    I joined KickHouse Creve Coeur in August of 2021. I have never met a group of coaches and instructors as motivated and amazing as this group. I joined to lose weight and fell in love with the environment. It is encouraging and fun at the same time. I am addicted for sure! I love the challenges they have and the atmosphere in general. I sprained my ankle in October and they were able to give me good exercises to do to strengthen it and get back to kicking. It is a good way to work out stress or anything that has happened during the day or the week. I highly recommend joining and doing their yearly membership! It is worth it!

    I just joined this week and have taken three classes. All different instructors each time. Each class was great! I leave with my muscles feeling like they had a work out but still able to walk the next day. My heart rate is up I’m sweating but I’m enjoying it the whole time. It’s fine and energetic and I can’t wait to move onto the nutrition aspect they offer next week! Update: three weeks in and I am really enjoying kickboxing! Then I got Covid and had to quarantine. But no worries because they have virtual classes! Just worked out along with the class on zoom!

    I did the 6 week challenge through KickHouse. I was not successful in losing the weight, but I'm so glad I did it. It was a great experience with some really amazing people. I found myself excited to go to class which is not something I've experienced with exercise before, but they make it fun here! Everyone is so welcoming and encouraging and I'd recommend it to anyone. Each of the instructors were so patient and helpful. They all really focus on teaching everyone the proper technique to get the most out of the workout while protecting your body at the same time. Fantastic atmosphere and killer workouts!

    I really enjoyed my first and second visits to Kick House. The classes were challenging and fun. Very welcoming atmosphere along with motivating and helpful instructors. Thank you!

    I’ve been to 2 classes (a free class and a drop in) so far (Classic) and although I felt the classes were way above my skill level(mostly because I don’t exercise), the coaches were amazing at encouraging me, giving me grace to work at my own pace, but pushing me to continue on to keep up with the class. Overall, it’s a challenging class for me and personally I want to quit, but I’m also attracted to their approach which makes me keep coming back for more. Highly recommend.

    Took my first circuit and recovery classes today. Loved them both. The ladies in the group I was out into in circuit were so nice. They introduced themselves and explained how it worked so I didn’t feel uncomfortable. And coach Carmen, we’ll, was Coach Carmen ♥️ She pushed and encouraged and energized. Then took the recovery with her as well. She slowed it down beautifully. It was so meditative and a totally different release of pressure and stress. Love love loved it!

    I started the 6 week Challenge 5 weeks ago. I was so determined and quite frankly, I'm happy that after the challenge is almost over I'll still be a member. I appreciate the safe space and encouragement from everyone that enters. The coaches/ trainers/ great accountability partners are really dope! Even when you want to quit they wont let you. it's a real community. Happy I tapped in. Grateful for Andrea, Jay D, and Carmen -- thanks ladies!

    We joined the 6-week challenge to get back on track after the holidays. Carmen was our coach and was absolutely great, super motivating, knew her stuff! Loved the workouts and they helped with modifications whenever needed. Carmen's kick recovery class is like weekly stress management and her playlists are absolutely the best.

    This place is absolutely amazing! They push you to your own comfortable boundaries and the team is phenomenal each class is different and you definitely have your work cut out for you. Accountability is something I count on…. They have that covered. If you had convictions about it just come in! This place has a welcoming atmosphere.

    Joining was the best decision ever!!! I signed up four weeks ago, and I’ve been going every day since! The coaches are incredibly friendly and caring, and the music is amazing; I love everything about it!

    My first class was today (7/26/23) with Caleena. The session was high energy, engaging, and very challenging (as I haven't worked out in many years). She is very welcoming, encouraging, motivating, and friendly, and a wonderful coach.

    DO NOT DO THE CHALLENGE. I REPEAT DO NOT DO THE CHALLENGE. Hate to move my review to a 1 star, but I am super frustrated. I completed my 6 week challenge besides the last class because their system locked me out. They advertised a nutrition coach, but no one actually checked on me. For my mid week checkin my person didn’t show up. Quite honestly the whole thing was poorly managed for me. And they never scheduled my final weigh in and text me on my last day. However, I showed up and ate on plan for 6 weeks, lost 10+ pounds and truly enjoyed the workouts! On my last day, the system locked so I couldn’t sign up for my last class. I DM’d with the coach and said I will be up at KickHouse in a few weeks to purchase my membership. No mention of my challenge credit. Called today to PURCHASE a three month membership and apply my 6week challenge credit and was told by the manager “I’m not a bank, you have the day of completion to purchase a membership package”. This was not what was verbally communicated to me by anyone at the time I signed up. I’ll be taking my money elsewhere. Could have had a long term customer but it seems like they are just here for the cash.

    I started the #fightfam journey today and thoroughly enjoyed myself! The 1:1 attention to ensure I got the moves down right along with the encouragement and accountability made the 45 minutes fly by. Looking forward to continuing the journey in my first 6-week challenge!

    Fabulous class!! Absolutely loved the instructor! She took the time to help me learn the moves as this was my first visit. I will definitely be going back for more kicks and punches!!

    The lady at the front desk took (Kendra I believe) me in an office to explain the "free" 6 week challenge. It was what was advertised on facebook and I signed up for it. The last part of her spill was I would need to put down a $499 deposit. I said that the advertisement said free and I decided not to move forward. At that point the lady was dismissive and pretty much act as though I was invisible. I still patronized their business by purchasing a $49 shirt. I didn't get so much as a thank you.

    Management changed and the entire climate shifted. All but 1 coach left. I haven't been in several months. I was extremely disappointed with the mannerisms of the new manager. This used to be a great place to work out and rejuvenate. Everyone was nice, welcoming, and encouraging. Since the new management, I would not recommend Kickhouse. Totally different environment from when I joined and left a glowing review. Thumbs down for me. Edit update: And funny business with the contracts and cancelation. Buyer beware. Shady at best.

    This place is amazing! I absolutely love the workouts and can't wait till my next one!!! The instructors are super easy to follow and staff has an amazing energy and are very friendly!!!

    I signed up with a friend to do kick start but wound up doing yoga with Carmen. She was great . She was very friendly, enthusiastic, and motivated. I loved her play list and made us feel very welcome. I will definitely be back. Keep up the good work.

    I joined 4 weeks ago. I go 3-4 times a week. It is a great change from a gym lifting and doing cardio on a treadmill. Each of the instructors work us hard. We warm up. We start slow and increase the punches and kicks throughout the workout. There are challenges between sequences such as squats or jumping jacks. It's quite the challenge in the beginning when you you first come to class. For me it was hard to lift my legs to kick, but now after 3 weeks I can see and feel a big difference in my kicking. If you are ready for a challenge and a great workout…come kick it. You will definitely sweat! Liz

    Kickhouse is an amazing place to workout, get your energy up, improve mental and physical health! I love all the coaches and staff there super friendly and willing to help you improve! Tried a free class and then signed up for the six week challenge! Worth it! Looking forward for the 12mo membership!

    Today was my second workout! I have joined as a member already but will be doing the challenge in January! Today I did conditioning and this was altogether different from the first time. I am going to continue this class so I can be ready for the challenge. This class will prepare me for it. I love this!

    I just completed the 6 week challenge & I can’t be happier that I did. Yay me!! It was just what I needed to get back on track & I’m feeling good about myself. In this short period, I lost weight, have more energy and my clothes fit better. Trust me, you don’t have to starve yourself to do it either. If you are on the fence, don’t be. You owe it to yourself to try this. EVERYONE is so encouraging and it is such a positive place to be. Will they make you sweat? Definitely ! But you can have fun doing it!!

    Kickhouse has truly been a lifesaver for me! If you are questioning whether you should try this gym, definitely try it. I am so impressed by Andrea’s passion for positively changing peoples outlook on health and fitness. She is supportive, thoughtful and knowledgeable about health and wellness! Diane inspires and challenges you in class which pushes you further and you will surprise yourself. Their program can cause you to lose 9lbs in 3 weeks. You will feel better and be so glad you met these wonderful people that are working to build a positive and supportive community for their gym members!

    Can’t say enough good things about this place! Intense / fun workouts and welcoming environment. I had never kickboxed before signing up for my first class but everyone was friendly & helpful. Highly recommend!!

    I’ve been kickboxing for 8 months now and I love it. The coaches are super knowledgeable, friendly, and not afraid to push you. Over the past few months, my technique has improved and I’ve improved both my endurance and strength. Kickboxing is a fun and engaging workout, and I look forward to going to Kickhouse Creve Coeur every week. I would recommend Kickhouse to anyone looking for a rewarding and challenging work out experience, as well as a supportive group of coaches/classmates.

    Kickhouse Creve Couer is wonderful. I live about 25-30 min away from the gym, but I still get there because the staff has created great environment. They are excited and greet me when I come into the studio and are always very encouraging and motivating during the class. The coaches definitely care and push me to be the best version of myself that I can be!

    I love coming! Staff is very knowledgeable, helpful, friendly and patient! I love the fact that we are offered options to workouts. They combine kickboxing with other conditioning that focuses on multiple parts of the body. They also will show you modifications to the workouts if needed! And they sell quality products too!😊
