1st time here, great prices and the most friendliest staff ever! A lady had helped me find something, she walked by later and saw that I had a puzzled look, she stopped again to answer any of my questions. Great customer service

This place is SO freakin' cool!!! They have everything imaginable, from human to dinosaur sizes AND are quite reasonable in pricing. This is a place geared to professionals and I am only a civilian who wandered by, but I will be back. I found myself wanting to get a bunch of things so now I will work to find ways to fit them in!

Had an amazing experience with a young lady last week when I was there! I am so upset I didn’t catch her name , but she was a young brown skin woman with shorter locks that where a reddish color! Well any way she was so pleasant and professional when ringing me out! Everyone is always so helpful when I shop there, but she was extremely nice! The next time Iam there I am going to get her name and update my review!

Great place, they walked my cart out to my car which was really surprising but welcomed. Definitely better than the other restaurant supplies and depots in the area. Wish they had a fridge section but they got KA flour so I ain't complaining

Great staff, great prices was once something I expressed about and gave a 5 star rating . After shopping around I realized the restaurant store is kind of a rip off. The quality vs others is very cheap . The prices aren't that off but quality is way off. My other concern is their so called express service . Why is it called express when a customer has to wait over an hour for their order and driver back 3 times and still order not complete

First time visiting this store. Had a great experience. Staff was very attentive and friendly. Had a little trouble finding what I needed because the aisles weren’t labeled, but a staff immediately noticed I was looking for something and helped me find what I needed. There wasn’t a line, so the checkout process was very fast. The staff helped me pull my cart out to the parking lot afterwards, and helped me load everything into my car. Exceptional customer service!

Always great experience at the store. Professional restaurant equipment and supplies at great prices. You'll be surprised how much of this could easily be used in your kitchen at home. Except you do not pay extra because it is a "professional" equipment. Another great perk is that it is never so annoyingly busy as the other well known similar store. Give it a try and you'll be pleasantly surprised.

Friendly and helpful staff! I was in a tight spot today and they were so accommodating and got me the products I needed.

Online ordering and express pickup clearly need some work. I ordered a few things to try out this place. Despite the website saying everything was available in store, I received an email saying only part of my order was fulfilled. I contacted the help desk and they were able to clear up whatever the issue was. Still, there seems to be a disconnect between the website, store, and customer service (note: They had the items in stock, but they weren't pulled for my order for whatever reason until I inquired). I stopped by to pick up my order the day after placing it. They have a neat feature where you notify them you're on your way so things can be ready for you. I clicked that before the 25 minute trip. I pulled into the express spot and clicked the "I'm here" option. And waited...and waited...and waited. Nobody came in or out of the back pickup area. I figured they were sorting through things to grab my order. After 20 minutes, I gave up waiting and went to the storage/pick up area. Imagine my surprise when NO ONE WAS BACK THERE! If I hadn't gone in, I'd probably still be waiting there... I rang the bell and someone came and finally helped me with my order. The express pickup option seems like a great idea, especially with the "I'm on my way" button to give the employees a little bit of extra time to gather everything, but unfortunately falls way short.

Nice new store with a very helpful staff

First time visiting here. I don't own a restaurant, but as a "gadgeteer", I found a couple of the things I was looking for (and a few extras!). I plan to go back!
