Typically, I make the longer drive to the Northfield location because the service and quality is better. The Lee Road location is maybe three minutes from my house whereas Northfield is ten minutes away but after the visit this evening, the Lee Road location doesn’t have to worry about me giving them another opportunity to waste my time. I pull up to the speaker and there is a sign posted that says they are currently not taking orders. It is sad that I can’t go to the closest location for consistently good service or any service at all.

I came here to get a party box at the drive thru and the lady that took my order was really nice. Thank you

GHETTOOO!!! Do not get food here they steal food and are so RUDE!! i came to pick up a door dash and i told him the name of the order he fone say “Michael jackson”. It was at 10:20 pm on july 7, 2023 WHOEVER WAS WORKING ON THAT SHIFT HAS TO BE FIRED the car in front of me was also waiting and i also heard them say “we not taking doordash orders stop ordering other peoples for and order your own” like why are people even like this. I hope they learn a lesson whoever was on duty needs to learn a lesson i am LIVID!!

Everytime i go here their icee machine is ALWAYS down. Today my order was missing multiple items. Every last one of my FIVE deluxe boxes looked like this. And when I asked for my money back I was told NO. The manager was rude and unprofessional.

I asked for a grill cheese nacho fries.. please take this off of the menu.

Most ghetto Taco Bell I’ve ever been to. As soon as I walk in the workers are arguing and cussing each other out. Whoever the tall chick is was rude as hell to the customers and treating them like garbage. Just because YOU are working at a job you hate and you can’t find a real job does not give you the right to act like that. Fire the whole staff and start over.

The burrito supreme was not what it use to be. The cheese was not yellow. Had lots of rice mushed with white cheese and red fritos...no tomatoes..no lettuce...no sour creme...and hardly any meat. Had no taste. Tacos had no tomatoes..no cheese....a spoon full of meat. Wont go back there again. Tasteless food.

About 6 months ago we were sitting in the parking lot and some girl walked out with a bag full of food stuck it in the window cuz we had the window down and just walked away I tried to call behind her to tell her that we didn't order anything we were just sitting in the lot waiting on our friend to come out their house but I tell you that was some of the best free food we had ever had in all of our life when I tell you that food was some kind of good so that's why I gave them a five-star rating cuz they have got great food eventually I'm going to buy some

I picked up a Door Dash order at this Taco Bell location, and the experience is worth mentioning. This is a really good Taco Bell - the employees are friendly, they work together as a team well, and they are pleasant to customers. The store is clean, and the wait for my customer's order to be ready was less than 2 minutes. A good place to check out.

I have been to many Taco Bells, but this one by far is TOP OF THE LIST #1! The food is always fresh and hot! The staff are PHENOMENAL! Everyone works hard as a team, and that's what makes this restaurant the best. Big shout out to the managers.

I just left there took me almost 50 minutes for 4 crunchy tacos and a rice and bean burrito of course I think it was the color of my skin because employees they told me to pull up which I had to come in People behind me got there food 5 cars after me !!! Of course their skin color was the exact same color as everyone working at Taco Bell I’ll never be back !!! Extremely racist🖕🏼

It's okay. Feel like there's always a wait time when I drive in. Any reason why this location doesn't seem to have the limited time food as much? Would really like nacho fries but they don't carry it despite it being advertised everywhere else.

Customer service sucks and they are all rude will never eat from them again… I don’t recommend this company. We waited 1:30 minutes for my order not to be correct 👎🏾

Every time i go here i feel like they missing at least two of my damn items. I pull off and i check the bag it’s like half of my food be gone. I pull up to the drive through again and give them my receipt, and they still don’t give me my food.
