Good morning Ladies, yesterday was my very first time visiting a European Wax Center. I was a little nervous but as soon I walk through the door I was greeted with a smile and they put my nervous to ease. Ms. Kayla came out with her beautiful smile she made small conversation we laughed and went to business. It was a lovely experience, thank you so much Kayla for making my first experience an enjoyable one. I have already scheduled my next appointment with Kayla. You won’t be disappointed ladies. I also got my eyebrows done by Kayla…Beautiful. Lastly, it’s nice to visit an establishment where I see women of color like myself. All the ladies that work there are wonderful. Thank you Kayla and European Wax Center for a wonderful first experience.

This was my first wax in a long time, and it was significantly less painful than I was anticipating. Kayla did a really good job talking me through it and letting me know what she was doing. She also had a lot of knowledge about products to use. Very gentle and you can tell she’s been doing this a while. I’ll definitely be going back every month!

The facility is spotless. I appreciated that everyone wears a mask and I was not made to feel strange for wearing one. The Staff is professional and friendly. They explain everything and put you at ease. Kayla has excellent technique and my results are outstanding. I will be back.

Outstanding service done by Tia! She was super kind, gentle and very informative when it came to all the questions and insights about my service and their products! And might I add my wax is bomb. I will definitely be back and highly recommend her to everyone who needs a wax.

Janiya was amazing! I haven’t gotten a wax in well over a year and she told me we’d get through it together and we certainly did. She was gentle, kind and relieved my angst with beginning my wax journey again. So thankful for her and will be going back!

If you need a wax, go see Amber! She made me feel so comfortable during my wax. Like I was chatting with a friend. She’s very thorough and knowledgeable in her field too, with her suggestions for after care. I have already scheduled with her again!

I have nothing but great things to say about Janiya…I got my Brazilian wax done by her and my girl did a FANTASTIC job…she is very professional and makes you feel very comfortable. She have you walking out of there just as smooth as a baby’s bottom…it was very painless and I will definitely go back for all my future waxes!!! Definitely book with her if you’re thinking about getting waxed.

I was welcomed by the friendly front desk staff and soon after I was going back for my wax. It was my first time being waxed and Janiya was amazing!!
