Pretty sure I was not eating beef or chicken in the dish I ordered. My God I took 2 bites and had to trash it. I wouldn't feed this to my dog. Stay away from this place. The food was completely awful.

This is the best place EVER for chicken teriyaki. I’ve been coming here since I was a young girl (she remembers me everytime and my order!! Like how?!?) and it’s been run by the same beautiful, kind lady ever since! (She never ages!!) Always amazing service and especially good food: I drive from Fletcher just to come eat it 🤤

The Asheville Mall food court had Panda Express and Teriyaki Japan right next to each other. I was heavily considering Panda Express until I saw the prices at Teriyaki Japan, which were a little lower. My boyfriend and I each got the chicken teriyaki special with noodles and a spring roll, and we both also shared a drink which came out to around $22. There was a LOT of food! We were very satisfied with the portions and had to take one of them home. The food itself tasted good. There are sauces that you can get to make it more flavorful if you wish. Service was quick and friendly!

Normally when I go here the food is pretty good, but recently when I’ve gone my experience has been terrible. Rice is clearly old, tastes dry. Soy Sauce does not help. Boba tea is good(hard to mess that up), Egg rolls were good. Just expensive. Lady at register is nice, cook is rude most of the time. Overall, this store is just eh, it’s hit or miss. Just don’t order through doordash.

I've become a weekend regular here, the flavors are amazing and I haven't had a bad meal during any of my visits thusfar, the quality control delivers a consistent product that slams your palate with flavor. Definitely try this place over the panda express next to it.

Love this place. Price and quality are awesome! I get the Teriyaki Chicken with Rice, Lo Mein, and Veggies and it is only $10.

They weren’t the friendliest the gnats were concerning and they didn’t have a spicy food option besides just adding siracha sauce

Food was bad. It looks like dirty in their kitchen, and they don’t follow sanitary guidelines. It’s very bad hopefully you won’t get sick when you order their food. & also, service is horrible!

The flavors of their food never disappoints. Panda Express is right next to this place but theirs is always better and the food is made fresh. I get a chicken teriyaki combo with double meat for around $11. And the portions are huge ! Always some left over.

Staff is very kind and the classic boba tea is very good!

They make you wait while they take orders for people behind you as they start new food then serve you old stuff sitting around. Last time i come here

We love it here. My wife, grandson and I love the taste of the food and the owners are very friendly. It’s a walk up stir fry in the Asheville mall and everything’s fresh and really delicious.They have rice, lo mein noodles, veggies, chicken , beef and shrimp. We always get the chicken, it’s so tasty, the prices are great and the line moves fast. We would drive from Weaverville just for the food. We recently moved to Asheville and now we’re closer!

Consistently the best chicken teriyaki & we discovered a new favorite today - the dumplings!

I hate to be that person, but the customer service was horrible. It was difficult to hear and was interrupted several times. Ended up getting served the wrong order, and was yelled at by the worker when telling them that wasn't what I had ordered. Wouldn't eat at again

Great place, good service the food was delicious, I loved the boba tea there. If possible try it out!
