My son had an amazing 5th party at Pump it up! The staff were so awesome and kept the party moving. I would definitely recommend it!

We just had my son's 5th birthday party here. We previously attended a birthday party here and I love that your party gets each room for just the party kids. From the moment I booked the party, I was given access to customize the party online which was super convenient. The staff called the week leading up to the party to confirm everything and were super helpful in making the last minute food count. The day of the party we just showed up and the room was all set up by the time we got to it for pizza and cake. We had 2 staff members in the room for us serving food and cutting the cake. Then a staff member took everything out to our car for us when we were done. Most importantly, the kids had a blast!

Had a kid birthday party at Pump It Up Alexandria. Location is perfect, you don’t have to drive to the middle of some industrial part near Dulles Airport. Right in Alexandria your kiddos can enjoy a bounce house experience. The staff is friendly, professional and helpful with getting your kids party started on time and remain on schedule. The price is comparable to other locations for what you get. We did cheese and pepperoni pizza along with fruit trays and veggies. We truly loved our experience and would tell anyone looking for a kid party spot, to check out Pump It Up!

Worst place ever. The most rude people. Management needs to pay attention or this is going down the gutter. WOuld not recommend for kids birthday party unless you want to explain to all guest why your child is being yelled at by rude staff.

The team here was excellent! Kept everything very simple in the planning process and day-of they handled everything for us (room set up, logistics, tiny crowd control, clean up…). We had a very special 6th birthday here and would highly recommend!

We had our daughter’s 5th birthday party here and it was wonderful. We had ages ranging from 2-5 and they all had a blast. The staff handled everything well. Would recommend!

Really great facility that my daughter and friends loved! The staff were very attentive, helpful, and incredibly nice. This is definitely going to be a future go-to for kiddo parties!

For the price i had to pay to get my daughter’s birthday one might think the service would at least meet minimum expectation! From promising things that never happened to cold attitude and switching off the light rather than asking guests to walk out the room.. an experience that i easy call “disappointing”.. never again

Facility is good, but the management is horrible to deal with. I would not recommend this place unless this is the only place in the NOVA area your kid wants to go to! Avoid the management at all cost!
