👍👍 I had my daughters 4th bday here along with her 16friends and we couldn’t be happier! I loved that it’s completely private and only our party inside. The ladies were all such great help and guided us through the whole process and everything went super smooth. The adults also had just as much fun as... Overall experience was okay. Compared to Bounce U, facilities was cleaner and organized. However, the staff lacked direction to coordinate the party. During the food time, found our party guests asking around to serve drinks. Lacked excitement and energy yet management requested 20% tip. Overall, good facility but better staff at bounce U

Highly highly recommend Bounce Safari! From start to end with the party and planning, the staff were 100% on top of things. Everything was provided and included with the party package from printable invitations, party paper goods, pizza, cake, and party favors. The staff made it super easy to book the party and go over all the details from the week before to the day of. Upon entering Bounce Safari, I was happy to see multiple staff members wiping things down, taking garbages out, and vacuuming. The young girls that helped out with the party were very energetic and engaging with the kids. The bounce rooms were tidy, organized, and updated. The kids had a blast! Everyone was all over bouncing around and enjoying. We then were moved to the party room (also so clean) and greeted with hand sanitizer (thank you!) before the kids sat at the table. The room was decorated so cute! The staff handed out plates, pizza, drinks, and checked in on the kids frequently to see if they needed anything. I felt that I didn’t even need to lift a finger to do anything extra. The cake was from Dairy Queen and tasted delicious! The day ended with the kids receiving a bouncy ball as a favor. Everyone was so helpful and the party went so smooth! Thank you Bounce Safari for a super special day!

We had our son’s 5th Birthday party yesterday. Everything was great! From the hard working staff, to the food to the cleanliness it was all wonderful! Definitely a hidden gem! It was our second time hosting a party in the last 4 years and I highly recommend! Thanks Bounce Safari!

This was by far the best birthday venue we have had for our daughter! The facility was impeccably clean, the staff extremely helpful, friendly, and accommodating, and the whole time the children were nonstop entertained. We highly recommend Bounce Safari and look forward to attending other parties here! Thank you for making our daughter's birthday so special.

We have had several birthday parties here over the years and have loved it. So this year, I decided to sign up my son for a week of camp here. He had the absolute best time ever! My son is not the type of kid that usually adjusts well or wants to continue going to camps, but this one was different. He looked forward to going every day! My son loved the different themes they had and loved his counselors. We look forward to doing this again!

If want to be scammed out of your money/deposit, eat 3 day old cake, and risk getting Covid, all while dealing with a super nasty manager? Owner? (Whoever the rude man who refused to give give us an alternative date) book your party here!! The guy we spoke to, is totally rude and unprofessional. We booked the most expensive package for Memorial Day weekend. A close a family member who was with my children tested positive for Covid, I was so upset, and obviously knew we had to alert bounce safari and change the date. At first I was given the impression that it would be no problem and super easy to change but then came this guy. At first her told me the cake was already made…it is Thursday afternoon and the party is Saturday afternoon and he told me the cake was already made, okay so AT THE PARTY, we were supposed to be eating 3 day old cake?! Hmm 🤔 After that he told me I’d have to pay for the cake that was already made, plus, lose the deposit I already made, and leave a new deposit for the new date (which he refused to provide). Like hello? We’re in a pandemic, okay I’ll bring my potentially infected children there to infect your staff and all your patrons, RIDICULOUS!!! No empathy just rude and money hungry. Don’t book your party here, there are a million other equally fun bounce places you can book!

I went as a Grandma of six and a Mom of five. I did not think the girls who were in charge of the party understood that the parents paid an exorboriate amount of money for two pretty ordinary pizzas. When the Dad who was paying over $600 for the party asked for a slice he was denied and I quote “we pay for the pizza so only the kids can eat it”. I assume the leftovers are reused for other parties??? And when paying over $600 for a party how is the pizza on us???? Additionally, the singing of happy birthday was when 1/2 of the guests were waiting in line for the bathrooms. So the cousins all missed it. To each his own but I would not recommend this place.

Came here a couple of weeks ago for my daughters classmate’s birthday. It was a small group so I was able to bring my 4 year old and 18 month old. There was a sweet girl that opened the door for us and greeted us nicely (the small stuff counts). The team was really nice and professional with all the kids. I met the owner, Warren, who was one of the nicest people ever. He was very helpful in finding my youngest an activity that was height appropriate. These places have guidelines they need to abide by and I appreciate them caring about my kids safety. The place was clean, the energy way high, we didn’t feel rushed and the kids had a blast. Warren keep up the great work. We appreciate you.

Nice and clean place. Very short time for the kids to play 30 minutes in one room and another 30 minutes in second room. Staff very unprepared, no excitement at all, complete lack of coordination. They forgot my theme paper goods. We had to ask to serve the kids. The party room is boring almost uncomfortable. Other jumping places have music, lights and kids can play and dance. Very small party rooms...and we had 18 kids. Still at the end the owner " suggests" 20% tip...that would be 100 per host for 1hour and 30 min. I will stick with Bounce U from now on.

Amazingly clean and fun. Hosted a party and the venue is spectacular. If you’re planning an event, highly recommend the glow party option. The black lights and light show made the play time even more exciting. They handle everything from the play time to the food, cake and party favors. We actually got to enjoy the party compared to hosting at home. The hosts handled everything with a smile. Thank you Bounce Safari - we’ll be back!!!

Very nice place. Very clean. We celebrated my sons 5th birthday here. The kiddos had a blast. The party hosts were very attentive and sweet. My only recommendation would be to count the amount of children along with the party host to ensure you do not mistakenly get charged for any additional children.

My kid has attended some birthday parties and field trips to Bounce Safari. He's always had a good time. Staff seemed attentive from what I've seen when attending a birthday party. Fun place!

Have been here 2x for kids birthday parties. Perfect to get the energy out. Two large play rooms with slides, bounces houses and toys. Staff was friendly and helpful.

Great experience! We just had our daughter's birthday there and we have also been there for several parties. My kids love it! The owner is friendly and very accomodating. Tip was a suggestion to give not mandatory. Staff was great the entire time! Can't wait to go back again!!!

Kids will have fun but I had to take a few stars off because no one is allowed to take water bottles in to the play rooms. Kids were all sweating and constantly asking for water because they were running around. Then we head in to the final party room with one gallon cold poland spring water bottles laid out. All the parents served it to the kids. When the parents finally got to drink it, it wasn’t poland spring water!!! It tasted worse than my sink tap water! All the moms started talking about it because it tasted that bad. That’s just wrong…very unethical of the business. Just serve it in a pitcher if you can’t afford to provide spring water.
