My child was scheduled for surgery for 9/20 @8:30am. I checked in filled out paperwork they called us back 30 mins later , took vitals then the nurse stated do she have braces i stated yes she said are her wires off I stated no . She proceeds to tell me they may. It be able to do the procedure ! “ Highly upset “ prior to the surgery the center called me to confirm appointment etc but no one mentioned or asked anything about braces . Usually before surgery they would ask important questions like any medical history , any loose teeth or implants etc in the mouth ? I had to leave go across town to get the wires off I was back in 45 mins it’s now 1:30pm still waiting & threes another patient in front of my child . This is ridiculous ! Not only that they misplaced her chart . Not to remind you that there’s no eating or drinking after midnight . Not to mention my child had chronic Anxiety & ADHD, she didn’t get sedated until 3:45 & was discharged @ 5 pm Never again

Worst experience ever !! If I can give them 0 star I will definitely give them 0 stars I have a few issues with these people . First of all I got a call a day before my son surgery & I was told to bring his nebulizer & his allergy medication which I did !! Then they mention that my son will be the first patient & to arrive at 6:30AM which I also received a confirmation text for . I then received a different text around 4:43AM stating that his pre op appointment was at 7:40AM which was so confusing . They all are so unprofessional and have no care if a patient is there or not . They messed up my schedule and not only that but then ended up giving me a call while I was there filling out paper work then gonna say sorry wrong patient which makes no sense . After waiting to get called in the back an hour later I was told to undress him & change him into a gown. Then girl with red hair stated she will go talk to the doctor when everything was already stated when I first called & not just once but twice . She came and stated that the doctor said he will not see my son today because of what the doctor wrote on the medical clearance form which doesn’t make any sense because how would they know my son has asthma & how would you not say anything if you already had the medical clearance form. Then she gonna say we gonna call you back in 4 weeks this can wait because he is to young like excuse me ? No he can not wait because it can worst to the point where he got to get extractions so how does that make any sense . I will never be returning back here at all the only person I have respect for is Markia because she seems nice . Don’t waste your time they will screw you up from scheduling & etc

This was a nice friendly environment and kid friendly. My daughter was referred here for her crowns and I was terrified of putting her under anesthesia because she has never had it before and she is only 5. The nurses and staff were very informative about the process and procedures needed to follow. I would highly recommend for anyone who is scared to ask the questions because the staff were very friendly and helpful.

Terrible customer service. We submitted our documents, waited three weeks with no communication. Finally decided to call, only to be informed that our documents "were expired" and we would need to restart the process. If your office would have followed up timely, we wouldn't be in this mess. This office lacks empathy and accountability. Not once was an apology extended, the response was coldly "It's the policy" which read as "oh well". We had high hopes for this establishment.

My son had surgery there a week ago, and he’s doing great! He had a lot of work done. I was extremely worried about him having surgery but the dentist was amazing. I wish I remembered his name, but he was awesome. There also was another staff member who was so friendly. My son was acting weird about putting on a pull-up, and the staff member told him to throw it away. He said we don’t sweat the small stuff here. (Both were African American men. Shout out to them. I wish I remembered their names). Parents, they will take great care of your child. Also, don’t be alarmed if their lips are swollen after. I was a little shocked, because it looked like he got lip filler lol, but it went down in a few hours. Capitol called the next day to check on him, which was really nice. I’m so glad I was referred here.

The staff were amazing and helpful. Highly recommend if your child needs dental care.

This is the best experience my daughter and I ever had. The whole staff were amazing. A special acknowledgement goes to Dr Ellington. He’s such a kind and considerate person. I highly recommend him and this center. Will definitely go in again in the future.

Very safe environment. Staffs are very co-operative and highly educated. I feel like my baby is on safe hands. I would highly recommend this facility for children..

My son Justice had an appointment early in the morning at 5:40. He was almost not going to be seen for his dental surgery. Then here comes Andre. A lifesaver!!!... Andre has to be the most professional, caring, committed healthcare worker I have ever had to work with. He was checking on us and told us we not leaving if my son isnt seen and he mafe sure of that! His customer service is outstanding, his patience is next level. He is an amazing worker. Any healthcare facility that has him is lucky. I WISH HIM ALL THE BEST!!!!!
