I’m new to the waxing world :) Eva made me feel super comfortable and was very professional. She answered all my questions and was very patient. She is quick and precise. All the women in this salon are super friendly and knowledgeable.

I have been to the European Wax Center in Willowbrook a few times now and every time has been wonderful. I love coming in and seeing Adrian at the front desk and having a little chat before my appointment with Lindsey (who i see every time because shes my favorite). My appointments are always quick and easy I get a brazillian and underarms and I never have any pain plus im done super quick like less than 15 minutes and everyone is so sweet and the environment is very clean and welcoming. I love this European Wax Center and everyone I've met that works here, 10/10 service!

This was my first time waxing. Adrian, the receptionist, was very friendly and made me feel relaxed. Margarita was friendly and experienced. She explained the procedure before and during. I had minimal pain. It was a pleasant experience.

I went to EWC Willowbrook last week per a friend's suggestion. I read some reviews on Google and booked my first appointment with Margarita. She was amazing- so kind and professional. She was thorough and explained the process to me from beginning to end. She is such a great asset to this location. I quickly bought a package and won't go back to shaving. I have sensitive skin and often get razor burn, ingrown hairs, and irritation - and I experienced none of that. Not to mention, the two ladies at the front desk were incredibly sweet and made the whole experience top-notch. I can not wait until my next service. Thank you to the whole team!

I’ve been coming here for about a year and had few different people wax me until I had annissa. She was the most sweetest and funny wax lady I had. We would share stories and she made me feel comfortable and would really get the job done the way I liked. Since she waxed me once she was the one I always went to. She’s the best!!
