Scary place, saw a guy get kicked out of the store while there, baristas were young, on phone whole time while I ordered, didn’t wash hands as they went from phone to making coffee, not knowledgeable about menu…better choices just down the road

My neice was there around 1005 am today order ice sugar cookie almond milk latte and pumpkin spice latte. I have order pumpkin spice latte many times, always full to the top. Today it was halfway full. I try to call several time, nobody answer phone. That's ridiculous charge $5 and not even full. Guess I go back to dunkin donuts.

This Starbucks is in ingles my morning walk they always made great coffee

Had a wait to get service but it was okay. I prefer their competitor but I was in the grocery store already.

Google says they're close at 9pm i was there at 8:40 trying to place an order But was told rudely that they are already closed As one Employee set on top of the counter with her feet on the counter is well disgusting!!!

Bringing a reusable coffee cup is rewarded with a discount on the coffee! Very much appreciate that to raise and strengthen environmental awareness

No line Sunday morning but the baristas were busy talking with each other instead of taking my order, had to stay for a minute after I said hello just to be acknowledged.

After waiting an excessive amount of time for my frap drink I received a sweetless drink already melted so it was just liquid. It was just ne so it was not busy at all. Worst Frappuccino I have ever had. I returned it and didn't ask for a refund as I had already waited too long for the drink.

Manager gave me an attitude because I called espresso, coffee. I asked for a decaf and she proceeded to tell me she didn't have any decaf. I said I was here yesterday and asked the same question and was given the best coffee ever and decaf. She said maybe it was a decaf espresso with attitude.i said whatever it is I'm asking for a decaf, she couldn't for the life of her be kind or adhering to my ignorance of the proper name for decaf espresso. Lame as a manager you should be the best at your job not the most aggressive.

Order online, within 5 minutes was there and my drinks were already ready to go. So easy in and out trip with easy access to the place.

Myself..I find it to be overpriced. I'm not a huge fan of coffee but I do drink it but I wouldn't spend $3 on a cup of coffee with no refill? Nope...I wouldn't do it! I have to watch what little money that I do get in order to make it stretch. I love cappuccinos but it would have to be a special day to spend that much money on something hot to drink.

Guess lil dude behind the counter had a rough day cause he left the register unattended for a 20 minute smoke break

No problem with Starbucks in general. My drink tasted the exact same as it would at any Starbucks. I would just like to say, don’t have photos of drinks on your menu that aren’t actually available. Also, hire people that actually like Starbucks. The baristas strait up told me she doesn’t like Starbucks AND insulted me. She asked me where I’m from and when I told her, she said “ oh that’s why you are the way you are.” What does that even mean?!

Love it but they always run out of flavors. Last 3 weeks that have been out of white choc and sweet cream oat milk
