Great Experience! The only thing - my girlfriend & I went together- /sat next to each other, & her Tech. Massaged her feet, toes, ankles, legs & also got glorious smelling lotion. My Tech did none of that. The nail polish stayed on, & my nails do look great, just a little more attention would have been nice for the $ I must Amend my review…. I had a manicure today w/ gel polish & the manicure was the BEST I have EVER HAD!

I only came here because my Nail Tech was booked, but I do like the fact that they are very fast and professional. To me my nails are too short. I asked for them to be a little longer. The color is perfect, but is a little bit uneven. Over all, I might come back to give them a second chance to see if they can do a little better. Oh, and the prices are a little high for what I got so it should’ve been done a little bit better.

Well it's safe to say, I'm loyal to this husband and wife team. I've been with them for years and I love the quality service they provide. Tee handles my feet and Andy my hands. Top notch service. If I'm working too hard and chip or break, I can stop in without a problem. Very professional and fairly priced. I highly recommend them. Perfect Nails is perfect!

If possible to give zero stars I would. I’ll let the photos and video speak for itself. I asked the guy to fix it multiple times and he kept trying to, but not understanding what I was saying. He also gave me major attitude every time I asked him to fix it. I don’t know his name but I honestly could not believe this was the result of $55. I am posting this at 537pm and I was there at 330pm. This is basically right after I left - I took this video against my car in the parking lot. This is how it looked when I left. I have never been so stressed watching someone paint my toes. It’s like he’s never done this before- he wasn’t painting straight up and down on the nail- he was dabbing the brush and painting in curves. It was the worst pedicure I’ve ever gotten and honestly I wish I had stood up for myself and didn’t pay. I went here as a break for myself. I’m about you give birth to a new baby in the next week or so, so I decided to treat myself and get a pedicure. I left more stressed and sad - and now I’m out $55 that I wish I never paid. In response to your response, Andy: Are you blaming my nails for how bad they look? Haha What a great thing to do as a business owner. Very mature! The time it took you to finish this pedicure is a reflection of you - not me- it is all in the pictures and videos. The paint is lumpy and uneven. The paint isn’t on all of the nails, it’s on my skin. Pictures and videos do not lie. People can see it for themselves. I also cannot believe you’re trying to say that it doesn’t look as bad as the video and pictures- you sound like an idiot! Pictures and videos are literally the only way to prove how it looks instead of people trying to lie and explain it. I cannot believe you’re still in business.

This place is terrible👎🏾 I went in about 3 wks. Ago for a refill-gel mani/pedi. The young lady (nail tech) did my over-lay on my big toe as i had a split in my toe nail, however it took her a little longer than usual but she did a very good job! Now here is where the problem insues...She alerts her superior that my pedi is done because he's completing my manicure-He ignores her, takes someone else and tried to make me wait🤨 ...I ask him whats going on while he's applying falsies to the lady he took instead of me He says "Oh the girl isnt confident,she doesnt wanna do your manicure"🤔🙄😒 I then reccommend he not waste anymore of my time and just cash me out for the pedi at this point🫡 He then tips himself an extra 10$ 😡 ...Straight Dirty Work for a business in an urban area😏
