It's a nice park, but open only for residents of Orangeburg, NY. If you aren't a resident they have patrols who ask you, nicely, to leave the park.

Didn’t know it was residents only and the security person was just rude when he told me to leave. Thought it was a public park.

Seems kind of ridiculous that visitors of Orangeburg residents can't enjoy the facility. Especially since the residents themselves pay for it but don't have kids to use it.

Would not let me spead time in the park because I'm not a resident.

Tried to enter park. Was turned back by guard. I wonder if any the improvements at the park come from federal funds. If so, I believe that it has to be open to all. I trust that residents of orangeburg will not avail themselves of parks in other towns.

Residents of Orangetown, NY only. Guard at entrance to turn away any other visitors.
