Owner is so nice person and all worker like family. Good beauty supply. They knows good hair all. Number 1 Braid is EZ Braid because I & I Hair is the frist one made pre stretched hair. And Spectra Farber is better then other Farbers.

I’ve been to Martha’s Beauty before, probably a couple years ago and my experience was just ok. My hair was finished within 3-4 hours but the finished look wasn’t what I asked for. I went to back today, 11/9/23, for medium knotless braids. I requested butt length which I thought meant touching my butt but not past it. They told me that’s considered waist length but the lady was touching my mid-back. We agreed to waist length (barely touching my butt but not past it which was $260). AJ was my braider and she did the first braid past my butt and asked me how did I like it. I stood up and looked in the mirror and I asked her “I thought we just discussed and agreed on wasit length?”. She said “yes I just wanted to show you, you don’t need to be angry”. This irritated me even more because I was far from angry, just clarifying. As she was braiding my hair, she was very rough - agressively moving my head from side to side, up & down. Instead of communicating how she would like me positioned. At the end, she asked me did I want her to do my edges. I told her no. She started doing them anyway and said “I know you said no but I’m going to do it, why don’t you want it done?”. I told her that I workout often and I’ll sweat it out regardless so that’s why I said no but you decided to do it anyway... Once she finished, I asked her for the towel she was using to dry my hair with and wiped it off. My parts were sooooo small and not what I asked for. It’s like they don’t understand what MEDIUM is. I will not be coming back. They need to practice more professionalism and catering to the PAYING customer.

Braiding. I've been to this shop for about 10 years ever since I was in high school. I recently had a 3pm appointment and waited 1 1/2 hour to get in the chair. They do a good job and I was done in 4 hours with waist length boho braids. Hair included. They have to do a better job of not overbooking with people.

I love visiting this beauty supply store. The staff goes above and beyond to assist you, and they have a deep understanding of their products. The store is tidy, and they carry a wide range of top-notch beauty items.

Been coming here for years and never experienced bad service until recently. I had to come back and get my hair re-braided after it was not done correctly/according to the picture. It looks even worse the second time and the braider had an attitude, was throwing my hair in my face while she was braiding it, would not communicate with me (only spoke to the other braiders in the shop instead of me) and she cut the ends of my braids so it looks a mess. They also refused to give me the curl that I asked for even though I paid extra. They need to incorporate set-pricing instead of making them up on the spot. Also need better customer service, very rude and unprofessional. Will never be coming back to this establishment, thanks.

Martha is a sweet sensitive person, I am so proud of her accomplishments with her beauty” emporium”. The store is a little over crowded but it’s due to her large inventory, I hope she expands . The quality braid service is like no other. The braiders are fast & precise. They do sew ins also. I am always greeted with a smile & friendly hello. Congratulations Martha on your growth. I will return for all my hair care needs.

Ke is a great stylist. She takes her time with your hair and make sure it looks to part. I was recommended by my sister who comes to get her hair braided frequently here. Now all of us come to Ke for our braids. My mom, both sisters and myself. Book with her 🤍
