Dr. Bolling was my PCP for a little over a year. The office is clean and has a nice ambiance. The staff is amazing. I received excellent customer service with every visit. The in-house phlebotomist is outstanding. Dr. Bolling was very attentive and professional during my first visits. She is very thorough and prompt in getting referrals. Unfortunately, things went downhill when I developed a debilitating condition. Dr. Bolling showed no empathy, compassion or medical help. Maybe she was having a bad day or maybe the stress of the pandemic played a part. Thankfully, I found another PCP that has been awesome in helping me deal with my rare disease.

Had in appointment for 1220pm about my lower back, called doctor boiling and told them that I won’t make it until 1235pm it’s traffics and a really bad accident and a real bad storm. The Secretary puts me on hold then comes back to say sorry your appointment was at 1215pm and if you get here at 1231pm we will not let you in. So 1. You didn’t email my appointment info 2. Changed my time from 1220pm to 1215pm without notifying me. 3. Had no empathy that life happen on the road that I had no control over and had no empathy that I need this appointment about my lower back that could probably go out when I go to work the next day. The last time I been there back in 2019/2020 I was in a car accident from lack of sleep And I hurt my back then. She didn’t believed me, didn’t check or run any test and sent me to another doctor, while talking about her cowboys in whatever was going on with her life. I recommend no man to go see her, she is not going to care or have any emotions/empathy for you. Now I have to go to the emergency room instead and spend hours .

I have been going to Dr. Bolling for several years and she has been awesome! I believe that she is a very good doctor that explains diagnosis, gives referrals, and necessary prescriptions. Unfortunately, I feel that since the pandemic the attention to small details are missing. While she performs the heart check up she lacks the hands on approach. There is no longer eye, throat, or eat checks. However, she remains professional and courteous! I can definitely see that there has been a change since the pandemic! The staff is very courteous and professional. I hope that the new normal gets better soon!

Dr. Bolling is a wonderful Doctor. She is thorough and has excellent bedside manner. The reason for four stars instead of five is because of the long wait. You will get called back to an exam room quickly, but you will be waiting anywhere between 30-45 minutes for her to come in the room. This has been my experience the times I’ve been there. Again, good Doctor, long wait times.

I like the new way of checking in before entering the office for my vehicle. Wait times are shorter, seen at time of visit, and offer same day appointments for ER visits. Dr. Bowling is friendly, upbeat, and very knowledgeable of various medical questions and concerns that I address to her at my visit. Dr. Bowling's front desk personnel are very efficient in reminder calls to remind patients of their upcoming appointments to ensure they don't miss them or arrive late.

Dr. Bolling's business card tag line says what she means. She really does care about her patients health right from the first meeting you have with her. She is a great listener, has empathy, and educates and suggests things as she talks to you that would benefit your health. She is a champion of health and wellness all the way and has a beautiful bedside manner. I highly recommend Dr. Bolling if you want a proactive doctor who is cutting edge, has a high level of customer service, and who actually cares about her patients. You are not just considered a number with her. You are someone who matters to her and that's what I strive for in all my healthcare providers moving forward in my health and wellness. ~ Tamiko from Bowie, MD

I appreciate having a doctor whom i believe genuinely cares for their patients. I have a busy job and there are numerous times where Dr. Bolling has sent me a reminder or has followed up about tests that I've procrastinated on getting. She doesn't let up on habits that need to change or what you should do to improve your health as an adult. I appreciate her candor, professionalism, and most importantly, empathy.

Today was my first visit with Dr. Bolling and it was great, I definitely can't wait to return again, she asked a lot of questions which was good, it made me feel like she really cared, she also will have me back in 3 weeks to sit down and go over my blood work results and I really like that from her none of my other Primary Cares did that it was always look at the Patient Portal. So I like her already. She made me feel very comfortable on my first appointment. The staff was also very nice as well.

I just recently started seeing Dr. Bolling and I have to say that as an African American woman I am extremely happy to have her as my doctor. From the first visit I had, she listened to ALL of my concerns and ran ran all of the tests that I wanted but also what she felt I needed. She gave me suggestions on lifestyle modifications instead of just trying to automatically put me on medication. Each time I have been, it has been a pleasant experience, and I enjoy her staff as well

Today was a pleasure, I was triaged and seen by the doctor with 15 minutes. We covered several other referred doctors' visits, I was examined, had blood drawn and left in short time, compared to visits at other facilities. It was a good visit.

Dr. Bolling is GREAT! Her bed side manners are impeccable. Although she is very busy as most fantastic doctors are....when she enter the exam room, it is as if you are the first patient of the day. She is very attentive, hands on and more importantly......thorough!

I really enjoyed my first visit at Dr.Bolling office it was warm and carrying and compassionate. I really appreciate that thank you so much ☺️ it also was a big plus that the doctor is African-American who cares about my health and well being. I am planning to share this with my daughter thanks again God Bless I will add that when transitioning from my EKG let the inform the patient to take there belongings with them because I wasn’t sure, when giving referrals to patients offer an envelope for documents.

Great service. The front office has improved and as usual, Dr. Bolling is extremely thorough and you don’t feel like you are in an assembly line as a patient. She ensures that you understand what is being communicated to you (and you don’t feel rushed). You are also provided time to ask questions. Top tier customer service. I’ve been going to Dr. Bolling for years and took a break during the pandemic, but I am glad to have returned.

My first visit and I felt extremely cared for. The staff was so friendly and Dr. Bolling is extremely conversational, which helped me to relax a bit! I appreciate her attention to detail when it comes to health concerns as well. I was going to ask her for a referral to see a certain type of specialist but she was so proactive, I didn’t even have to ask! Dr. Billings office is great as long as you never get sick. I have been going to her a few years now but I rarely get sick. I finally actually needed to see a doctor and was offered an appointment more then a month away. Then they suggest you go to urgent care while urgent care constantly tell you its best to go to your doctor because they know your medical history. Then suggest you go to ER which should be for extreme emergencies.

Enough is enough. I have been a patient for over 15 years. Referred many other patients to Dr Bolling - they all left. Yet and still I stayed because she was all I’d known since college. Despite the many urgings from friends and family I stayed. You live and you learn. She simply does not care about her patients. If you are even slightly overweight she will ignore every other symptom and tell you to lose weight. She constantly told me different things to try despite the fact that I told her I exercised religiously and never lost weight despite averaging 1600 calories in a good day. The others that I referred left for the same reason. My sister is about 20lbs overweight. Dr Bolling ignored her complaints about pain and other issues and told her to lose weight. She ended up needing her gallbladder removed. I struggled for 13 years with no answers, sympathy or attempt at diagnosing or trying to understand. Yet, I stayed. Well, today was the last straw. I ended up going out of the country for weight loss surgery as a last resort, came back and the routine removal of my stitches has turned in to quite an ordeal. Went to Urgent Care, they said go to your PCP so they can remove and monitor for you. Called Dr. Bolling office and she wouldn’t even get on the phone and talk to me. After 15+ years I deserved better than that. Went to the ER, they ended up helping me, but also asked “why didn’t you go to your PCP? Don’t you have one?” Was referred to general surgery after difficulty, they also asked “What about your PCP?” Every healthcare provider asked why I didn’t go to my PCP and I had to tell them she wouldn’t even talk to me when I called. I understand liability, but a life is a life. I have great insurance and need medical help which I should have gotten. Did I mention she wouldn’t even talk to me? My PCP of 15+ years basically said oh well. I’d heard her talk about other patients dying and “not listening to her” and I always thought it was a bit rough for your doctor to have no compassion, but it certainly hits different when you’re on the receiving end. I hope she retires soon because I deserve better and so do her patients. If you’re reading this and could stand to lose even 10lbs, find another physician. You will not be heard here.

My uncle has been going to Dr. Bolling for over 15 years, he’s notice the staff change in several years but it hit him hard when the phlebotomy is no longer in the office. The guy who did the blood work was a gem to him. This pandemic is taking a toll on everybody, keep up the good work in a world where so much is uncertain.

Dr Bolling is exceptional. I love having a dr o can voice my concerns too and not be questioned. I requested additional labs be drawn and she wrote me an order. Most Dr. Nowadays won’t do such a thing. Unfortunately, they’d rather take an reactive approach rather than a proactive one. I’m glad Dr. Bolling does the latter. Receptionist and in house phlebotomist were both very pleasant and professional.

Staff are polite and courteous. Before the unforeseen COVID outbreak wait times for appointments were excessively long, but since than it has lessen. Ilike Dr. Bowling. She makes me laugh during every visit and helpful tips to healthier eating and cooking habits. She sympathizes with women's health and supports medically necessary surgical procedures such as breast reduction. She is very efficient with providing referrals to see specialty doctors for consults and surgical medically necessary procedures. I also like that she has her own in office lab for routine blood work; it saves time in having to schedule outside appointments with other lab offices.
