It’s just impossible to find a good place to go anymore. I was so disappointed with our experience here. We were not made to feel welcome and the woman who worked on my daughter’s hair did not even introduce herself. We were there FOUR hours and charged DOUBLE the amount that was quoted on the website. Their excuse was that my daughter’s hair is thick. I understand it may have been more due to that, but double??!! Then as I was checking out and had already decided I was not going to tip because I was not happy with the service, the girl at the front desk tried to press me into tipping. That’s not how it works. I find it classless to insist on gratuity. The woman that did the highlights did not even ask my daughter if she was happy with it. She wasn’t because she did not want chunky highlights. Do yourself a favor and find another salon if you are considering this place. Edit: Her name was Francesca

The staff is fantastic. I hadn't been there since before Covid, and they remembered me when I came in! They are my regular stylists and always do a splendid job. It's a pleasant atmosphere, the price is great, the people there are kind, and conversation always feels natural.

I was charged $55 (not including tip) for a basic haircut + blowout and the stylist REFUSED to cut my bangs how I wanted them (classic bangs, nothing crazy!) I showed her several pictures of how I wanted my bangs cut and asked her TWICE to cut them shorter and she straight up said no. The stylist also smelled like an ash tray which was very off-putting.

I’ve been going to this place a little over a year and Francesca has done an AMAZING job on my hair! Not only is her work amazing but she truly can see my vision better than I can! I’ve always gone to her with an idea in my head and afraid it won’t look nice and she goes over and above everything I thought it could be! If you’re looking for a great hair stylist I HIGHLY recommend Francesca here!

This salon is absolutely amazing. Nicole is so warm and welcoming and friendly, and Francesca does a PHENOMENAL job. I have severe social anxiety, and this is the first time I've ever been able to establish a relationship with a stylist because everyone here is just so great. I can't recommend them enough

An amazing environment to get pampered at!! Maureen Richard has been my stylist and my sons stylist for 6 years now and I wouldn’t go to anyone else. I’m always happy with myself and my sons finished product when she does her magic! She’s patient and understanding with what we want and mind you I have a 2-1/2 year old. She’s just perfect with kids! Has an amazing heart and listens to what I want! Definitely worth going there and asking for her! Not to mention her nail art is phenomenal! Next time you make an appointment, make sure it’s with Maureen Richard!!!

I have seen several stylists at Bella Luca and have never been disappointed. They are knowledgeable, friendly, caring, and professional. I've had hair cuts, traditional hair coloring, and fantasy hair color and have always left extremely happy.

I have not only experienced her talent for hair color and styling..I’ve also seen her work on others, such as brow waxing/tinting, make up and updos.
