Absolutely the worst service I've ever received. The girl with the piercings called me stupid. I believe it was a slip of the tongue but what on earth?!?! I asked to speak to the manager in which the girl told me to get the f out and not come back. At no point in time during this interaction did I raise my voice or talk disrespectfully to anyone here. So to be treated so awfully is baffling. This was my first time coming to Petbarn as a new pet owner. I won't ever be back to any Petbarns.

Daniella, Jamie and Katrina are hands down the best of the best. They are so knowledgeable with all of their pet care needs and go above and beyond with their customer service. I am recovering from major spine surgery, so when I bring my Furbaby in for a dog wash, they always ask if I need assistance which is greatly appreciated. Always makes our day when we visit our Petbarn family :)

Staff were arrogant as ever, BUT the worst part was when my partner and I went and looked at the betta fish because we want to get more, I was absolutely disgusted, the tanks have not been cleaned in way to long couldn't see 2 of them unless they came right to the glass, tanks were leaking out the back and some tanks weren't getting any water circulated at all, I highly suggest you clean all the tanks on a regular basis and update your pumps and filtering system, was very sad to see the way the betta fish are being treated 😢

Rex went to puppy training class at Petbarn today , It's been hard for him to concentrate on his lesson, he just wants to play with the other pup's it's going to take time I can see he improved from last week where i had to hold him so tight this week not so tight, and not all the time Rex has learned to Sit, fetch ,takes himself out to do number 1 and 2, and is learning to roll over and wait it is all about how much time I put in to teach him.

We have been going to Underwood Petbarn for alittle over a year now after getting our daughter fish for her birthday. The staff have always been incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. My wife’s last visit however showed just how amazing their staff can be. My wife took a turn and had to have an ambulance called for her. 2 staff members Jamie-Lee and Katrina stayed with her ,kept her talking and comforted her while waiting. The care , professionalism and compassion they showed my wife is a credit to the store for having such awesome ladies working for them but also a reflection of their characters as people. I can never thank them enough for what they have did for us. If your looking for a pet store that not only has your families pets covered but also just has amazing staff than look no further

I was encouraged to sign up as a member so that next time I could buy any cat food half price. So I went back to buy my half price cat food (which the staff member this time can't understand who would've told me that) but as a member you get 20% off which makes them dearer than the full prices in the supermarket. 👎for the deception

Joined as a new member ordered 2hr home delivery which arrived by Uber in 30mins. Saved on Advocate and delivery fee. My cat's love the Kong Catnip spray.

Have been shopping at Petbarn for years, called into this store (my new local) last weekend looking for a particular product and as soon as we walked in store the service was atrocious. Two or three girls working, no “hello” or acknowledgement of us when we entered the store (although we were definitely looked at) and the one I spoke to in particular was incredibly rude. I had a quick look for the product I was after, couldn’t find it so went to ask this girl for help. We made eye contact as I walked over and I smiled and she dead pan turned and walked in the opposite direction and started chatting to the other staff at the counter. Went over to her anyway and very politely asked for help finding the product I was after and was treated like I had just ruined her WHOLE DAY - mind you this was 10am on a Sunday morning. Not friendly at all, treated me like I was an idiot for asking about the product (simply because she hadn’t heard of it before). I don’t normally leave negative reviews but the service here was so poor and left me feeling so uncomfortable for daring even enter the store - when every other Petbarn store I’ve been to the staff have been so lovely. Poor service and poor attitude from this particular staff member unfortunately.

I would highly recommend PetBarn Underwood, I was Looked after with 2 different purchases in the same day, which ended up being quite a process as the website was not co operating. Thanks to their wonderful employee Eliza I was looked after from start to finish with 2 different multi faceted transactions and a few hurdles, I was treated with kindness and professional care. Absolutely lovely staff, would return just for them, but i get the added bonus of the prices being much cheaper than other pet stores. Was also treated with free products, samples and vouchers for our new puppy while also getting everything else I was needing.

Went in and had my dog groomed today. Not impressed at all! First of all, I told the staff up front there were two knots around her neck needed to be brushed out, came out with even more knots when I picked her up! I meant, aren’t you supposed to brush them before you throw them in the shower?! Secondly, I paid for a style cut so she supposed to come out like a Bichon but instead she is like a poodle! Finally, her paws were not professionally clipped at all! There were still lot of messy hair stuck in there! Not worth the $89 at all! Definitely won’t return or recommend!

I was able to put 3 bags of ozpet litter on hold and picked them up in the afternoon. Also purchased cat food and Tranquil daily treats for calming one of my cats. Seems to work. Thanks for help choosing these extra items.

Just had quite a passive aggressive experience instore. The woman I spoke to said the all the things she was supposed to, in all the wrong tones and was less helpful than any human being I've seen in a very long time. I will definitely NOT be back... PS, the sign that says "respect the staff", you need to ensure that your staff knows to respect their customers too. I have no idea why your staff decided I wasn't worth any respect, but the decision was made as I walked in the door.

The staff are always friendly and professional. They are always ready to assist you with your fur babies requirements. Value for money with being a member.

Pretty good Pet Barn. Relatively clean and well kept with a decent range. Parking isn't the greatest though if you just happen to come in a busy period.

Took my 6 month old puppy to get his nails trimmed today. I’ve never used Petbarn grooming before and I never will again. The young woman didn’t greet us and said nothing after I said thank you and was leaving and generally gave the impression she couldn’t be bothered. If you don’t like your job get another one ! What’s worse is she was clipping my puppies nerves/quicks. Look I know nothing about dog toe nails but if I come in wanting a nail trim for my puppy and he doesn’t need it yet , I would rather you tell me than just cut the nail and put my puppy in pain . If I was able to give the experience a negative star I would give it a -5 star.

We love coming here to wash our dog. There are two DYI washing stations, $10 for 10 min. You can also get tokens from cashiers. Friendly staffs. Products are a bit on the expensive side though.

Staff are friendly n I can find the stuff I need to buy easily. Shout out to Danielle who both my dogs love to meet each time we visit which is weekly for their bathtime.

Not one staff member spoke to us which is fine because sometimes it's nice to shop without overt interaction; However stock was also low which may be because of a recent natural disaster unfortunately nothing stood out to give this anything more than a neutral rating.

One stop shop for everything you need for your pets - food, meds, accessories etc. They even have dog washes and vets in the building. The staff are very helpful and the prices are reasonable too.
