Great food and not that pricey. Great service staff as well. We've been here a lot of times and still has not been disappointed. We're definitely going to be repeat customers

This place is a nice surprise.. It is located near, what looks to be, an industrial area, but even so, this place is still thriving and rightfully so. Service is efficient and breakfast food is solid and consistent. Place gets busy and the place rises to each occasion. You can tell the restaurant is managed very well. The staff work together like a symphony and it shows with their service. Pancakes are yummy, portions are impressive and price is fair. We tried the banana walnut pancake after seeing a picture here and it was delicious. Highly recommended. Corn beef hash is also a nice side dish. Definitely would be one of our go to spots for breakfast. Well done Pancakes plus!

Food was amazing and delicious. I visited during fall time and they had pumpkin flavor pancake and I am glad I tried. Chocolate flavor is my all time favorite. My group was seated outside which was fun experience. Next time visit I would def try some other new things. One of the best local Pancakes Plus.

First time here, outstanding service and great food. Servers are kind and engaged to help us. Chloe was our server and was very helpful and caring. Family oriented feel. Highly recommend. Living in Rockland for 2 years now, this is the best breakfast place I have been in.

Very unfortunate to have eaten hear alone. After bring seated at a "booth for two", which I did not request, I placed my order and received coffee. Then I was approached by the owner in a most excited, hostile manner, telling me that I never should have been seated at a booth. "That was a mistake. It could get very busy". It was 2 pm and there were several empty tables and booths and no crowd waiting. I asked if he wanted me to leave. No, I was told, but he hoped that I wasn't planning on having a "leisurely meal". He hoped that I would be quick and not "take my time". He kept on firing comments at me and did not relent. I almost spit out my coffee. He has no consideration for me as a patron. I was made to feel insignificant and unwanted. I actually felt bad for my server who kept apologizing although his employer did not. I ate quickly and told the owner how I felt before leaving. He saw how upset I was and offered an empty apology with excuses. I said that I hoped he never had anyone speak to him that way or to make him feel small. I left wondering if he had a problem with single people dining, woman, or if he was just a jerk. Possibly all three? Still empty booths when I left. The pancakes just weren't that good or worth the negative experience.

Google Plus, Discovery plus, Paramount Plus, none of them can stack up against Pancake Plus. This quaint dinner was the perfect blend of old timey dinner with a modern menu. I got the Chicken Quesadilla Wrap and substituted the fries for onion rings. Only one word to describe the meal. Electric. The blend of chicken, peppers, and cheeses were everything my heart wanted at that moment in time. The onion rings were the perfect substitution to provide a much needed crunch. All of this was accompanied by a French vanilla coffee that recharged my soul after an early morning hike. The waiter was extra attentive and it seemed like everyone working there did every job as they flew around to serve us.

Pancake class has amazing food while small in terms of seating capacity, the food is absolutely amazing and the service is as well. My wife and I got chocolate chip pancakes, veggie omelette, scrambled eggs, turkey, sausage, toast, and a side of spinach. Everything was delicious. We also were able to get seltzer. Our waitress was fast and efficient. I do recommend coming here again the pancakes are absolutely amazing.

Since the renovation, the food has gone downhill fast. Simply, it's not the same as it w a s just a few months ago. As to service, just make sure you get the Asian lady. She is great. The very short waitress can't be bothered to refill a cup of coffee.

Been coming here for 10 years. I used to give Pancakes Plus a 5 star. Recently, their service and quality have suffered. It really is hit or miss with the friendliness and service of the servers. Some servers go out of their way to make everything right, others simply do not care. I have observed eye rolling at customers from one of the servers. At least 50% of the time, the food comes out cold. They use Krusteaz pancake mix which is fine, but they should mention their pancakes are not homemade. Overall, an ok eatery. Their attitude towards their customers has gone down hill. They'll be nice to you unless you say something isn't right (cold food, item prepared incorrectly etc), then their attitude becomes snarky and rude.

I came in a Sunday after Church around 1pm. I am not from here and visiting Nanuet…It was packed. I order Combo #2 and it was great...i got Hazelnut coffee with whole milk and it served well with the pancakes ... will come back

Tried this place on a whim as I drove by and it caught my eye, and I wasn’t disappointed. The service is quick, food was amazing, staff was friendly. It’s a bit on the smaller side and gets packed so be ready for a wait or go early. The pancakes were absolutely delightful, and the home-fries were excellent, to my surprise they have sweet potato home fries something I’ve never tried anywhere. The menu has some very interesting options, but if I’m at a pancake place I’m there for just that pancakes.

Want good breakfast food up til they close? Go for it. Friendly, fast, and the food is good. If you need caffeine, they'll top you cup off every time they walk by. The decor is a little dated but it's clean and welcoming. Bring your friends and enjoy a meal together.

Large, delicious pancakes: strawberry, blueberry, banana and more. All the traditional breakfast foods as well. The service is excellent. I enjoyed the peach tea.

Pancake plus is my new breakfast place. Kind and clean and retro vibes. Foods are tasty and the manager and serve remembered customers choices. Wanna come for breakfast every morning.

We just came from Pancake Plus and the whole-wheat blueberry pancake was awesome!!! My husband had a whole- wheat walnut pancake, it’s fluffy, delicious… Maria is our server, she’s polite & always checking on us… it’s better to come as soon as they opened.… Enjoy!!!

A bit off the beaten path but worth the effort. Right near Rockland bakery, another great stop. Nice menu with many choices. Priced fairly and portions are large served fast and hot.

We visited on a Monday morning, (we are not locals) it was not busy. We went off of other people's reviews. We ordered an omelet and pancakes with bacon. Home fries and pancakes were my favorite. Ask for whipped cream- it was the best I've tried, probably home made. Friendly laid back atmosphere, fast service, reasonable prices. From the outside, the place doesn't look like much of anything, but inside it's clean and nice for a breakfast diner. Chloe was our server and she was great, talkative and friendly. Lots of options on the menu for breakfast.
