Had a horrible experience with the staff..one of the most racist place I’ve visited. So the salesperson greeted and could care less if I was in the store. Then comes in an American and her tone and behavior completely transformed. Then walk in a couple of Indian girls, and she could care less..saw through them So I waited for sometime to be sure if I was making it up in my head. It was Friday, so luckily there were enough customers for me to draw a pattern. Never going back to this location, it’s sad because I like the clothes I wish I could give zero stars but will not let me submit my review

Just visited this place to return some clothes I purchased online. The clothes were gorgeous. The only reason I returned them is because I couldn't fit into them. Pregnancy probably changed my sizing a little bit. The cashier (white overweight lady) was super rude to me. My phone screen is broken and hey it's my phone. Strangers have no rights to make comments on my phone. The cashier was like "Ohh your phone, it's deadly". I earn enough to buy any phone I want to, but it's just my choice. I wish I could give a zero star. Very Poor customer service !!!

Not my cup of tea, but they do have cute, cheap stuff for teenager's so I bring my neaces here

The girl at the counter was very unwelcoming. Didn’t even greet me, but she was very friendly and helpful to the other woman in there, she literally look me down and couldn’t care less that I was in there. She saw me looking for items and didn’t offer any type of help which is unfortunate because there were so many cute things to buy. I had my mind set on a set of skirt with a top but couldn’t find any shoes or boots to match with them, maybe she stereotyped and assumed I couldn’t afford to buy anything. They had an awesome sale going on, it’s just too bad that because of this sales person they lost an opportunity to make money with me. Maybe try retraining your employees, otherwise you’ll lose a lot of money. And if your color of skin is not white I 100% not recommended shopping here.

Francesca’s is one of my new favorite stores, especially when they have 60% off your entire purchase - sale and non-sale items. It was fun to do comparison shopping at this store with others in the area. Unfortunately this was the smallest store, so the selection isn’t as big, especially when it comes to apparel and shoes. They did have a better book and accessories selection though, which was mostly newer items. Service was good, but the person seemed new as she didn’t know about the outlet.

Francesca's does VERY frequent sales (I got two sun dresses for $10 a piece because it's December for example) that I love, so definitely don't buy at full price. Pretty and trendy

this store has some nice clothes at quite reasonable prices, especially when there is a sale where every item has a 60% discount. it's a bit small and that limits the selection a fair amount, but it does use the space well - there's 3 fitting rooms and it feels like every bit of space is filled with nice items
