2nd time I've been to the Overland office. The same office manager was there from last year. Her name is Mel. She is a class act! She always has a smile,she listens as well as explains, with true compassion! I was sooo comfortable with her that I wanted her to pick out my glasses! Dr Anderson was very thorough and had a great bed side manner. I highly recommend this location!

Have been going here for 5+ years. This latest visit has been a nightmare of not receiving my contacts for several weeks because “it wasn’t processed correctly” which took multiple phone calls and an extra visit to the shop to get figured out. Additionally, I was sold a new brand of contacts because of an available rebate for this brand. However, after paying for a year supply in the shop I receive another bill for an additional $75. I spoke to them at different times regarding this as well WITH the bill break down in hand and am told that the $75 “instant rebate” is reflected in the original price per box. Which would mean my bill break down is wrong and I was only eligible for the additional $200 mail in rebate. This makes the final cost $227 NOT $152 like they told me as evident by my contact lens evaluation posted here. There was absolutely no accountability taken nor an apology offered. Will be finding somewhere else to go for future eye care. Save yourself the trouble as well.

My appointment was cancelled twice on me with no call (mind you I had to wait MONTHS in between each appointment)This is outrageous. I’ve been going to Clarkson for years but now I’ll no longer go. The receptionist was also not caring and said too bad. Extremely unprofessional. They also don’t give you the corporate number to complain.

Dr. Anderson and his staff at the Overland location is always pleasant, knowledgeable and friendly! My daughter and I both love the vibes and professionalism!

Clarkson Eyecare was friendly and professional. Doctor is courteous and knowledgeable with clients concerns. Wide selection of frames at affordable price.

After all day searching for an eye doctor, Clarkson Eyecare (Overland) had an opening! I’m SO glad they did! This was my first time needing assistance with my vision! I was greeted immediately upon entering the business. Dr. Anderson was is an awesome doctor. He was very detailed & nice. Mel was amazing! She helped me through the entire process & made me feel very comfortable! I’d recommended this location to everyone! Great people!!!! 5 stars in my book! See you guys soon for my new glasses! 😊

They cancelled my wife’s much need eye appointments three times over the past 9 months with NO CALL. The receptionists also just said “well too bad the doctor ain’t here.” I’ve been going to Clarkson for over a decade and was scheduled for my annual eye exam but I’m taking my business elsewhere due to this terrible unprofessionalism .
