no one stepped into a store, felt like a ghost place.

It's a Taco Bell/KFC so you know what you are getting, so I give the food 4 stars in the sense that they do what Taco Bell does the way you expect it. It is absolutely the slowest drive thru of any fast food place I have ever gone to. This is especially true if you go later in the evening. Meaning, with 3-4 cars ahead of me, I've waited 45 minutes trapped in the drive thru line. Last time I went there were 2 cars ahead of me and it took over 20 minutes to get thru the line. And then it's probably 50/50 if the order will be correct. It's the only Taco Bell in my area so I keep coming back, but way less than I would because I can't be sure how much of my time will be stolen.

it’s a TB/KFC combo and I prefer a Tb most on its own, call me old fashioned!

Great customer service and food. Compact but nice dining room. You can also order KFC, best of both worlds!

This is a Taco Ball/KFC. The wait time to get my food was a little longer than other restaurants. The food was really good though.

Frequented this place for a while, but last two time, tonight especially the food was inedible. Rock hard soft shell tacos to the point where they crumbled. Burnt meat and just disgustingly thrown together. Was the only car in drive through and waited 10 minutes for $20 worth of garbage.
