    The location at Harvard Park. Dirty employee glove found at bottom of my fry box. Ate most of these fries, I was beyond disgusted. I get a voicemail about a replacement meal only. How does this even happen?? I was sick later this evening man. Disgusted. In a pandemic!!!

    Chick-fil-A, like all other chain restaurants are basically the same. The difference maker is the quality of customer service, product being sold and management. Especially a management team that runs things right. This location has that when the right managers are on shift and the team is working to satisfy the customers they're serving, your can always tell the difference when it's not being done ☆☆☆☆☆☆☆UPDATE ☆☆☆☆☆☆☆ Hey family this location has recently reopen after being remodeled and it's been a long time coming, at least that's what it seems like There were changes made on the exterior to support the drive thru customers and also the interior was change removing the large kids area and adding more table space. The kitchen, prep space and cashier server area also looks larger to accommodate online and walk up customers The A-Team was working today

    0/10 work experience: l've worked here and mentally this job is very draining & i wished doss knew about the adults in this work space and how they make these teenagers working here feel. those adults are very rude and don't know how to talk to people: when you come to a job your supposed to enjoy working there the adults make you feel uncomfortable and make you feel as if you shouldn't even show up for your shift. The manager text teenagers through messages and be VERY disrespectful. The manager also takes you off the schedule if you express your concerns or feelings about something they take you off the schedule out of spite and to make you beg. They also let certain individuals do whatever they like because they been working there for decades. They’ve made people go outside in rain, very bad weather conditions and especially when the air quality was bad my co workers with asthma had to stand out there. They do not give you breaks if you’re understaff and try to bribe you with food to cover it. I wish i could talk to doss about this because his staff is very disrespectful and rude

    Wow.... I went in to pick up a DD order and about 6 people just starred at me. Nobody helped for about 10 minutes. I finally got someone's attention and the order was sitting behind the counter the entire time. They could have easily put them on the pick up shelves. Get it together!

    This is the worst Chik-fil-A I've been to. I ordered online and only 3 meals. One was with a gluten free bun which is $2.50 extra. Of course it's missing and I have to ask for it. The fries were clearly old, soggy, and cold. I've had the problem with the gluten free bun before but the good food made up for it. This time the food was just cold and probably re-heated from the day before.

    Just went through the drive thru at this location for my co-worker and I's lunch and was extremely disappointed. I have never experienced such terrible customer service at this fast food chain. Not one "my pleasure" was said. While ordering, I struggled to hear the woman in the mic so sometimes she would have to repeat herself which made her have a major attitude and snap back at everything I said. Once I ordered the first meal, she assumed I was done and cut me off to give me my total. Then she was very blunt and rude while adding the next meal to my order after letting her know I still needed more food. I was so upset with this service, I will not be back at this location any time soon.

    0/10 work experience mike and pam the 2 worst people here , pam is disrespectful and she talks any kind of way for no reason when you try to call off you get suspended or in trouble for it even if its a family emergency or even if it is school related. Then Mike he sit up there and cuss at everybody and he walks around with a attitude all day if things not going his way and slam food everywhere. They also show favoritism to workers who have been working there longer. I worked here for 3 months and this was by the far the most stressful overwhelming job experience I ever had. They will make you stand outside in extreme heat and they also will make you stand out there in the rain and the cold and they never switched us up they would send me and the same other girl outside everyday. And when doss would come and visit us they would try to put on a act and act like everything in the job was ok when it wasn’t and I wish doss knew how bad the management is here. A manager would literally see you get cussed out by a customer take you to the back and try to blame it on you. They also never train you its so many new people here and everything is being done wrong because they dont train them they just put them in a certain area and make them learn they’re selfs also one morning i had to get a uber to work and the uber was late and the manager pam texted my phone being very rude and disrespectful she never even said goodmorning or anything. Also they are so short staffed because of the management there and how smart they mouths is and how bad they talk to people and also how bad they’re attitudes are. They can’t never keep anybody working at chick fil a because of the poor management. I hope doss sees this and find new excellent management for his store. Goodluck to this store.

    This is an excellent store! Food is always ready and hot! Service is excellent, and the atmosphere is always pleasant and friendly! The facility is always clean, and everyone wears gloves!

    Food was great.. but employees attitudes sucks.. sorry, they either having a bad day themselves or they don't like the customers seeing there's a college across your place.. Wow, the town is interesting that even the firestation is so upgraded to have glass doors that open magically like.. anyway, these young people needs a talking about how to have a good happy attitudes . Appreciate your business.

    Sometimes its ok sometimes not so much. The last time someone didn't give me the right sandwich but I took it anyway cause I was in a hurry. This time I was thoroughly enjoying my sunjoy and got down to the LAST FEW SIPS & FOUND A CHUNK OF DIRT, DIRT YALL! In my drink!!!! Like what in the actual *&%% is going on? Please look at what you are getting. I'll be making my own food for a while now.

    I've frequented this location in the past, but never have I encountered the lack of courteous service that we've all come to know and love at Chick-fil-A. I'm not sure what has happened, but I hope to never encounter that again.

    Tried their new pimento cheese chicken sandwich. I generally don't like chicken sandwiches but they looked good. It was delicious, without the jalapeno peppers. My first time it was good in one city. Went to another city and it wasn't quite as good. I will try one more city.

    Although there is ALWAYS a line, it moves quickly which is a testament to the great food and well trained efficient staff of customer service personnel who are young but polite and respectful. A big noticeable difference from the majority of fast food restaurants

    The service is as quick and friendly as ever, but ever since they reopened after remodeling, the chicken filets are almost certainly smaller. I don't think it's my imagination, and It's not an isolated Incident--I'm here about once a month and the size has been consistent. It's a bummer not only because the sandwiches aren't as filling, but also because the ratio of seasoning to chicken tastes off to me--it's possible I'm imagining that part of it, but I'm not imagining the shrinkflation that seems to have happened.

    I have had better service. I think the guy was new or didn't care. He couldn't answer any of my questions, and he didn't even attempt to ask someone for help. He had an attitude and just didn't give a care I didn't even get a "my pleasure". Food was nice and hot

    I'm not going to lie guys but if you didn't have to make the long line in this establishment, you either didn't go or went on a Sunday. We were met with politeness and a big smile we ordered and paid smoothly. Everything was pretty fresh, I got strips fries and the crumble shake, a spicy sandwich, fries, cheese and lemonade. I dont go to Chick Fila often but when I do is always a delight. Thank you guys!

    Morning pickup of breakfast bowl, even got myself an extra jalapeño salsa! Note: it’s really not that spicy, don’t be afraid. Service was great, friendly and quick.

    Highly unprofessional ! Lack high quality customer service ! Filled with kids ! This location did not put all our food in our bag and refused to remake our order after making us wait for them to figure out why all our food wasn’t placed in the bag. Not only this, the young lady by the drive-thru was very unprofessional and commenting on the situation when it had nothing to do with her. Will be contacting corporate and I will not be returning nor spending my money at Chic Fil A ever again

    Staff here are very nice and super helpful. They have nice outside table seating, although the customer atmosphere and interaction was a bit negative coming from the drive thru drivers. It was overall a very nice and good establishment to have lunch!

    What happened? This location now serves old tasting food. Chicken inside sandwich is small compared to the past fresh sandwiches. What's going on with Chick-fil-A?Prices need to be reduced if this is the new quality of food being sold.

    They were great! My husband submitted our order online during lunchtime. Our order was completed on time. I went into the restaurant, and the order was right there with napkins straws and condiments! They even asked if I needed a bigger bag to carry everything. Keep up the excellent work!

    After an OR, my team and I had to wait 40 minutes for our food. After 40 minutes, we got our food… I didn’t realize we were missing 3 drinks, a sandwich, nuggets, fries, and sauces. I called and left a message the day after and didn’t get a response. Today, I ordered a cool wrap and didn’t even receive the avocado lime dressing. I’ve never experienced this many mistakes from any chick fil a :( triple check your bags folks!

    I went through the drive through yesterday and long gone is that greeting and warmth I loved from Chick-fil-A employees! I didn't get anything to eat but my daughter said the food was good and hot.

    I'm very new to this franchise but I was incredibly impressed. The people behind the counter were some of the friendliest I've encountered. It shows with the amount of regulars that get greeted by first name and the regulars themselves make you feel great. A truly wonderful and unexpected experience. Oh yes and the food was delicious 😋

    Needs better signage for mobile order customers. I stood and waited in what “seemed” to be the pick up area for 20 minutes while employees kept looking at me. Finally I asked for assistance just to find that my order had been sitting in a food warmer the whole time.

    Sandwich s were well done or grease was old asked for extra pickle and I got one little piece on each sandwich I've been at this location before and the food was always hot fresh and good not this time we called to complain about it Left messages and never got a response I guess I'll stick with Popeyes chicken sandwich I even asked for sriracha sauce and they gave me all barbecue sauce which I never even mentioned

    Nuggets weren't as crispy as prior. Line is always long. No parking to go indoors, parking lot was a little hazardous. People were walking behind and in front of my car while I was in the drive thru be careful and watch carefully for pedestrians.

    Was looking for something to hit the spot after back-day at the gym, and decided to try Chick-fil-A's seasonal peppermint milkshake. I'm a fan. It's not overly sweet, and it definitely fills you up. Combine that with their classic chicken sandwich, and it's the perfect post workout meal 💪

    Line is always backed up as all Chick-fil-As I've encountered. Hit or miss with the 'my pleasure' attitude but more hit than miss. Food is great when it comes hot but still good otherwise. Messed up my order but when I called they wanted to fix it so I'm pleased, though not looking forward to the drive. Odd parking lot as well, almost missed drive-thru entrance late at night. You typically can't go wrong with Chick-fil-A, delicious food.

    I've been to plenty of Chick Fil A's for obvious reasons but this location, although organized, needed some cleaning. Most Chick-fil-As I've been to are immaculate and this one needed some serious sweeping, and all tables needed to be wiped down. Especially during the increase in Covid lately you really need to do a better job of cleaning after customs. This place wasn't that busy and plenty of pppl standing around to help clean.

    The wait for a mobile pick up is extremely long in store. The drive thru lines were out to the street and still moved faster than the in-store orders. 😫 The service was so-so. Not rude but not really wanting to be bothered either. The food is always good so it's never a problem.

    I was surprised, there side salad was decent and the fruit cup was very fresh. I've been avoiding fast food because there's nothing really healthy in fast food. But I can definitely do there salad and fruit cup.
