I feel bad about this review because the owner was really really nice but the hotel was absolutely the worst I have ever stayed in. We had 2 mattresses and a couch in our room and both beds sheets were filthy and the couch was broken. We asked the manager for different sheets and 2 out of the 3 we got were stained and looked not washed. The room itself was disgusting, there was stains and sticky stuff all over the carpet and it looked like a child had finger painted on every wall. I was unable to take a shower because the water trickled out of the shower and all the towels and wash clothes were dirty. We were also told there was WiFi and a continental breakfast and neither were true. I asked about the WiFi and was told only the few rooms next to the office got WiFi and the "continental breakfast" was cold coffee and stale doughnuts. I didn't think to take pictures until we were leaving and had cleaned enough to make it livable for the 2 nights we stayed but I will never be staying there again.

I was there Aug 19 and 20, 2016. We booked 2 rooms. It was the worst hotel I have been in. The one room the sheets had not been changed. Went back to the office to get new ones and the guy (manager?) was very rude. Acting like we have never made a bed before. Ended up and had to go to walmart to purchase sheets. There were beer bottles in the garbage can, stuff in the refrigerator and food under the bed. The breakfast food tasted horrible. After the staff cleaned the room Saturday the beer bottles were still in the garbage can. Not a place to stay. Very disappointing. Would never stay again. Didn't even want to compensate us anything. A/C didn't work in either room. The good thing is the TV worked.

Wasn't expecting much since the hotel was pretty cheap. Room was filthy. Trash under beds. Hair in both beds.Sheets were dirty. Huge pubic hair on toilet seat. I went and got my dogs blankets from the car and put them on top of bed and slept on them. Fridge was dirty and had other peoples food left in there. Drove two hours home after concert at 11:30pm rather than sleeping another night there.

Desk clerk was super nice. I had a reservation for a week when I got there. I checked in. Saw the pool was not working abd looked disgusting. When I got in my room I looked around and decided it was not for me or my family. Especially having my 7 month olds and my niece. Dead bugs, garbage in rooms, beds didn't seem to comfortable, and it was dirty. So I got a refund and we had no hotel room for a couple hours. We found one that was much better.

Upon arrival at 4 pm they just started ",cleaning" the room. It wasn't clean at all. Had a bathtub ring, trash and garbage visible. The walls were filthy and the door was a worry. Nasty!

Room expensive for the shape it was in. Room was dirty smelled and had writing on door and wall. Owner is very nice and helpful. Air Conditioner worked very good. The toilet seemed like it didn't wanna go down right.

If I could leave negative stars I would. I called on 8/10/19 to book a room to 8/17-8/18. I was given a confirmation number and I explained to the woman that we were going to spend the day at Hershey Park and check in late, like 10 or so. She said this was fine and when I tried to pay she told me I pay when I come. So fast forward to 8/17, we spend the entire day at the park and come to check in about 1030. I show him my confirmation number and he tells me that he doesn't have my reservation. On top of that there are no rooms available. So there were 9 of us(we booked a triple bed) and we had no where to stay 4 hours from home. They keep their reservations on a mini legal pad. This could be why mine was somehow lost and they double booked the room. The worst experience I have ever had.

Beds are very comfortable,TV is clear even in storms. Room could of been vacuumed a little better, the customer service was very excellent and courteous.Owner is very informational about surrounding towns and activities.Pool was crystal clear clean, even had some pool toys on site and you can bring you're own if wanted.

Wish I'd read the reviews first. There is a pool, but it was green, gross, and out of use on my visit. When I checked in I was informed there was a working AC unit in the window (true), but there was also a replacement AC unit in the bathroom of the room waiting to be installed. The toilet had no seat cover, the towels were stained (hopefully rust), and there were cobwebs between the shower curtain and the wall of the shower.
