Staff member, Sam refused to sell me a bearded dragon because he didn’t want it to have a hard enough life. Then it already did. I had already informed him. I had a separate enclosure and already had the licenses and everything for a Bearded dragon went back and showed Sam the new terrarium I had set up. He then told me the animal was sold for a few days now, after trying to sell me the exact same animal two hours earlier Sam then proceeded to say he didn’t feel comfortable selling me this animal because I Have already got a 9 year old at home. But how is it? I can go to a private seller that can sell me a bearded dragon. Within a second, without any judgement. Very low service took 20 minutes just to flag down some assistance because stacking shelves and chin wagging at the registers are more important. The fact I go in there all qualified and experienced to own this particular animal just to be judged and turned down. GET SOME BETTER STAFF THAT DONT KNOW NOT TO JUDGE A BOOK BY IT COVER AND ACTUALLY KNOW WHAT THERE DOING.

Thanking Beau for the wonderful advice and help with our purchase of a turtle. Not only was he extremely professional and easy going, he made our initial fear of what it involved very insightful. Beau was very thoughtful in his advice and just gave us a lot of peace of mind. We would rather drive an hour and half to find a pet store which has a great variety and wonderful staff than a local one who isn't interested in what we were asking.

Worst experience went there to buy a budgie for my son, salesperson was not helpful at all, turned him off even wanting a bird... was told not to get the BUDGIE cage we wanted, was told not to get 1/2 the budgie products YOU ACTUALLY SELL there... we just walked out when we finally got her to shuttup!! went another pet store had a GREAT experience & spent about $500 😁

We love going into Pet Superstore, not only do they have an amazing variety of pet supplies their staff are knowledgeable! Sam has been helping us for months to make sure our fish tank is perfect giving his time and advice every step of the way.

The staff are so friendly and helpful. Was overjoyed to find they are finally stocking Fish Fuel again. My turtle would not eat anything else, and when the company closed I was hard put to feed him, BUT he is now a very happy chappie. Please keep stocking it, as when I went back to buy more, most of the products had sold out....the word is out Fish Fuel Forever lol.

I brought an 100$ fish yesterday afternoon have woken up this morning to a dead fish. Must have been sick. Will be ringing once open to discuss what is able to happen about this. Bc I was not told this fish was having troubles or anything before purchase and I was in the store for over an hour with the sale assistant

So much variety! Good service . Took my son here to pick up some bits and pieces but it was as good as visiting a small zoo (but for free haha).

They have so many great products and the biggest supply of reptile supplies I have seen + much cheaper prices than some bigger chain pet stores.

A large store that carries a broad range of good quality pet products. They have many products that will pamper your pets. Prices are reasonable. The staff I have found to be friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. There is even a reptile section up the stairs above the aquarium area.

Great service and very helpful. They k ow their stuff and arr reasonably priced. I only ever go here now. The young lady is so knowledgeable considering his age. I was very impressed with him.

Our 86cm tall 37kg 5yo Rescue Greyhound Bruno was (sincerely) treated like royalty by Georgia, cared for as considerately like a puppy, and showed authentic empathy that would please any owner of a senior pup… Georgia demonstrated very passionate enthusiasm for doggos, importantly backed up by Genuine knowledge in helpful products, relevant brands and beneficial features specific for our hound. Georgia then went above and beyond calling Stafford store re stock and availability. Georgia ensured this Greyhound & Fam’s return to Pet Super Store as a customer and referral, thank you.

Really nice since their recent renovations. Always a good selection of pets to look at before purchasing what you actually went in for. Recently purchased 2 mice and some meds for our budgies. Very happy with purchases and staff pleasant and polite.

This used to be one of the better pet shops in the area. Was disappointed with my last visit. The aquarium section in particular seemed neglected. Tanks were dirty and unkempt. Previously staff seemed genuinely interested in the animals they were looking after but now they seem to be just doing a job.

Visited last weekend keen to buy some fish for my new aquarium & left purchasing none. It seems the fish area is in the middle of being revamped as it seemed like there was renovations being done or it was just under repair. Most tanks were empty. The fish that were left there was a lot either dead, about to die or in poor health. The smell from that area smelt like rotten fish & was really unpleasant. Hopefully they get it fixed soon as I have purchased fish from here in the past but I won't be while that area is in that state.

I would rate -1 if I was able to. Bad and arrogant service with no knowledge of the products. Was sold the wrong thing, but they won’t help. It also smells horrible inside.

Such a variety of fish and bettas! Def reccomend if you want a fighting fish.

I actually quite like this store! I don't visit often however I recently discovered they sell the brand and flavour of dog food I need so I'll definitely be coming in a lot more! They have a large range and I love the aquarium section! Service is alright! I think it's important the staff welcome customers as they enter the store and have that moment of interaction as it's alot nicer than just being stared at

I recently ordered a reptile enclosure from Pet Superstore and arranged to have it delivered. Unfortunately when the enclosure arrived, the bottom was cracked. I emailed Pet Super Store immediately and let them know and without hesitation, they sent me a brand new enclosure which I received in a couple of days. This was a present for my daughters birthday so I am extremely grateful for the speedy and professional customer service than enabled my daughter to still get her birthday present. Thank You :)
