We've had a fantastic experience with the team at Amber Albion. Initially recommended by our builder, the team, especially Lynne, have been fantastic. I'd say they offer far more than 'just selling tiles'. Lynne has given us some fantastic design guidance across a range of products including tiles and tapware. Nothing has been too much trouble. We visited Amber tiles at Albion recently at the recommendation of our builder and design advisor. We'd never been there before as we are from the southside. We have been somewhat frustrated in our dealings with other tile supply options but we were completely blown away by our experience at Amber. Lyn attended to our needs in a friendly, frank and professional manner. Her product knowledge and willingness to engage in our particular circumstance was impressive. Equally, Andrew was more than happy to share his knowledge and experience regarding tiles and tiling in a honest and respectful manner. Amber have an outstanding customer service focus. Andrew, Aisley and the team at Amber Albion have been absolute treasures, have helped from the outset and were the best tile/bathroom shop that we visited in the lead up to our renovation - we were absolute novices! They have proved their worth on multiple occasions throughout the reno, pivoting and sourcing things at the last minute when the builders orders didn't cover the requirements. They have assisted with finishes and given us advice that we have been able to hand on to the project team to ensure the best finish possible. I would hand on heart recommend the team at Amber Tiles Albion for any project you are thinking about undertaking. Personally I am only giving a one because the shop was easy to park at and it stops there. Please make sure you double check the tile that is delivered as mine were wrong and went to site and Albion although admitted their mistake and handle the situation badly. They don’t reply to emails and don’t accept responsibility for their mistakes. My customer details are Jane Smith and you are fully aware of the mistake your staff made with the wrong tiles and the lack of response to my emails.

Very helpful at design stage with recommending product, samples etc. Also very competitive price wise. Delivered on time. 5/5

Initial sales experience was great however be careful to ensure requested tile quantities are accurate as Amber is likely become non-responsive on discussions of refunding any excess. Unfortunately I had the experience where a builder requested an excessive amount of tiles and the remaining boxes could not be returned with no clear direction on refund policy or options after many weeks of chasing.
