Northern most, park like, section of this 9 mile pathway alongside the Saddle river. It has a small pond encircled by the walking path as well as a one-way roadway. Kiddie playground. Picnic tables. Doggie park. Restrooms. Lots of grassy areas and a fair amount of parking.

Nice park and pond with lots of friendly dogs! Also a great trail which goes to Dunkerhook and Glen Rock!

A Beautiful location for relaxing . U can sit on a bench beside the clear pond with Geese and small cute turtle swimming and read a book which is my thing . U can go for walk or run or cycling or small barbecue. They also have a doggy park separately inside.

A very nice place to walk around! A pond, playground, picnic tables and benches. I walked along the river and found signs of Spring! 😃

The playground is in good shape. It’s clean and looks well maintained, and there are plenty of shade trees and seating around it so you can watch your kids without having to stand in the sun the whole time.

As of 04/24/22 The pond lake is...under construction so expect excavator, orange fencing, and tons of gravel instead of nice scenic views. I'll come back when it's done.

I had such a nice time walking around saddle River County Park yesterday. Although the water level was very low and there were hardly any ducks, the weather was beautiful and it was nice to get some sunshine and air. There are many families and runners are like who are enjoying this wonderful open air space.

We rented the pavilion for a church event and it was great. Lots of seating and tables and garbage cans with bags in them. You have to make sure that the area is clean afterwards, but it was so fun to hang out all together! Restrooms were open and decent, I mean it’s public bathrooms and they were clean at first but by the end of it, kind of smelly and no toilet paper.

Nice place. Under construction still, but lots of paths. Great for bike riding.

Good place for a nice Sunday long run, the saddle river bike pathway is nice and long and pretty flat. Week days are nicer with less people.

It’s a great park for juggling, walking, , biking anything except sitting, unfortunately because of thé fleas, epically if you sit after someone who sat there with their pet sat there,

Lovely place for a walk. Paved path goes for miles along the river with shade provided from the many trees lining the path. Opens onto ponds and picnic areas. Highly recommend.

Awesome dog park! Friendly people in control of their pups at all times. Clean with lots of tennis balls and water access.

Perfect place with something for everyone . Miles of walking, running or biking. Plenty of playgrounds. Quiet benches to relax. And places to celebrate and barbecue prior permit. Goes all the way from Ridgewood to Rochelle Park, passing through Fairlawn, Glen Rock and Paramus.

What a gem of a place. Just slow down when the ducks cross. Really nice to take a walk, ride your bike or bring lunch for picnic tables. Great for kids.
