Located in the East Wing of Waterway Point, this electronics store is a dream come true for Sengkang and Punggol residents. They offer a vast selection of electronics, especially TVs and home appliances. I was particularly impressed by a young Malay staff member with glasses who helped me choose the perfect blender based on my budget and needs. He was patient, knowledgeable, and went above and beyond to explain all the features. My only gripe is the long wait at the billing counter. I waited about 20 minutes on a Saturday afternoon, which could be improved by adding a couple of extra counters. Overall, I highly recommend this store for its great selection, helpful staff, and convenient location. Just be prepared for a potential wait at checkout.

Visited Best Denki at Waterway Point. Simon is amazing, he is extremely helpful and know his products very well. Brought a washer, fridge, and AC from him. He patiently explained everything clearly and professionally to me. Great job, Simon!! keep it up!!

Mr Simon Chong assisted us and give us a good recommendation for fridge based on our requirement. Best Denki has member prices which are competitive and reasonable. Products range is good that cater to different level of budgets.

Salesperson Chong Tet Seong had an unpleasant and dismissive attitude from the get-go. She spoke with an impatient and rude tone the entire time. Didn't seem interested in properly answering any of our questions. She was bent on promoting a particular brand and model only, and couldn't be bothered to introduce anything else. Mind you, we remained polite and civil with her, so there was no reason for her to behave like that. Seems like she just brought her unhappiness to work. If she does not want to do her job, she should just stay home.

My family and I have been loyal patrons of Best Denki. During our initial visit to Waterway Point Best Denki last Monday, 26 Feb 2024 in the evening, we were served by a sweet and knowledgeable staff named Ms. Peggy Choy. We were scouting for a washing machine without much knowledge about brands and requirements. Our intention was just to browse, and Ms. Peggy was very sincere and professional. She patiently toured us around and introduced almost all the top load washing machines, skillfully answering all our questions confidently. We were impressed by her presentation. However, we didn't make a purchase that day as we needed to confirm exact measurements. Peggy was understanding and didn't rush us. Today, Thursday, 29 Feb 2024 (Leap Day!), we returned and were delighted to see Peggy again. Once more, she demonstrated excellent manners and professionalism, explaining the features, applications, and benefits of a particular brand of washing machine we were interested in. After everything was done, we confirmed the purchase with Peggy. There's also an Indian staff member named Ms. Mages, who, like Peggy, is cheerful, professional, and kind. She handled the documentation and delivery arrangements for us, ensuring all our questions and needs were addressed properly. She even explained additional insurance options and encouraged us to purchase them, to which we agreed. My family and I are pleased and honored to be served by these two kind souls, Ms. Peggy and Ms. Mages. We believe that the company has invested time and resources in up-skilling its staff at Best Denki. We have full confidence in the professional and well-mannered service provided by staff like Ms. Peggy and Ms. Mages Both Ms. Peggy and Ms.Mages deserve recognition and appreciation from the company for their outstanding services. They work hard and go above and beyond for the company and its customers. We are impressed by their dedication, and rest assured, we will return to purchase more items from Best Denki and specifically look for them.
