Awesome shop, better people. Keiran and Leah were so much fun helping us get oriented to the store. Our only complaint was after almost four hours in the store we walked out with way too many amazing belt buckles, belts and two custom sandal orders. 😯🙃 Beware with these awesome two, you may end up with a lifetime supply of belts and buckles! The quality of the shop is top notch - so glad to have these crafts people in our state.

Bought my son a belt buckle they made him the belt for a custom fit. Has a 10 year warranty and with a teenager that is helpful. Customer service was great made him feel very comfortable and he was very happy when we left.

Great experience! Visited back In June from Florida with my mother and sold us some nice Hides and gave some great advice! And they were so sweet to my daughter! Talked to her all about stones and gems! Then let her pick out a small one to take home!!! Really nice people!!

My husband has been looking for a belt that was more unique than department store belts. The staff here helped us select the belt (ie, the color, width, best leather for tooling), the pattern for tooling design, and select a buckle out of the hundreds they had in inventory! My husband got exactly what he wanted and I found a turquoise ring I love from an extensive collection of jewlery!

This shop has the very best in customer service. I will be using them in the future for my leather and buckle needs. I live in the Knoxville area and was looking to get a custom buckle I owned repaired. I reached out to the shop here and they took the time to respond and help me it with a simple solution. I lost a wallet recently and wanted my new one to feel like an investment. The level of service in the store was really lovely: I was not pushed into anything, but I was offered several options for my custom job. Feeling and seeing the leathers wasn’t like, a life changing experience. But it was nice, and made me feel like I had agency in the wallet I would ultimately receive. Even better, despite an estimate that my job would be done in 2 weeks, my wallet was done in 3 days. I highly recommend this place.

Had a wonderful experience today in the shop with Sage. I had a custom-made collar for my dog made previously and went in to get the matching leash. She spent time with a friend of mine and I and helped us with everything we needed. The work is beautiful and we will always have a great experience here.

Super impressed by the service here. They made two repairs on a treasured waxed canvas messenger bag in 2019. Brought it back by recently, three years later, because one of the repairs hadn't worked and one had returned as an issue after a lot more use. Fixed both while I was in the shop, no charge. In a day when so many businesses don't take care of customer issues anymore, refreshing to find a place you can count on.

My favorite store in Asheville. Not only do they have an incredibly awesome selection of belt buckles, but they even modified my belt with Chicago screws free of charge so I could change out the buckles. Can’t come to Asheville without stopping in!

I have a pair of sandals I had made in 2008 that to this day are truly a work of art. That being said they needed to have the straps adjusted. Walked in, they fixed the issue right away at no charge! It's so wonderful to find superb customer service in this day and age. Stop in and see true craftsman at work who are dedicated to their customers. Beautiful leather products etc...

2 stars for the rude and weird behaviour of the lady in the back office. We do not appreciate the sarcastic and blunt way of commenting on customers ‘we don’t discount on card payments’. This was after the other sweet lady attending us confirmed that she could get a discount if we buy 3 rings together and went to check with her about the actual discount percentage. We still went ahead and bought the rings but her suspicious and judgemental looks behind the counter prevented us from checking other items. It made us super uncomfortable and we did not wanted to stay in the store. The kind lady attending us was also astonished by her rude way of talking. SHE NEEDS A PROPER EDUCATION ON CUSTOMER SERVICE! Avoid this store as there far more pleasant and friendly artists selling their art, jewellery and other goods in and around downtown and RAD!
