My stylist was kalli. She got me all the way together. It is very welcoming....She put a deep conditioning on head that felt soo good. She put my hair in the exactly style I wanted. I will definitely come see her again in 6 wks

From the second I entered the place I was greeted and treated properly. The environment was warm and friendly. All of the stylists were nice and social. YOLANDA did an excellent job on my starter locs. Very clean and organized. SUPERIOR products. Nothing but positives across the board. The price was DEFINITELY worth it. I highly recommend them for anyone wishing to start their natural hair process, especially if you want to gets locs or already have them. A serious hidden gem.

Alisha please learn to do better because what you did to my hair was not worth the money I paid. This salon has some great loctician, but clearly your work shows how inexperienced you are which is fine, but don't have someone paying full price only to have their hair looking a mess.

Spent $119 on a two strand twist & it was sloppily done! Given a completion time of roughly an hr & a half, i was hitting past 2hrs. Stylist had multiple natural heads all time consuming. Gave me a kids style 2 strand twist & Im an adult. Folks please consider another natural hair salon! Im fine with rules but your stylists need to be upfront & on time w clients! First impression left a bad imprint. You dont take a job & mess over a person's head! A common courtesy to reschuedule would be better, so the alotted time can be given to the client's needs!. The rules are the rules narrative is becoming cliched. A stylist took payment, a rush service was done. Owner, who wasnt friendly upon entrance/ didnt speak , gets on a month later to respond to a review to discredit a patron! The dissatisfaction was indeed communicated to the stylist who I choose to not name on the Google platform w no rectification. I dont understand trying to intimidate/buck at a customer (s) who arent happy with the service & they have paid. The patron took the dent in his/her pocket, not House of Locs, a $119 that couldve been used elsewhere.

I was looking to color my locs and stumbled across them with a Google search. I contacted the salon and spoke with Lena about the process and she said that I would need a consultation before services. Scheduled the consultation, arrived at the shop and upon arriving she was servicing another client. So I sat in the seat next to her chair. She asked me several questions about my hair and the color that I desired however she never once came to look at my hair, touched my hair or if I must assume even cared about my hair. She informed me that she was booked out a couple of weeks and after she checked her schedule she would call and set me up an appointment. Well I still haven’t heard from her, and that would be all fine if I hadn’t paid $20 for this consultation with zero results. I’m not sure where this culture of hair care professionals get their professionalism but it needs to be revamped. How do you charge someone to come in for a consultation for future services but you can’t even take the time to consult. And even further don’t even provide an opportunity to acquire the services that you paid to be consulted on. Very unprofessional and disrespectful to say the least.

Most professional experience I’ve experienced in a very long time in a salon. The shop was very clean the atmosphere was welcoming and warm. Tarsha is very knowledgeable on the service she provides which made me feel even more confident in what I was asking for. House of beautiful Locs is worth the two drive for me. I’m so pleased to find a licensed natural hair stylist!!!

I started my journey with Candi one year ago. I would recommend her to anyone. My hair is so healthy and long. Candi has a wonderful technique and is a pleasure to be around. Not only that she is very professional keeps a clean work space and if your appt is for 2:00 you will be sitting in her chair at 2:00.

Absolutely love House of Beautiful locs!!! I took the loc workshop this past weekend and hands down the BEST person (Tarsha-owner), vibe, and education on everything locs!! Very beginner friendly! I will definitely be looking out for additional workshops in the future.

I have had nothing but good experiences. Tarsha owner and stylist is very knowledgeable in all phases of hair care. She promotes, teaches and advocates for healthy hair and overall self care. I am very pleased with the service that I received.

Expensive for me, and the locking product is a bit thick. But good work. Communication is key for good service. Be open about your wants and needs, like thorough wash or if you produce excessive oils, for better service.

My son received a deep conditioning treatment and retwist! He said the deep conditioning treatment felt good, and he could tell he needed it. He and I loved his retwist! I also loved that Ms. T educated my son on how to take care of his locs in-between that day and when we'd be back. My son was also impressed by how fast he was done, we've been to other salons where he waited after he's appointment time for hours before he was started. Ms. T was on time, professional, fast, knowledgeable, and educated my son!!We will definitely be back!!

I went to this shop about three or more years ago. The attitude of the people there is a little tense. I am appalled by the response of the owner. She appears to be antagonizing the reviewers. Nobody is always right. My hair turned out great. I was pleased. There was not a lot of kindness there, but I don't mind that. I don't like to talk while at a shop full of people I don't know. I read the reviews because I was coming back to Cleveland for a month or two, but the response from the owner is a little unsettling. Mrs. Tarsha your stylist did my hair to a perfection. Your unprofessionalism on Google is awful. I will find another shop. Best of luck to you!

I really enjoyed my service!! My daughter and I walked out of that salon with our heads held high!! We received compliments left and right!! Leena is amazing and very knowledgeable 10 out of 10 must try again!!

I took Tarsha loc workshop class yesterday and left fulfilled . Tarsha provided the tools, knowledge and proper technique needed to become successful. I highly recommend her class.

Candi started my locs in October 2021 and has maintained them flawlessly. Her work is always neat and my locs are healthy and thriving.
