I am a huge fan if your French Onion Soup, so of course if my supervisor offers to purchase lunch for the team I stick with what I know. We placed an order online for curbside pickup which was goin to be ready by 1:22pm-the order included 2spinach artichoke dips, chicken wontons, mozzarella sticks, my soup and I can't remember the rest. We were all pretty disappointed in our food, but mine was the worse! Not only did the bread that usually comes with it was replaced with the bottom bun of a hamburger with cheese melted on top, my chicken wontons were so soggy I couldn't eat them!! Again, I frequent your business but this was our first time using this location.

Went for a late night dinner...seated quickly...waitress was quick and attentive. The only problem I had was I ordered the 3 cheese chicken penne...had no sauce..asked for sauce and told me would have to charge me extra. Update: This Applebee's location is a joke...they should of just accepted my review and left it alone but instead wasted my time with emails and phone calls. Kinda like the money I wasted at this restaurant. I was sent a link to copy and paste into my web browser. I filled out a form explaining what happened. I received an email from Michael Duncan who asked me to reach out to him. When I called he was unavailable and the girl who answered was unprofessional and ended up hanging up while I waited for a Jeff ( another manager ) When I talked with Jeff he told me he would send out a gift card to compensate for my terrible experience which I thought was cool but weeks went by and nothing. I say that to say this .......If you want to be overcharged for mediocre food and subpar service by all means visit this location. They should do us all a favor and shut this location down....

Our server Iris greeted us warmly. The riblets were piping hot and delicious, along with the onion rings. The salad was very tasty with all the ingredients being very fresh. It was obvious to us that Iris was genuinely interested in our dining experience. She is very personable and professional.

Food was pretty good but I didn't get nothing to eat it with. I will never understand why restaurants ask that when ordering and still forget it. But overall I would recommend. The service is great. They made a mistake but said sorry dozen times and fixed it right then and there. Keep up the good work guys.

We ordered take out to bring upstairs to the hotel after a surgery. The food was very disappointing. When we got the food upstairs we realized that the sauces and condiments were not in the bag (despite paying for them) and also the plastic utensils (as requested) was not in the bag. When my husband returned downstairs to obtain the items left out, he spoke to the hostess who rudely asked for the receipt and started to walk off before my husband could get a word in. When she returned, she still left off half the sauces we needed. We had to ask twice for sauces and the manager at that time interjected if we needed help. My husband said the we needed utensils and the response from the manager was “You ordered finger foods.” Regardless of our order, we requested in our online order to include utensils. This came off rude and showing zero hospitality. To reference what we had- We ordered a grilled cheese which was white bread with two slices of non melted cold american cheese between them. The boneless wings were gross and did not have sauce on them like ordered. The queso burger was subpar. Both the grilled cheese and queso burger came with burnt fries. Not only was the food disappointing, but the brief service encounter was embarrassing, especially at a manager level. Above all, what was supposed to be an easy meal upstairs post surgery ended up being a terrible experience.

Lakia was amazing and so sweet! She was patient with our questions. Food was delicious.

Ordered carryout and decided to hit the bar while I waited. Service was rather slow. The bartender seemed to get easily side tracked. Not many Applebee's left in my hometown so the mudslides were a real treat.

I had not been to an Applebee's in quite a while. However, I was very pleased with the service and food. We chose the 2 for $35 menu. We started out withe the artichoke spinach dip and then I had the Cajun Salmon and my companion had the sirloin steak, adding 12 shrimp for an extra dollar for the entrees. It's also in a great location, close to expressways. I recommend this Applebee's for your next dining experience.

Taylor B was our server. Top notch women. I eat at a lot of higher end restaurants sorta speak. Food was perfect, from the time of getting our food ordered to served. A+++ way better than most of our recent restaurants. we ate at. Thank you Taylor

Who hasn't been to an Applebee's, right? I gotta be honest.. they aren't all equal. I've walked outta this chain of restaurants super disappointed. This Applebee's, however, is ranked number one. Great food! Friendly and thorough service! Clean (including the bathroom) and welcoming atmosphere! It doesn't disappoint.

EVERYTHING WAS AWESOME! THE FOOD WAS GREAT! FOOD ALSO CAME TO US REALLY FAST! WE SPENT OVER $35, SO THEY EVEN GAVE 1 FREE INDIANA JONES MOVIE TICKET! I DEFINITELY RECOMMEND! THANKS APPLEBEE'S!

Customer service was on point, waiting staff was very professional and you didn't have to wait for them to come around. Food: the 8oz sirloin was cooked to perfection (medium rare) accompanied with the loaded garlic mashed potatoes and broccoli complimented each other. Finished with the butter pecan blondie it was cherry on top. Atmosphere: was great as well, didn't notice any rude people, place was clean, tables weren't sticky, music was easy listening 👌 Overall I was impressed since it is an Applebee's but it was really a great place to chill and enjoy some good food. Highly recommend.

Great location, service, and the food was hot, flavourful and good. Hats off to Jesse he was amazing, thanks for making the experience one to remember. We'll be back.

I had the Oriental Chicken Salad with grilled chicken. It was great . The bread stick was hard. Someone at the bar was talking loudly on their phone.

Was visiting St Louis, my old home town. Area has radically changed! This restaurant had a nice menu, the food was excellent, our waiter was friendly and helpful, and the Bloody Mary came in a large goblet and was amazing!

Waitress was great . She came by and asked how our meal was. I told her my steak has a lot of fat. She apologized and said she would have a manager come over. He did and said well..what do you want? Another one? Very rude. I said no she just asked and I told her. He just shrugged his shoulders and left. Just very rude. Again waitress was very good .

1st off the experience I had was bad beginning to end. The person answering the phone was very unprofessional and would not let me speak and was not listening to my order that I had to repeat several times. Then when I picked my order up there's was only 5 fries in my order so I waited for them to make more fries which made my food cold and late for work..then when I went to eat, the chicken sandwich order was totally wrong and I had to pick off the bacon and other things that I did not want..the food tasted like it was cooked in old grease and immediately made me literally sick. I never have had any of this experience of the apple bees I usually frequent..I never make bad reviews, but this experience was horrible in every way possible

Coworkers and I ate lunch here on a Thursday during rush. Food came out quick and hot, service was good. I'm so glad they have an impossible burger now.

Asked twice by hostess if we had a pickup order. When told yes, nothing was done to retrieve or check status of order. Food was still good but a desire was left for better service.

Loved the boneless wing flavors. Super busy night but they got us in and took great care of us. Will add this Applebee's to our restaurant rotation.

I won’t be returning. When trying to get seated one of the (I will assume) hostesses said “We only have three waiters.” If you can’t fully staff the restaurant then close. Then our waiter seemed like she had just snorted something, very weird behavior, forgot things she wrote down about our order and said “Sorry, one of those days. I think I need a different career.” Yes, sweetie, you do. Food was not good, the meat looked like it was taken from a sick animal.

Me and my family came for dinner on a Friday night, Tammy the manager was at the door greeting all of the customers coming in. We just found out she was the manager because last time we was there she was our server and has help us everytime we come to this location. Kia was our server this time she did amazing!!!! In these days it is hard to find good quality people working hard. We will definitely come back, this place is 10 times better then the north county location.

Even though it was a holiday, there were a lot of people in the restaurant. The hostess was pleasant, and our wait to be seat was short. Our waitress came quickly to the table and answered my questions to help me pick a salad for my meal. It was delicious 😋 and I finished every bite.
