    Update: 5/13/22 the wings are small and cooked so hard you can't eat them, the fries are also over cooked, seems like this is happening at many locations, they will not get business from me at any location at this point this is happening to often since my last review below. The food I good but I may come eat here once or twice per year, an 8 piece meal with two added rolls is a $17$ meal for one person, way to expensive, so I don't give them my business like before, a 10 piece used to be $12 bucks after tax this is ridiculous.

    Back of store absolutely filthy. Employees never break down boxes, chicken guts and smells galore. Walk around back and see overflowing grease trap outside and rats run away up under the metal cover of the adjoining building. This place should be condemned.

    The lack of responses to all the 1 star reviews from the “owner” or “management” should tell you exactly what you need to know. Do not order here, do not go here. You will wait at MINIMUM 45 minutes REGARDLESS of your order size. The girls at the front will be on their phone discussing the latest in STL crime and drama, and get an attitude if you ask them to modify or substitute anything when placing your order. There will be 1-2 ppl max cooking chicken, and despite them ONLY serving chicken, they will run out when you make your order and not tell you until after you have waited at least 30 minutes. The restaurant will be crowded, greasy, and dirty. The phone will ring nonstop without anyone answering despite them not doing anything productive, and if the phone is answered, prepare to listen to the girls bad talk the customer upon hanging up. (& yes they say the same about you before you get there.) They will throw your food in the box any type of way, fries will likely be burnt and void of seasoning, and the wings will be small and either cooked so hard you can’t bite them or cooked so little you won’t want to. My boyfriend waited tonight for 45 minutes for 10 wings that never came. When he finally asked for a refund not so much as a “sorry about that” or any RESEMBLANCE of an attempt to save the sale was made. My next call is to the BBB bc they need to go. Just go to Popeyes or Chick fil A atp, they would never.

    Currently awaiting a response from someone in regards to employees committing fraud or theft of services . According to management on duty, the assistant general manager is the one responsible for this. "Shell," which is most likely a fake name, owes $70 plus accruing interest! This review will be edited upon receiving a response and / or payment in full!

    This location has improved tremendously. My food was fresh and delicious. The staff rocks!!! Ashley got my order right and the guys made it with love. Marcus was so kind and made sure I had fresh fries. Thanks y'all ! I will be coming back.

    Had such a horrible experience 3-1-23 while my wife had the flu. Family 40 pack-$70 with delivery Ordered online and tried to have delivered for her and my daughter before I got home from work . I beat the delivery driver who was an hour late and left some of our order. The food was horribly overcooked and then cold. Since it was an hour late we couldn't even warm it up and make it taste good. We have been given the run around every time we call To try to get a refund or the order replaced. At this point I'm just going to chuck it up as a loss and try a different location or just be done with the wingstop all together.

    Before I went to this location, online order took an hr longer than it was supposed to, store was filthy, employees were rude, touching their hair, nose, ignoring customers. Then food was wrong when I got it, fries were old. I went today and food was ready when I got there, it was hot and employees were very nice store was clean. Def a 180 from before.

    I have been here a few times now and some ol same ol. These people need uniforms and order ASAP. This place is like a trip house, a cover for drug use and sale (my opinion), owner where are you?

    They have rude staff, very slow at all orders, maybe they should consider hiring new people that wanna do their job and fire the rude unhelpful workers!! This store needs more help and corporate needs to work with how their employees treat people !!!! Horrible horrible!!!

    I ordered and paid on line several days prior to my scheduled pick up at 3:00 PM on Sunday. My order was wrong and the food was cold like it had been sitting out for hours. We couldn't even eat the fries because they were soggy and greasy. I will never go to Wingstop again!

    Wings were ok, lil dry but flavors were decent. Service was good and cashier was very sweet helping us to decide on flavors and options. Wait wasn't too long even though they were busy. Price is decent for what you get.

    I had an OK experience compared to other WingStop. Food was hot and done right! Cooking crew and manager were great. However the young lady taking my order was not friendly or enthusiastic to be doing so. Suffesr moving her to the kitchen or get someone more customer service minded as your initial contact person.

    While they are faster than other Wingstops, the register employees seriously underperform. The cooks be saving the experience because the food do be good. Cashiers consistently getting orders wrong, handing the wrong food to people, and I’ve heard idk more than I would have liked to. I asked about ringing the cajun chicken sandwich by itself without the meal and the cashier almost had a stroke. Then she rang it and over charged me for all the sauces and price came up the same as the meal.
